Communication was great.
The only reason for the 4 star is the very long delivery time (2.5 month).

No problem with payment despite of different currency. Quick verification of VAT to have possibility to buy items 0% VAT. Quick and robust shipping.

Sluchátka byla odeslána ihned poté, co skončila celopodniková dovolená po Vánocích. Takže jsem zcela spokojen. Nicméně když jsem si ta sluchátka objednával, což bylo tehdy, když lidé z Air Teamu byli na dovolené, tak jsem je také zaplatil a Air Team mne poněkud znervóznil tím, že mi asi tři dny poté přišla zpráva, že bych měl zaplatit, jinak že objednávka bude zrušena. Patrně je to nějaký účetní problém, když jsou všichni na dovolené. Ovšem, jak jsem již nahoře řekl, sluchátka přišla, takže vše je v pořádku.

I have sent Bose A20 headset for repair.

Communication with company about ordering a repair, financing and delivery was very good. All questions were answered and company was helpful with problems about filling repair order.

After 12 days I asked about status of repair and Airteam answered that it's done and it will be shipped soon.
So I was waiting. 13 days later I asked one more time and reply was the same - it's ready and will be send shortly.
I have smartphone app from parcel company and I was monitoring it all the time but no parcel didn't appear.
I was waiting whole December and finally in January I send next email and also a WhatsApp message.
Reply to WhatsApp was on next day and info was that parcel was shipped and delivered. But I didn't receive any package. I asked for tracking number and info on website confirmed that package was delivered in November.

I started to look for it and I have found it at my apartment's security gate. It was there for almost 2 months.
Unfortunatelly Airteam didn't provide my phone number to parcel delivery company. This was a cause of problem.
Probably when postman was trying to deliver shippment nobody was at home and he couldn't make contact with me and he left a package at security - in my opinion he should try to deliver shippment one more time and this is not Airteam fault.
Lack of phone number caused that I wasn't able to monitor a shippment in smartphone.

So I have an advice for Airteam company:
Please provide receiver's contact phone number to parcel delivery company, it will be easier for every one.

Because you are a holder of EASA Part 145 certificate you have a quality assurance policy. I think that this comment should increase customer's quality in field of delivery and should be taken in account.

P.S.
One more thing - reply to my last email from January about the status was "We are pleased to inform you that your headphones have already been repaired and will be shipped back to you shortly" - come on, other person via What's up informed me that it was shipped and delivered already in November. I don't know how to comment that information.

Delivery - thanks to the perfect communication and right approach, I was able to pick-up ordered goods very soon. Thank you! P.

Delivered ELT was fine and all as it should be.

But: Delivery was delayed for weeks, but no proactive communication on this issue. I had to ask 3 times for information. Finaly there was a message with tracking number but no information on logistic provider. At the end my 750€ order was for 2 days in front of my door.
No information about this from DPD or airteam.
Definetly no industrie standard.

I received used headphones , instead of the New 850€ headphones I was suppose to receive.
Considering the 1 month waiting time for the product to arrrive , i don’t esclude they just buy used prosucts online And re-sell it for new.
They don’t reply to my e-mails since I informed them about the issue .

Another thing, consider you will be changed for shipping , about 25€ If the purchase is not above something like 1000€ .

I suppose If they’ll ever get back to me , And accept the return I will have to pay again my self the shipping , losing even more money.
