Ho effettuato un ordine il 31/08 con consegna rapida, il prodotto risultava in stock. Ad oggi 13/09 non ho ancora idea di quando potrò ricevere il mio ordine. Le date indicate dallo staff di supporto sono approssimative e disinteressate. Davvero deludente, non ordinerò da questo sito mai più!

Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. However, the information regarding the product being in stock is not accurate. After double-checking our inventory, we can confirm that the last Proflight 2 was sold on August 28th, 2024, and no new stock arrived until September 13th, 2024. I see that your order was placed on August 31st, 2024, which falls between those two dates.
The lead time provided on our website was "usually 2 weeks," which we fulfilled, as the product was shipped to you on September 17th, 2024.

Avoid at all costs - aerox O2 bottle
Ordered aerox O2 bottle and bag on 29th May 2024, order 44024801, was supposed to be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Contacted them when order was due, they said bottle was held in customs and should be delivered promptly, waited a bit more asking for a tracking informations, never received them, delivery promised by email later that week, date came and still no delivery. more than 9 weeks later, still no delivery or tracking informations, asked for a refund, no more contact. I will contact my bank to cancel transaction. All items are paid in full when ordering, not at shipping. Never again, poor way to do business.

Odrzucenie reklamacji nakolannika, którego plastikowy element podtrzymujący iPada pękł po roku, bo to „ wyraźnie uszkodzenie mechaniczne”. Naprawdę? Zrobiłam w tym sklepie zamówienia na kilka tysięcy złotych, jakie mogę mieć zaufanie jako klient, wydając u Was pieniądze na drogi sprzęt, skoro odrzucacie reklamacje w taki sposób?

FUYEZ⚠️⚠️⚠️ installations mal réalisée. Matériel très coûteux de faible qualité. Aucun suivi pour entretien. Plus de 2 mois à appeler chaque semaine sans retour. On prend mes coordonnées sans jamais donner suite...dans le but de traîner la garantie????? Plus que désagréable au téléphone. Ne répondent pas au mail. Nous sommes nombreux à nous plaindre sur les chantiers pour les alarmes, les climatisations, détections, système incendie, etc...beaucoup d’entrepreneur et particuliers extrêmement déçus.

Ware zurückgesendet
Ware zurückgesendet, seit mehr als 1 Woche zugestellt, bisher keine Erstattung eingegangen. Keine Antwort auf Rückzahlungs-Aufforderung.
Ware(Batterien) waren schon 14 Monate alt bei einer Nutzungszeit von 5 Jahren ab Herstellungsdatum. Die Aussage des AirTeam die Batterien hätten 10 Jahre „ shelf live“ ist irrtelevant, da der Ablauf bei Überprüfung ab Herstellungsdstum zählt und nicht ab Einbaudatum.
