Grossly disappointed with the sale service. I was immediately withdrawn the feedback link because they are aware of the dissatisfaction. Important information was withheld from the sale, only found out after I sign the papers. I felt tricked into buying a car, with different specifications. No letter of apology. Very much disappointed with the management.

The team took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which made the process much smoother. It was nice that Edward Suares reintroduced himself after several years, and his promotion seems well-deserved. However, the showroom seating could be more comfortable during longer visits.

I was a bit unsure about finding the right car, but Petar made it easy. He was polite, professional, and patient while helping me stay within my budget. I left with a car I’m happy with.

I brought my car to Ancaster Nissan Heathrow for a service and MOT. It was picked up in the morning around 9:30 and returned by 15:30, freshly washed. The process was straightforward and everything was explained clearly. I found the experience easy from booking to completion. Very happy with how it all went.
