Alpha Heater

Impossible for this company to improve! Their heart and soul is a dark as the pit of hell from which thay sprang!
Improve? IMPOSSIBLE!
Clearly Alpha created the first five or six clearly fraudulent,"GLOWING customer Reviews." It was not until I reached Trust Pilot Review thay I found a review that matched my persdonal experience with the Alpha "heater!"

I already wrote a review about the product. I just wanted to mention about the customer service and their website. Their customer service is absolutely terrible when I called with my concerns. They just kept telling me that their product is amazing and they have really good reviews when I asked to speak to supervisor I was told that he is on another call and he will call me back within half an hour. I never got a call back. I sent an email to their email address that is on the packing slip and the email was returned to me saying that that domain does not exist. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK, EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR WEBSITE IT SAYS MONEY BACK 30 DAYS GUARANTEE IF NOT SATISFIED. I really hope that more people would do research about this product and not waste their money and not support that business.

You'd be better off using your hand held blow dryer (for your hair) to heat a room than this product. The fan speeds are imperceptible and the heat output equally imperceptible. The unit is so bulky and the plug prongs weak, that it doesn't even securely plug into the wall. Just what you want for a heater...a house fire. (eye roll) I gave it one star...it should be zero stars. If you insist on buying it, buy it from Amazon so that when you see what I'm writing is true, YOU CAN SEND IT BACK!! This is the one of the worst products I've EVER ordered. Also, those websites that look like consumer ratings sites for this product are done by paid advertisers who receive royalties from the purchases made from those sites... read the FULL ads.

This piece of garbage doesn’t come close to being any good! I bought the 2 alpha heaters and another one just like it but just had the name portable heater. None of them were any good but had a 9.9 rating. How is this possible? You have to stand within 2 inches of it to feel any heat at all. I’ll never trust those ratings again. Don’t waste your money!

Won't stay plugged in to the wall outlet! When held in would fall out of wall plug when let go. Could not heat up . I had to hold it for it to stay in wall

I ordered these heaters more than 2 weeks ago and have not received them. I have emailed several times but have had no response. They have had £166 of my money!!!! AVOID

The whole write up on the safety features and the way it will warm up a whole room in four to five minutes is not true. The instructions that come with the heater caution on not using heater while sleeping. We tried to use this in our Arctic Fox camp trailer and it did not fall out of the outlet because using it upside down it set perfectly on the counter. But in five minutes you could warm your hands in front of the heater but the area beyond had not changed in temperature hardly at all. The timer for using is in hour increments so not user friendly if it could heat a room in a few minutes why would you need to use it for an hour or more? Overall I would say the writer of the raving review did not actually test the heater or if he did and it was an accurate test, then he he had a different heater than the 5 I purchased. Mine fell out of the wall outlets in my house and I have brand new outlets. So can’t claim that I am using worn out ones. Very disappointed in the quality and the function. No name brand on the heater, leads me to believe that all the claims made were either for a different heater or so embellished that the writer was a superb fiction author. No wonder these are not available from Amazon or Walmart. And those were supposedly the only cons and the list of pros were phenomenal. Once again if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn’t. Lesson relearned. If you are looking for a good story read the advertisement for the heaters. If you are looking to buy a good heater, avoid these.

I bought 3 of these pieces of garbage. I was stupid enough to believe their extensive advertising, and not fortunate enough to have seen any real reviews. Never again!!! Only 1 of the 3 heaters worked at all, and not very well either… I tried to contact them, but their email and phone were non-working!!! And, I also received them in busted up, flimsy, thin cardboard boxes. DON’T EASE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR GARBAGE!!!

Heater was junk - came in a completely crushed box. It wouldn't stay plugged into wall. I returned with photos etc following their instructions.

I was never refunded.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wish they let us give 0 stars. The 2 heaters I received don't even work in the United States! I plugged them in and they fell out of the outlet. There is no ground and the prongs are skinnier than any of my other electronics. I held it in the outlet, turned it on and it is in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. When I emailed and let them know the problem their response was "our heaters can't change from Fahrenheit to Celsius. Didn't even read the emails.

A total waste of money - good for warming your hands and that’s all. We have a small RV and they were absolutely useless! I would give a zero rating if there was a box for it!!

I brought two of the heaters and one of them caught fire. I contacted the firm directly I even sent photos of the burnt heater I’ve heard nothing from them these heaters were supposed to be the best well their not they are dangerous.

I wish I could have given them 1 star! The Alpha Heater does not work and when you try to get a refund you have to go back and forth with the negotiations until they finally say this is the most you can get back due to the restocking fee! So you never really get all of your money back. Just in case you were wondering I requested a refund 3 days after I received the heaters. Ordering the Alpha heater was a complete waist of time and money.

Don’t buy. Mine melted. Have emailed the company twice for a refund and to return the item but have been ignored. If I could attach a photo of the melted unit I would.

Cheaply made, and does not heat as advertised. Customer service is horrible. Do not make the mistake and purchase this item. However, if you have… return it within the 30 days or you will receive nothing.

Made a loud pop and stopped working after just 2 hours. Then it started too smoke and the plastic on two spots on the outside melted. My house now reeks if toxic burn plastic. This product is dangerous!

In line with other reviews, don't touch it! Heat a 350 ft2 room in 3 minutes? Not a chance. I bought 0ne only. A waste of money. Made in China. No North American approval labels (ULC, CSA etc). Support knows nothing about the unit either. I know more than they do. The prongs on the plug are 90 degrees off. I asked for a simple YES or NO if the plug could rotate 90 degrees either way, sent them a pic showing that it can, they answered a little bit. My unit does that, a little bit so you plug it in sideways and it wants to fall out of the duplex outlet.

I bought 3 alpha heaters after seen the advert on line. When they arrived (after >3 weeks). I opend one and tested it and found it very noisy and does not heat as claimed. Contacted the supplier to confirm address no reply. Sent it back and send an e-mail no reply and delivery failed!!! No one knows where the parcel is in NJ (lost!!!). This is a scam avoid it at all costs
