ASTRO Gaming Arvostelua 

Mein Headset wurde nach einem Jahr nicht mehr von der Station erkannt. Der superfreundliche Kundenservice hat mir eine Adresse zum Einschicken gegeben und obwohl ich nicht einmal die Rechnung aufgehoben hatte, wurde mir ein komplett neues Teil zugesandt. Das ist absolut bemerkenswert und untypisch für diese Zeit. Wer sich überlegt etwas von dieser Firma zu kaufen, kann das ruhigen Gewissens tun.

Never have I ever had such bad customer service. They're rude. They don't even have a repair or parts department! These cheap hacks also wouldn't provide me the parts to fix a headset. Closed the case without me even having a chance to respond and I was hung up on 3 times! That's not how you treat customers paying over 350 for your shi**y products. I'll never ever ever buy another astro headset again.

Astro a50s are Literally the worst headset I’ve ever owned. Nothing but issues. I can’t believe for the price I paid how terrible the software is and all the issues with updating. Go buy a Walmart headset and don’t waste your money. I’m disgusted with this

So einen schlechten Kundendienst so eine schlechte Software und so ein schlechtes Headset hatte ich für über 200,€ noch nie ..... Kann ich niemanden empfehlen . Sogar der Support interessiert sich nicht für dein Anliegen sie wollen nur Geld und verlangen dass man alles versichert selber verschickt und bezahlt .. schwach so ein Unternehmen das ihre Kunden schlecht behandelt dürft man nicht mehr unterstützen .

The Astro C40 is honestly the best Controller i ever had.

I got my Astro A40TR's like 4 years ago and recently the cable was acting up which is understandable after using a headset for such a long time. So I ordered a a40 inline mute cable from the astro gaming eu site, and I paid for standard shipping which should have taken 4-7 business days, but only 2 days later I already received it. Very fast shipping and my headset works perfectly again.

Le casque A50 as un gros problème sur le support de tête de le support Tech demande un retour du casque LIVRAISON PAYANTE.
De plus attention à envoyer que le casque parce que tout carton ou autre équipement ne vous sera restituer.

Société de plus en plus douteuse avec les années.

Ont note une progression inexistante dans la gamme de produit. Ils modif un truc éclaté et disent Wow nouvelles gen... rendue sur la 5 eme gen de A50, je vous confirme que c’est ridicule en comparaison avec la 1ère gen.
Peu d’effort d’amélioration et même de la dégradation sur certaine fonctionnalité tél que la taille des branches en support HP plus petite et un (clips) du support de tête made in Wish.

Bref beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité du produit. Passe ton chemin frérot y as mieux ailleurs

wie bereits von den anderen Betroffenen erwähnt, handelt es sich bei mir ebenfalls um das übliche Problem mit dem Kopfpolster beim A50 Gen4.

Keine Kaufempfehlung!!

Kundenservice ist richtig schlecht!! Es war ein definitiver Fehler Seitens Astro (Kommunikation) und nicht das dabei kaum Reaktionen kammen, nein, es wurde daran auch nichts geändert. Hatte Kontakt mit einem Radlett der überhaupt nicht helfen wollte. Schade

Tonqualität mit kostenpflichtigem Abo von Dolby genügend. Ansonsten Frechheit für den Preis.

musste dass headset 2 mal hard reseten und 1 mal umtauschen
und jetzt verliert es die ganze zeit die verbindung und ich habe keine garantie mehr, ganz toll

I got an astro a40 a few years ago, i treated it like glass because of the price and it literally fell appart in my hands.
Years layer I was convinced by other people to get the a50 as everyone said they are much better now.
Not even 8 months of having it i moved it and the cable snapped the usb port out of the back of the dock.
I will never ever under any circumstances use an astro product again or tell some one its worth it coz it sure as hell isnt.

Warning do not buy from Astro. I purchased a A50headset for my son for Christmas 2 weeks later the pad on the top came off and he wouldn't wear because it hurt. I contacted them and they said to send it back. The shipping label they sent couldn't be printed at Fed-Ex no big deal. I requested a new label and printed it out. The first email they sent said to put in the orginal box if you could. I sent back the comple headset paperwork and cords and charger and orginal box. The headset got delivered and that was all they sent. I contacted them and they said I was out of luck because there second label said only headset to be sent back. They finally agreed to send the charger back. I now have to buy new cables and have no box no paper work. All I was asking for is what I sent them not even new items just the orginal. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I will never order again.
I irdered a cable for my headset, the cable didnt work, so i could return it. I returned it two weeks ago, but it is still not arrived by Astrogaming, While it took them 3 days to ship it to my address.
So i still am waiting for my money, which i dont get, because where is my cable after 2 weeks ???
This is a scam!

Called customer support spoke to the manger directly. Asked if she could please call FedEx and rerouted my package (per FedEx they can do it but the request would have to be through Astrogaming. Manager said nothing they can do. You can’t even pick up the phone and call for your customer? I was planning buying 2 more for my other kids but with this experience never again.

Me compré un adaptador que se vende a parte para que funcionen los cascos Astro A10 y no me salió el pedido en mis pedidos y tuve que comprarlo de nuevo, pero nanai, no me salió. Esto parece un timo digo yo.

Ich habe mir das A50 bestellt gehabt und ich muss sagen ich bin enttäuscht… zumindest für den schon Oberklassen Preis von 260€. Dafür habe ich ein absolut perfektes Headset erwartet und es ist auch nicht schlecht aber…

ich musste es zweimal zurückschicken und umtauschen, weil einmal nach 4 Monaten bei normaler Benutzung einfach der Akku kaputt war… bzw. es hat weder mit Kabel noch auf der Ladestation aufgeladen und einmal der „Kopfschutz“ herausgefallen ist und sich nichtmehr einsetzen ließ. Also die Materielle Qualität ist schonmal nicht überzeugend.

Dann ist es eine Absolute Fehlkonstruktion , weil man, wenn man den vollen Funktionsumfang mit den Paddel an der seite zwischen Chat und game nutzen möchte man es über USB mit dem Pc verbinden muss… allerdings ist dieser Usb Anschluss auch die einzige Möglichkeit das headset zu Laden… das heißt der Pc muss dauerhaft laufen um es zu laden oder man muss es umständlich umstecken wenn de pc aus ist. Das macht eigentlich die ganze Ladestation hinfällig weil wenn der pc an ist sitze ich auch davor. Habe es jetzt mit einem teuren Usb HUB mit externer Stromversorgung geslöst.

Desweiteren ist die Ladestation extrem anfällig für Kratzer.

Fazit: Es ist ein gutes Headset mit einem guten Sound den man allerdings auch von Headsets bekommt die nur die hälfte kosten… es hat ein par coole funktionen wie das paddel oder die möglichkeit es über toslink anzubinden allerdings das ganze ist extrem anfällig für kratzer und wenn man seinen Pc nicht immer laufen lässt oder das so wie ich mit der USB Hub löst ist die Ladestation hinfällig wenn man es aber so macht ist es ein absolutes gefühl von Luxus nach dem zocken einfach das Headset auf die Landestation zu stellen und später einfah voll geladen wieder zu nehmen ohne kabel. Aber ich muss sagen… hätte ich es nicht Geschenkt bekommen, hätte ich es mir nicht gekauft und kann es für diesen Preis auch nicht empfehlen

Ich habe ein Astrogaming A50 Headset bestellt. Dieses war innerhalb der Gewährleistungspflicht (ca. 1,5 Jahre) leider defekt, weshalb ich es einschicken wollte. Hier bereits der erste Kritikpunkt - bei einem derart teurem Gaming Produkt (250 €), erwarte ich als Kunde, dass at least die 2 Jahre Gewährleistung problemlos überstanden werden. Offensichtlich eine zu hohe Erwartungshaltung.
Leider weigert der Support sich den Versand (welcher mal eben 27 € kostet) zu bezahlen. Man verwies lediglich auf die ich zitiere „klare Garantie-Seite“.
Man konnte mir nicht einmal mitteilen, wie die nächsten Schritte aussehen werden, nachdem ich das Gerät eingeschickt habe - sprich 27 € kosten für einen ungewissen Ausgang. Dies spare ich mir. Kundenservice sieht an dieser Stelle definitiv anders aus.

Fazit: Schlechter Kundenservice, wenn Probleme mit dem Gerät bestehen. War meine erste und letzte Bestellung bei Astro ✌️

Astro è una buona marca di cuffie, sicuramente non vale 50€ ma non vale neanche 300€. Sono un ex possessore di astro A50 ridate indietro dopo 3 sostituzioni poiché il wireless non era dei migliori. Dopo aver provato varie cuffie.. sono tornato sulle astro, astro A40tr con mix amp pro. Se non fosse per il mix amp... le cuffie sicuramente non varrebbero i 200€. Sicuramente è un prodotto valido... ma non a prezzo pieno. Io le ho comprate a 186€ contro i 279 originali. Attualmente mi ci trovo bene. Chiaramente ha dei difetti... ma così come ogni altra cuffia. In un mese avrò provato minimo 6 paia di cuffie, tutte e 6 avevano dei difetti in un modo o nell’altro logicamente. Quindi niente di nuovo. Prezzo scontato ok ma prezzo pieno no.
