I paid in full with delivery charges and I never received the order, when checked with the courier company they told me that Aldo didn’t pay for the service and I need to contact them, it’s been weeks with no response.

Second exchanged pair of shoes, and same happened, after literally few days of wearing, the white get spots coz of dust, and are not going away with any kind of cleaning products, tried 3 different, at the professional shoe clening company said they can’t remove that.
Very disappointed, £75 for one week it’s not really fair . Can’t attach here pictures unfortunately

I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.

hello, December 2022, I bought a pair of shoes from ALDO London, Oxford Street, that I started wearing only 2 weeks ago and they already broke ((( I am very dissatisfied with the "quality" for which I paid a lot of money !!! (( (( I have bought a lot of shoes from you, including all my families), but after this experience we will definitely not buy anything from ALDO again!!!👎

Absolutely shocking experience.

The major issue here is you're dealing with two companies, that's ALDO and EVRI who have made it impossible to pick up the phone and talk to someone real.

Last time I ever shop with Aldo online. Shame really because I love their footwear.

I returned my order on 27th September 2023 and tracking shows they received it back on 6th October 2023, over a month ago. They won't reply to my emails. The order is nearly £200, I need my refund. It's absolutely disgraceful!

I have bought shoes and handbags from here many a time. I bought two pairs of sandals different styles which cost me £110 and one of them caused me great internal bruising and cut up my feet. I had worn them out for the day but had no choice but to wear them through the agony. When i could walk again i tried to return them and they said theres nothing they could do.very bad customer service i feel as i cant wear them ever again.

Very terrible experience. I do not know if the shoes have shipped. I could not speak to any of their customer rep.

Could anyone share the phone number for ALDO UK returns? I have returned 3 pairs of shoes to them 2 weeks ago, as per their guidelines using correct label, and not received any confirmation or refund of £200. They don't reply to emails. Any phone number help would be appreciated!

Don`t buy it online, I paid 4.95£ for postage and now have to pay 2.90£ to return it. The sizing isn`t correct and runs much smaller.

I have returned a bag for a refund, no joy with Aldo I am so frustrated, they have not responded to my email again...
Item purchased 10th March, returned 13th March, proof of posting provided, several emails sent to Aldo, informed to wait until 30th March, did so still no refund, emailed again, no response, customer service number does not work.
They have received my returns & still have my payment too.
I will never ever order again from this company...
Appalling customer service for returns.
Today 03.04.23 I receive a email in response to my last 2 emails informing my refund should be processed within the next 10 days, what kind of service is this really???

They finally responded informing me they had increased refurn fees to £8.84 from £3.95 without first notiying me,

The £4.89 is the shipping costs for the courier for you to receive this order, the £3.95 is the returns fee to return this back to us, there is not an additional £8.84.
Both fees are non-refundable, many online retailers are charging their customers for the delivery and return fee's for orders, this is in line with the current retail market and the needs of our business as previously mentioned.
Our returns policy does state that returns should be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, the sooner you return it the quicker it is processed by the returns team.
You pay for the shipping costs when you purchase an item this is stated on our delivery policy and the returns fee is also stated on our returns fee so everything on our side is clearly advertised.
We are not going back and forth over the same thing, we are closing this case, any replies won't be answered.
You are more than welcome to seek advice from other websites.

As with several other dissatisfied customers are with Aldo, I too am done with them.

Quality is poor, prices are too high. Even at sales. What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost, delivered to someone else, name on the card different, when ordered online and one month late, I had to run around the whole street to find it, impossible to talk on the phone or chat, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait to refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from you

Order the 2 bags recently, they arrived late. requested a refund the items have been delivered back to them 24th jan. Still no refund processed.

I placed an order on 26 Dec 22, received the conformation email yet still awaiting to receive my order. Sent so many emails but no one got back to me. totally scam never ever order from this company.

Tried to order 2 pairs of shoes on the last day of the sale but the discount code wouldn’t work. The customer service replied a week late to say the code had expired! Interestingly bought the same shoes the day after in one of the franchised shops £20 a pair cheaper than the official website sales price.

I have written correct delivery address, but it changed once I payed with Apple Pay. There is no button to change address or even cancel the order. Customer service answers to emails in 10 days and products are shipped within 7 days so you can not even ask them to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Disgusting. Paid extra for next day delivery for my Sons birthday and haven’t received. Don’t even answer my emails. Totally disgusted. Should be out of business but the payments with no completion of order will keep them afloat. Should be taken off line so no one else falls victim.

Terrible service ! Ordered on the 28.11.2022 no confirmation email. Paid through a buy now pay later service so hoping they will reimburse me. Shocking service for such a well known brand !!

Update : trainers came today Aldo replied to me via messenger. An email when purchased would have helped me they got here !
