Stunning, generous bouquets every time.
I ordered a 6 month subscription for my mum’s birthday. Every bouquet has been delivered on time and in immaculate condition. The amount of flowers received is consistently generous for the price paid and they last for a long time. I had to change the date of one delivery and this was handled quickly and the process was very easy. Overall very impressive service and beautiful flowers every time.

We ordered flowers for a mutual friend and accidentally got the street name wrong. I was called by Cheryl and the situation explained/explored. My Co-grifter was able to look in Google Earth and verify Cheryl’s helpful sleuthing to ensure the flowers got to the intended person. Real care and time was taken by Cheryl - thank you. The fliers arrived promptly and were lovely - really liked like their online image & in a fabulous state. The recipient was thrilled with them. I will definitely use Arena Flowers again - wonderful!!!

Brilliant customer service
When it transpired the flowers I ordered were no longer available, they offered either a free upgrade or full refund - they were very apologetic. Great customer service.
Unlike a lot of companies the flowers looked exactly like the image shown on the app.

The service was quick and easy to use…
The service was quick and easy to use and provided a fantastic next day service in the UK. Wonderful for those last minutes gifts.
The price was reasonable, and the vase gift was high quality.
My only one suggestion is not to let you put flowers in your basket that have already sold out. I had to redo my order which caused a little confusion over the accompanying card that then appeared twice. Thankfully the order wouldn't complete without deleting one of them, so I wasn't over-charged.

Hi Meson,
We are so pleased to hear you had such a positive experience with our next-day delivery service and found the vase gift to be of high quality and reasonably priced. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the issue with out-of-stock flowers appearing in your basket. We understand how frustrating it can be to re-do an order and the confusion it caused with the accompanying card. We are actively looking into improving our system to prevent this from happening again, ensuring a smoother ordering process for everyone. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
