Defective curling tongs…
A problem with defective curling tongs was rectified within two to three hours of contacting customer service. I was informed a replacement would be sent out within a couple of days, which is very good customer service.

I had to contact their support email as my appliance was slightly faulty, but their response was unbelievably fast and very clear and direct about what they needed to see. Even when my emails to them went to drafts and i forgot, many months later i replied again, and they still responded so fast! incredible service and made it easy for someone to come with them to a complaint. the person i was dealing with was Yonma and they were excellent.

I received excellent customer support for a product that failed after 3 years, from the first contact everything was handled perfectly and I have now got a replacement issued with extended warranty. Process was so good and with real customer focus! Well done!

Brilliant Product & Terrific Customer Service
I love the Big Hair Rotating Hair Dryer Brush, which easily smooths my wavy-curly hair into lovely natural-looking straight hair. I've used it for years. The latest one was still in guarantee and developed a fault. Customer service were brilliant at quickly replacing it. (It came today, which took only a few days to arrive.) They are prompt, efficient, polite and kind. Great service which other companies could learn from.

Trimmer fault - brilliant service
I recently had a problem with my Babyliss Trimmer which up to that point had been a great product. Customer services were superb when I contacted them. They guided me through what information they needed, what photographs to send, were really friendly and helpful all the way through. They have promised me a replacement trimmer which is now on its way.
Brilliant team who dealt with my problem fantastically!

I had an issue with my dryer
I had an issue with my dryer, and I emailed them to sort out. I am beyond happy with the experience.
Bear in mind that I had the problem over the weekend and I shot them an email about it. They quickly picked up on Monday and promptly sorted my problem out.
