Great Site; Excellent customer service handling of problems with furniture vendor
The offerings on the Archiproducts site have exposed me to a huge number unique designer furniture vendors from across Europe that I otherwise would not have known about. I was very excited to be able to purchase designer furniture through Archiproducts because in the US certain vendors are "to the trade" only so you have to go through a designer to purchase them. I have ordered several items from Archiproducts and they're great. Most recently things did not go smoothly with my order of an item because of the furniture vendor: there were manufacturing delays that pushed out the delivery date and then the item that arrived had manufacturing defects that affected the overall aesthetics . Archiproducts presumedly can't control issues at the furniture vendor, but they can control the customer service angle and resolve issues adversely affecting their customers. Here Archiproducts really shined. Although I wasn't happy with the delay, they did a pretty good job keeping me informed of the updated timeline/delivery status. Most importantly, and to me this is a reason to shop with Archiproducts aside from their offerings, is that they resolved the defect issue in the best possible way with the vendor: replacement and removal of the defective item. These situations can happen, and how they get resolved is key. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. I caveat this that this solution is a plan, but I am expecting that it will be carried out as described. Because of this I give Archiproducts highest marks for their service (they can decide whether to include this vendor on their site given the reliability issues). Thanks in particular to Claudia on her help with the vendor issue. She is the best!

Le offerte sul sito Archiproducts mi hanno fatto conoscere un numero enorme di fornitori di mobili di design unici provenienti da tutta Europa di cui altrimenti non avrei saputo. Ero molto entusiasta di poter acquistare mobili di design tramite Archiproducts perché negli Stati Uniti alcuni venditori sono solo "del settore", quindi devi rivolgerti a un designer per acquistarli. Ho ordinato diversi articoli da Archiproducts e sono fantastici. Ultimamente le cose non sono andate bene con il mio ordine di un articolo a causa del venditore di mobili: ci sono stati ritardi di produzione che hanno posticipato la data di consegna e poi l'articolo che è arrivato presentava difetti di fabbricazione che hanno influito sull'estetica generale. Archiproducts presumibilmente non può controllare i problemi presso il fornitore di mobili, ma può controllare l'aspetto del servizio clienti e risolvere i problemi che incidono negativamente sui propri clienti. Qui Archiproducts ha davvero brillato. Anche se non ero soddisfatto del ritardo, hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro tenendomi informato sulla tempistica/stato di consegna aggiornato. La cosa più importante, e per me questo è un motivo per fare acquisti con Archiproducts oltre alle loro offerte, è che hanno risolto il problema del difetto nel miglior modo possibile con il venditore: sostituzione e rimozione dell'articolo difettoso. Queste situazioni possono verificarsi e il modo in cui vengono risolte è fondamentale. Non avrei potuto chiedere una risoluzione migliore. Avverto che questa soluzione è un piano, ma mi aspetto che venga eseguita come descritto. Per questo attribuisco ad Archiproducts il massimo dei voti per il servizio (possono decidere se includere questo fornitore nel proprio sito visti i problemi di affidabilità). Grazie in particolare a Claudia per il suo aiuto con il problema del venditore.

Design et qualité pas forcément faciles à trouver ailleurs
Achat d'une barre porte-serviette. Navigation et commande faciles, livraison dans les temps annoncés et article reçu parfaitement conforme.
Nous cherchions un modèle design et de qualité et n'avions pas trouvé cela sur d'autres sites, qui proposaient généralement moins cher mais aussi moins bien.

Auswahl der Artikel: Sehr große Auswahl, sehr schönes Design. Insgesamt habe ich den Tisch gefunden, den ich gesucht habe. Sehr schönes Design aus Spanien, Verkauf und Versand aus Italien
Bestellung: sehr unkompliziert, alles auf Deutsch, Zahlung via PayPal komplikationslos.
Lieferung: Wurde mit 42 Werktagen angegeben, ich glaube diese Frist wurde exakt eingehalten.
Versand erfolgte via DHL: leider war der Karton an zwei Stellen beschädigt. Nach dem auspacken bemerkte ich, dass genau an diesen Stellen wirklich sehr kleine Beschädigungen vorliegen.
Ich habe diese fotografiert und Archiproducts -Service sofort per email kontaktiert.
Kontakt und Kundenservice: Prompte Antwort, ich wollte den Tisch unbedingt behalten und bat um ein Entgegenkommen was den Kaufbetrag anging. Bei Archiproduct ist man mir SOFORT entgegengekommen, die Lösung war sehr zufrieden stellend. Ganz herzlichen Dank an "Claudia"! Unfassbar tolle Kundenbetreuung. Exzellente Arbeit.
Ich bin mit Archiproduct komplett zufrieden, vor Allem die tolle Kundenbetreuung.

zwei kleine Dellen/ Beschädigungen an der Unterseite und sie wollten den Tisch trotzdem behalten. Wir haben daher einen kleinen Preisnachlass vorgeschlagen so dass wir Ihre Anfrage befriedigt haben.

Produto retido preciso de formulário preenchido
Estou entrando em contato aqui porque meu e-mail ainda não foi respondido é tenho prazo para resolver.
Comprei um pendente e quando chegou ao Brasil ele ficou retido pela Autoridade de Inspeção Aduaneira para verificar documentos para a comprovação do valor declarado.
Todas as taxas de imposto já foram pagas por mim e agora eles precisam de um formulário a ser preenchido e assinado pelo importador.
O formulário já foi enviado por e-mail para o suporte e ainda não obtive nenhuma resposta e preciso desse formulário para liberação da mercadoria.
