AIR TEAM provides great services with professional and helpful staff. Prices are competitive, and the VAT exemption process is straightforward. Delivery is fast, and their packaging is nice. However, communication regarding delays could be improved. Overall, I'm satisfied with their support and would consider buying from them again. Solid experience!

6 months delay, zero proactive communication
I had good experiences with the seller after two orders (one personal and one business) but the third (business again) was a disaster. I placed the order on 12 November 2024 and I have received the items on 27 May 2025 (196 days!).
They have never contacted me proactively, I was always the one asking for updates. The cause of the delay was always blamed on the manufacturer of the items. At least customer service was kind in the emails.
In March I wanted to cancel the order but they said that they are not able to refund the cost, only provide a voucher, because it is a business order. So we chose to wait more.
They never offered any solution, compromise or compensation to fulfilling the order so our company was missing both the money and the items for 6 months.
Will not order again.

I ordered Bose A30. It says 4 weeks. After 7 week no news. I received an email with indicated order is shipped, with no shipment reference and track.
This is unacceptable!!!

Your order was placed on April 15, and payment was received on April 16.
The parcel was shipped on May 21, which is 5 weeks after payment, not 7 weeks as mentioned.
The tracking number was included on the invoice, which was sent to you via email.
We are truly sorry if our communication was unclear or if any important information was not conveyed properly. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when expectations are not fully met, and we regret that we did not deliver the level of service you deserve.

Excellent Headset
I recently purchased the David Clark H10-13.4 Headset, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The audio quality is crystal clear, the noise reduction is impressive, and the headset is extremely comfortable even on long flights. The build quality is solid, and it feels like a durable, long-lasting product. Definitely a great investment for any pilot or aviation enthusiast. Highly recommended.
