After speaking with two advisors
After speaking with two advisors, the first one was not very with it the second one kind of got very rude with me on both of the calls. I had massive issues understanding listening to them as they were having text messages on an echo sound which with my disability caused issues. None of them were sympathetic as I was very upset with the information I required from them so in the end I ended up putting the telephone down. It was the only option. I was so frustrated that I rang the Help Line and they got me phone call with a ; trainee solicitor. This call was a lot better and she did give me some information however when I mention taking the case further she didn’t seem to want to give any advice whether they would take the case on or not and keep saying it was 51% 51% 51%. I will never use Halifax again for my insurance because of this I wanted help when I was at my lowest and the experience was very poor to say the least.
