Great Customer service
I contacted customer service by email as my hairdryer developed a fault after 30 months.
The speed in which this was resolved was exceptional.
In less than 4 hours complaint resolved a new product on its way.

I recently purchased a Babyliss Pro Shaver. There was a small mechanical problem with it. I emailed Babyliss customer care and Yomna got back to straight away. Bighair Rotating Brush
I had a problem with my Bighair Rotating brush. They very promptly responded saying they would replace my brush and give me an additional six month warranty. I cannot fault this company, I am very impressed with their customer service.

Had a problem with my babyliss big hair…
Had a problem with my babyliss big hair rotating brush, very very quick response, as item is only 1 year old, was offered a replacement or my money back with an added courtesy payment, opted for a replacement, they added an additional 6 months onto my warranty, cannot fault their customer service in anyway, will definitely buy from babyliss again, well done

The company responded promptly to an email - and have sent me a replacement cable that was otherwise unavailable currently to buy - so I can continue to use my babyliss hot brush. Helpful and responsive approach - I would buy babyliss products preferentially because not only are they high quality but the service is excellent too

Definitely a fault with this product
I received a babyliss x shaver for Christmas. First impression were happy. I loved it. Unfortunately by February the shaver had lost it's power to cut. Even though it's correctly charged. Then whilst troubleshooting I see hundreds of reviews with the same issue. Surely this is a fault with the product and at £60 for 4 weeks of use is simply not good enough.
