I ordered a bike for the child's first birthday on May 20th. Today is June 2nd, and there is still no bike, no information, and no way to contact the shop. Unbelievable.

I have also requested a refund, but there has been no update on that either. The only response I received was that the bike is currently on pre-order, when the website shows it as available.

So now I have no money, no present for the child, and no information about what happens next.

Not recommended.

Ordered car seat may 11th. Said 7-10 days delivery after 10 days not delivered and didn’t have contact about delivery off them. Rang them and spoken to a women on the phone to explain I was going away. If she could change delivery address to my parents it’s now 31st may and still
No car seat and confirmation on delivery. Hope someone contacts me tomorrow on this issue.

Do not buy from this company I emailed them as I did not receive my order and they told me the item is out of stock offering me a store credit which I rejected and wanted a refund. It’s now been over a month and they have not refunded me…. Why have an item on your website which is out of stock, and how does it take this long to refund a customer!!! I wish I read the previous reviews before purchasing. All the 5 star reviews are likely to be fake !

Had an issue with a wheel and the customer care team were so quick to resolve it. Meg was a pleasure to deal with and was able to find a solution without any problems. Love my owl 360 stroller and hope i will get many years with it

I returned a faulty buggy for repair but unfortunately it was lost in transit by the delivery company. I was offered a completely new buggy to be delivered the following day. Great service. Thank you Meg for your assistance.

Horrendous service. I ordered a car seat on 10th May and I haven't had any updates on if the order has been dispatched or when I will receive it. I've sent them multiple emails and messages on social media and they just avoid answering any questions, don't give any answers or fixes. The only solution they have given is asking if I want an alternative product?! Despite the fact I've already paid for the item I want and obviously chose this one for a reason. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be severely stressed running up to your due date! I've asked them to cancel the order and they just ignore me!

I do not remember the last time I have had to leave a negative review for a company and it is not something I want to do but I feel other parents-to-be should be aware of my experience.

I placed and fully paid for an order of over £1000 in January 2026 for a travel system and accessories. At the time of ordering, the website indicated that the items were in stock, and my invoice stated delivery within 10 days for all items except the height adaptors, which were due to arrive in March.

After placing the order, I heard nothing for almost two weeks and had to begin chasing updates from 10 February onwards. This resulted in 2 partial deliveries, repeated delays, and inconsistent information about stock availability spanning over weeks. At one stage I was asked to change colours for some items as they then became unavailable and no longer being made, only for the same items to later become “available” again when I requested a refund.

Despite the height adaptors originally being due to arrive in March, I was then informed that they would now not arrive until the end of June — after my baby’s due date, which the company was aware of. At that stage, I requested a refund for the outstanding items and sourced them elsewhere myself. The replacement items from another retailer were dispatched and delivered before I even received the first confirmation email regarding my refund from this company.

Despite clearly requesting a refund, I was then asked to reconfirm this twice. The refund request was not confirmed as processed until 5 working days later, with the money being received 9 working days after that — almost 3 weeks after my original refund request.

What should have been an exciting purchase during pregnancy became months of unnecessary stress, chasing emails, and uncertainty. I appreciate delays can happen, but clear communication and accurate stock information are essential, especially for parents preparing for a baby’s arrival. I do not recommend this company and wanted to leave this review to echo the many other similar reviews so that people can make an informed decision on purchasing with this company.

Very disappointed with the service. We ordered a Cybex Base T 360 on 03/05 and have been waiting a long time with almost no updates. Customer service told us the item would arrive today or tomorrow, but after calling again we were informed that the information was incorrect and they still do not know when it will be delivered.

Poor communication and a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Responded to email promptly when I checked stock levels. Ordered my item and it was delivered promptly without issues. Great pram and came with all accessories described on their website thank you! DPD used as a carrier and they kept me informed the whole way

Avoid! Misleading company. Ordered a baby walker and delivery was 2 days…nothing after over a week. Phoned and they said it was a wrong delivery date. 2 weeks later still no communication. Emailed and phoned again. Asked for a refund and they said would take up to 14 days. I’m still waiting for my refund and it’s been over 10 days now…not really good enough when none of this is my fault.

Placed an order with Baby Birds for a Mamas & Papas play mat that was advertised as being in their sale and received an order confirmation shortly after.

The following day, I received an email claiming the price had been “incorrect” and that I would need to pay an additional £50 if I still wanted the item. I then received another email reducing the extra charge to £43- as though taking just over £10 off somehow made the situation acceptable.

I asked if there was anything else they could do considering the error was entirely on their side, but was met with a blunt response from a staff member called Meg saying: “you need to make the payment to have the item.”
So let me get this straight- they’ve taken my money, withheld the item I already ordered, and then spoken to me with attitude when I questioned it? Absolutely terrible customer service and a really disappointing experience overall.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company. I certainly won’t be using them again.

We order a push chair for our holiday and as the pushchair wasnt ready in time for delivery Meg very kindly amended are order to a different cokour which then arrived in time for our holiday. Response was very quick on messages and customer service was impecable. Will be coming back to Baby Birds for sure!

I purchased the baby birds owl 360 stroller at the beginning of April and after less than a few weeks later I emailed them regarding an issue I was having with it.
The handle seems too high and the poles that connect it are too flimsy which makes getting the pushchair up kerbs very difficult as you need to push down quite heavy to lift the front,this makes crossing roads quite dangerous. It also struggles with the smallest changes in heights on pathways. At one point the pushchair almost rolled due to it not being able to handle going down a small dip.
After numerous emails back and forth the pushchair was collected from me and taken back to the company to be inspected.
I then received an email stating there was no manufacturing fault and the pushchair will be returned to me.
Again I explained that although there might not be a manufacturing fault there is in my opinion a design fault. The handle is too long with not enough support for it to be sturdy enough.
The reply was
'They have explained that, due to the design of the 360 stroller mechanism, the handlebar is not be lowered or adjusted further than its current position, as this is part of the intended design of the stroller'
Also mentioned in the email was
'They have also advised that the handlebars are not designed to support additional hanging weight, such as handbags or shopping bags, as over time this can unfortunately impact the alignment of the chassis'
The majority of parents to young children have a baby bag of some sort and most will hang it over the handle, I have never see it advertised anywhere that this shouldn't be done with this pushchair.

I have got other parents to push the pushchair and all have said the same thing about it.

I am now stuck with a pushchair that is not safe to use and out of pocket.
I strongly believe the design is faulty which is a shame as it's the only thing that lets this Pushchair down.

I ordered an item and it never arrived after many weeks, they kept blaming it on company. They also never refunded me for the item.
