If I could offer no stars i would.
This is not about Nissan, the sales or parts department.
This is purely about the service department.
I took my car in for a recall check, at collection I noticed a scratch.
After consulting them before I left, as it was raining, i arranged to send some more pics in later.
I sent in the pics and a reply was sent advising the manager would review and be in touch.
This was repeated over the course of 3 months. I went to the garage in person, asked to see the service manager only to be told bluntly NO. Not they're busy, they're not here, just NO.
Another email exchange with the woman saying the manager would look at it and still nothing happened.
Eventually I called Nissan Customer Services who couldn't be more helpful. They got the manager on the phone to try and resolve the issue with me, they refused to even come on the phone to talk to me.
Even Customer Services were shocked at the behaviour.
After more emails and phone calls from Customer Services to them, they eventually organised for the scratch to be repaired. 5 months after the event.
I would avoid this place for servicing, horrible customer service.

Jack in sales at Chislehurst was very helpful and made sure my choice of new car fitted my needs perfectly. My mobility needs were catered for and the finance options were explained in depth which made the process a lot easier. Excellent coffee which always helps. I will be recommending to friends and family.

Nathan was helpful throughout, staying calm despite multiple delays. He listened carefully to what I needed and remained polite and professional during a stressful handover process. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me at any point and handled everything with a friendly attitude.

The team at Ancaster Hyundai Chislehurst were friendly and professional. They were easy to talk to, which made everything straightforward. The new service department really simplified the process for me.

Friendly, helpful staff and very knowledgeable parts department. I visited Ancaster Hyundai in Croydon, Purley Way.

I felt a bit unsure at first, but Juan was really helpful from the initial phone call. When we met in person, he explained everything clearly, which made things much easier to understand. The test drive gave me a better idea of the car, and I appreciated not feeling any pressure to make quick decisions. On collection day, Juan went through all the buttons and even connected my phone to the car. The process felt straightforward and clear throughout.

I requested an annual service for my Juke via the online system, with the usual "not booked until confirmed by our agent" malarkey. No confirmation had arrived four days later, so I phoned and was left queueing for seven minutes. I showed up to Penge in person, where another service customer and myself were ignored at the service dept. counter for several minutes. A staffer, not rudely but off-handedly told me to expect appointment confirmation any day, but undertook to process this at Penge. Email confirmation came yesterday. This morning a cancellation notice came by email. I phoned again and got a pleasant and helpful staffer who told me the cancellation was a fiction/error, and my appointment REMAINS booked as requested at Penge. If I arrive on the day and the service doesn't happen, I shall blow a gasket!

I was really pleased with the service I received when I brought my car in. Jackie was very helpful and took the time to explain everything that had been done during the service. She made it all clear, which was reassuring since I’m not always confident with this sort of thing.

She also helped me set up a new service plan, which felt like a good option for keeping on top of things in future. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, and the process felt straightforward without being rushed.

It’s nice to feel comfortable leaving your car in capable hands.

The test drive was really helpful, and I felt looked after throughout. Martin was very patient and respectful, which made me feel reassured about my decision.

The communication throughout was really good. They kept me informed at every stage and were quick to respond whenever I had a question. It all felt very smooth and straightforward. I do want to mention Lee, who was particularly helpful when I found myself in a bit of a tricky situation. He was patient and took the time to sort everything out, which made things much easier for me. His approach stood out and left a great impression.

Visited the dealership to choose a car. Omar was polite, understood what I was looking for, and helped me find the right fit. Felt comfortable throughout. Pleased with the experience.

All the good reviews here are from people purchasing, they’re in for a shock when they have to deal with the repairs side.

Had a terrible experience with the manager Ian and have had to put in a formal complaint due to the poor handling of the car repair.

The rest of the team are great but unfortunately Ian, who appears to head up the team ruins the experience.

I had a great experience from start to finish. David Batchelor explained the process clearly, with no pressure, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He also talked me through the car's specifications, making sure I understood everything.
Leading up to collection day, Luke Ring kept me well informed throughout and helped me with the final paperwork. Before I set off, he also took the time to show me the car's features and specifications, ensuring I was comfortable and confident before driving away. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend buying a car from Renault Dartford.

I had visited Hyundai Ancaster Croydon with my brother as he was looking for a New SUV. Firstly the dealership is very warm and welcoming from the outside and the interior is very stylish and modern. The Sales Team Staff Member Nadir was dealing with my brother’s appointment. He was very professional, kind, calm and courteous. He offered us refreshments throughout the meeting and directed us where the toilets were if we needed to use them. My brother and his wife went for a Test Drive in a New Santa Fe which they really enjoyed and Nadir was so helpful and guided them with no pressure at all.

They had negotiated a good deal with the Sales Manager Vanessa who was very charming and honest and struck a good deal. They also spoke to Piero who was a very knowledgeable and friendly manager who informed them about costing details.

My brother was so happy with his purchase and I was very impressed I decided to buy one myself. Again my dealing was with Nadir and he was exactly the same with me and even more professional and went beyond to assist me.

I had spoke to Vanessa and Terry on my visits who both were on point with striking a good deal for me.

From the start to end everyone who I spoke to was polite and professional. I really urge anyone looking for a new or used car from this dealership please contact them as the service is 10/10.

They will do there upmost to help you and do the best of their ability to get a great end result.
