Had my Qashqai’s first minor service completed here. The team were friendly and professional, keeping me informed about a couple of minor issues to monitor. The service was finished promptly while I enjoyed a couple of free coffees and used the waiting area. My car was cleaned inside and out before being returned to me. No charges due to my service plan.

I’m very pleased with how things turned out. Sarah helped me initially, going through all the paperwork and explaining things clearly, which made the process feel manageable. On my second visit, Linda handled the handover. She was thorough and patient, taking time to set up the car according to my preferences. Both visits felt well-organised, and it was reassuring to have everything talked through properly. The staff I interacted with were approachable and helpful throughout.

I had a really good experience here. George made the process comfortable and easy to understand. He was polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. What stood out most was how approachable he was, always ready to answer questions and keep me updated. He even followed up later to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I appreciated. He also went out of his way to arrange for me to pick up my car on a Saturday.
