Ancaster Group Arvostelua 

I would strongly advise people to avoid this dealership (Ancaster). My Nissan lease is maintained directly through this branch and Nissan Financial Services, and I pay monthly for a maintenance package. However, when my car suffered a total alternator failure and left me stranded, the dealership outright refused to accept the broken vehicle onto their property when the AA towed me there. The AA patrol mechanic even had to note "dealer would not accept vehicle" on my official report.
To top it all off, when trying to get it sorted, Nihal at the dealership dismissively told me, "this is not a hairdresser." The ultimate irony is being told by staff that I can't just "drop in" with an emergency breakdown and have to book an appointment first. Being insulted and turned away by the very place that is supposed to maintain my vehicle during a stressful breakdown is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.

My 2026 Qashqai epower suffered a system failure on a Friday morning and was returned to Ancaster South Croydon later that day. On the following Monday I recieved and condition report (with video) which identified a damaged o/s ABS cable (probaly chewed by a fox)
Verne Williams went out of his way to source a replacement sensor which was fitted on the Tuesday and my car was ready for collection by 10a.m.

I visited Ancaster Nissan South Croydon for a service and found the showroom had a welcoming atmosphere and was very clean. Mike was super efficient, taking care of everything quickly after I dropped my keys in the locker. The staff were friendly and professional throughout.

They are very rude and helpless , today 3 times I called them ,just I need a part for my MG , I wanted to buy this part from MG dealership , but they didn't want to do their job . What I want nearly £300 cost ,but why they didn't want to sale it no idea .very very disappointed. .

I went in expecting a straightforward service, but it took longer than I anticipated. The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere in the dealership was pleasant. They kept me informed about the progress, though I had to follow up at one point. A video of the service was shared with me earlier on, which was helpful, but it didn’t match the time it took to finish everything. When I got back into my car, I noticed that the interior cleaning felt a bit rushed. Given how long I’d waited, I thought this could have been better handled.

In the end, my car service was completed as planned.

Almost total lack of communication having reserved a car with a finance package offered that was rescinded. When I was eventually called, I was linked to the wrong vehicle despite having an offer in email, it wasn't honoured. I had arranged to collect the car and insured it, booked a flight from Edinburgh to city airport which I lost. I'm still waiting on the reservation fee being refunded and another has past with no communication. Simply not acceptable treatment given the feedback left by others. Requested a call from dealer principle to discuss, nothing. Honest comments by an honest individual approaching retirement.

I had my car booked in for an MOT at Ancaster Hyundai Croydon and was advised it would take up to 45 minutes to complete the MOT test when checking in. I decided to do some work whilst I waited for the test to be done. 4 hours later, I went to check the state of the car if it's been done or queued in, I was then informed something happened to their system so it won't be done that day. I was told to go back home, call back before their closing time so as to get an update if the system was back online. I called the telephone number for the contact centre team and was informed that no one picked up from the service team. Following day, I called and still no response, requested for a call back and urgent call back, still not a single response. Instead, 48 hours later, I was still chasing someone for an update on my car.

The communication throughout has been appalling. I called the customer service call centre several times, only to be told they couldn’t get hold of anyone at the branch themselves. It’s completely unacceptable that customers are left with no information and no way of contacting the people responsible for their vehicle.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and the lack of communication has been the worst part. I would not recommend Ancaster Hyundai Croydon or their service to anyone. There are far better dealerships that actually keep their customers informed.
