Excellent customer service
Often, it's only when something goes wrong that you can find out who you're dealing with,
In my case, I was sending some flowers to my daughter's new house, and DPD would appear to have delivered them to the wrong address, before taking them away. A quick phone call to the lovely Mandy and it has all been sorted out in a very friendly and professional way.

I ordered these flowers for a belated Birthday surprise and it certainly did the trick as it lifted her mood .!!!
I particularly liked that Arena are an ethical flower company.
I liked the way you could choose a specific day for delivery as that gives you a choice as to when your recipient will be in to take delivery. I have seen a picture from the birthday girl and they look amazing even though not all of them have fully opened yet. Would definitely recommend Arena without any hesitation.

Florist Pick from Arena Flowers from Daphne Choquette, Kingston, Ontario, Canada
I have used this flower shop for a few years now, to send to my family that lives in Glasgow, Scotland and as I live in Canada, I have to use online ordering. I have always been pleased with what I have ordered, but this time I chose the "Florist Pick" and the result was many many roses delivered to my family. We were all overwhelmed by the number and variety of roses.

Gorgeous sunflowers for a sunny birthday 🌞
My birthday bouquet order with ArenaFlowers was easy and straightforward and the flowers arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. The receiver was over the moon with them. Beautiful arrangement, gorgeous bright colours and absolutely fresh. Both she and I are very happy with them.
A little request to Arena though, please can you add bouquets with more colour & variety? I chose the sunflowers bouquet which offered the most brightest, 'visually stunning' and made you say 'wow'. Then rest were mostly what I term as plain jane, very 'gentle' and really were nothing exciting. But that's just my opinion of course 😊
Thank you for helping to make my friend's day brighter.

Super impressed !!
I have had a subscription with A very well known competitor but the flowers were just getting worse each month. I cancelled and looked for another online flower company and came across Arena Flowers. I was blown away by their reviews of how fresh and the sheer size of the amount of flowers you get so I decided to give them a go. I ordered sunflowers and they are just superb. Quick delivery and the flowers are first class. What a difference from FF. I will be ordering every month. This is how you do flowers delivered !!

Carefully chosen and transported flowers in a hand tied bunch.
Both bunches of flowers I ordered arrived on time and were carefully transported in the blue boxes.
A lovely selection of flowers.
The roses faded quite fast, but the other flowers lasted 10-14 days.
Very happy with my orders.
