Paid so much more than anywhere else don’t buy from this company

I was very disappointed, this heater hardly put out any heat at all, you have to get right up on it to feel the heat! I decided to return it and had to pay $8.20 plus 15% restocking fee so now I am out $24.24 just for having tried the product! Beware, it’s not what it claims!

No! Stop! Keep your money! Does not heat up a room in 5 mins or an hour! You are not getting your money back because no one is ever going to contact you. Definitely not a good buy. I tried twice to get my money back. Both times I got an email saying I would get an email from someone with instructions that never came.

Total piece of crap. Even the instructions were stupid! Very illiterate! Back to the "heater"... It does not heat up at all unless you are 2 inches or closer. Sometimes didn't work at all! Crap product. Total lie.I really wanted it to work so I kept trying and having good faith while staying under an electric blanket on full blast. It didn't work. SERIOUS BUYERS REGRET!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Guess what? No customer service. Hope I saved you the expense and pain.🤬😠😡

Heaters weren't packaged properly. One Heater had bent plug blades and a broken remote. Emailed support directly and used their web form; no response. Called and spoke to a human and was told that the "relevant" department would contact me in 24-48 hours. For a 2-3$ part? The Heaters work okay, but the thermostat is a joke - the unit turns off when the air around it reaches the set temp (in Celsius) not the room temp. Save your money.

This is cheaply made heater that is made in China. It is not powerful at all and does not do what it say it does. THIS IS A SCAM!. Don't waste your money!

This product does not heat a room and it is false advertising. Ot claims that it is this small business in the US. Clearly not the case

These Alpha Heaters are a complete scam. Absolute garbage product. Cheap plastic junk from China.

I'd give them a negative 100 if I could. What a joke. Company flat outlines when you try to get your $$ back. This is a scam!! I'll be reporting them. I suggest you do the same.

We set the heater up in a 10’x10” bathroom with the doors closed and at the products highest temperature. The room temperature rose one degree! I feel like an idiot for buying this “heater”.

This is an awful 😖 product that does NOT plug into the wall. It does not meet any standards stated and is a fraud 😒 from start to finish!! Product is made in China and cheap and would burn 🔥 down any place it possibly be plugged 🔌 into!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Not even worth one star. Purchased two heaters in November 2022 & when we went to use them this winter they had both fallen apart, even though stored safely. In all, the heaters worked for 4/5 months. Total rip off. Attempted to contact the company to ascertain customer purchase rights, but impossible. Assume the company made a killing in the first year and then vanished.

The product has never showed up. But from reading reviews on this site, probably never will. If it does it probably won't work.
I'm not big on purchasing on line so this will cure me, more than likely.
The experience would have been better if there was a law that says when a product is reviewed, all reviews from other sources have to be shown also.
I was taken in by the consumer report they offer. Should be False advertisement.

I have been keeping an eye on this product for well over a year. Look at the videos that takes you to the purchase website. It's a similar video for a "fantastic" room heater invented by two different English school boys (one black the other white), same patter for the cooler as the heater. One of the young inventors now comes from Fairbanks Alaska (same person as the English school boy from Worchester). I am not certain from the videos if they are English as suggested, but one video appears to be recorded in 2011 (see the calendar of the wall) and in the USA (warning notice is not a UK/EU style). I would suggest their Trustpilot rating here is accurate (one star?, zero would be more appropriate). I would also advise caution paying for the product as it most probably has minimal effect at heating. It is essentially a 500 watt socket mounted fan heater, nothing more. Ceramic heating technology, yes, but to heat a cold room in minutes, No! Certainly not to the rate they have suggested in the video presentation. The word scam comes to mind, bearing in mind the heater product had a total of FOUR/FIVE inventors, two English, one/two American, one Swedish and a German. I have little thought but to consider this a scam or over priced products that have less effect than that advertised. And you can probably get this cheaper elsewhere. Check the Internet searches before buying. £65??? Cheaper in Amazon if you are so inclined to buy. I wouldn't.
The cost of running this heater would be about 16p per hour, and still the room would not heat up. It might keep your feet warm, but nothing else.
A similar ceramic heater is now purported to have been designed by two other English engineers! So many different faced people designing the same/similar products. The patent office must have their heads in a spin dealing with this one.

This little device is cute and I thought it seemed cool but WOW it doesn't work. On "high" you can barely feel the warm air six inches away. The instructions say that if it doesn't fit firmly in the wall socket you probably need newer sockets - but none of my newly-updated sockets in my house could hold it without some sagging. This product is useless.

Awful. Wish I could give em a 0. Doesn't heat room at all and when trying to return for refund, made ridiculous claims of needing to pay return shipping and restocking fee. Total scammers. Contact your credit card company though for help. I bought with PayPal and after telling Alpha Heater I was going to let them take care of getting me my refund, I was instantly refunded without having to send piece of junk back!

Alpha heater is the worst on the market (as far as I am concerned) definitely over priced and simply doesn't work as advertised ! Alpha heater is clearly made of cheap materials and won't even stay in a outlet without falling out ( I have brand new outlets in my house). if you watch the advertisement as I have seen (prior to purchasing) alpha heater is plugged in to a outlet, but resting against the countertop which helps keep it from falling out of the outlet. In my opinion this was the very worst purchase I have made this year and a total waste of time and money. Also the upgraded remote is a joke as well.
