I had to put one star, that is undeserved. 0 is correct.
My car war picked up by a very rude and unprofessional person. I had RWC the small print and knew that the would expect £5. When I offered them £10 and asked for chance, a very rude member of staff then started counting out coins into my hand, he was also an absolute liar or lacking the maths skills of a 6 year old. He offereref me £2:28 as change from £10:00
Unfortunately I imagine some may fall for this…

To be honest, I spent 2 weeks worrying if I’d see my car again. Pretty terrible way to spend my time.

I had to leave work and drive to the airport as quickly as possible, unfortunately for me, I didn’t have the time to remove all belongings from my car. I just assumed that they would be safe.

My timberland boots were stolen from my car.
It was evident that other parts of my car were searched during the time they had my car in their possession.
DO NOT USR THIS COMPANY. They accept liability for nothing

This experience has totally put me off using a meet and greet service ever again. Called on arrival but took them at least another 40 mins to turn up with our car. Always always check your car! I always hope that people own up to accidents.. it was dark we were tired .. this morning discovered a big dent in the rear side panel of my car just below the petrol cap. Now as I filled up my car the night before we went to the airport I know that dent and scrape across my paint work was not there. Did they own up to reversing my car into most likely a bollard?? Of course not ! Use this company at your own risk! We never will again and neither will anyone we know .. not trust worthy

I recommend that you utilise this nice parking service provider when needed,as they have very honest and responsible staff.

AVOID AT ALL COST - PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE

Easy to book and parked my car on the 24th September, returned to pick it up on the 2nd October. Not only had the mileage on my car gone up but i received a PCN letter of £90 as my car had been caught driving in the London ULEZ charging zone on the 26th September when it was in their car in High Street Harlington. Have sent emails and been calling them for the past 5 days to complain and pay this and each time they tell me a manager will be calling me back which surprise suprise they still have not done so.All the guy on the phone can say is that sometimes they have to move cars to different car parks, however this is not mentioned during booking and they have incurred me a PCN charge whilst my car was in their care. Absolutely disgusting and will keep chasing this!

1. The car was handed over on Sunday 10th September @ 0625hrs
The first complaint is that the car was scheduled to be picked up at 0600hrs but I had to wait 25minutes before anyone arrived which affected my check-in process.

2. When the car was driven away it wasn’t driven with due care and attention, the driver merely sped off.

3. My car was due to be handed back to me at 1815hrs on Friday 15th September
I called at 1730hrs for my car but was told that it would be given back to me at 1830hrs. I was then called again at 1800hrs and told that the driver
Had arrived at terminal 2 to hand the car back to me. At 1815hrs the driver still hadn’t turned up and did so at 1827hrs.

4. On receiving my car back I checked the mileage. The mileage on handover was 12547 but on receiving the car back the mileage was recorded as 12561
I queried the difference in the mileage with the driver who at first said “What difference”, I showed the driver the difference and he told me that it
Was because the cars are moved around different parking areas. I asked where my car had been parked while I was away, he stated it had been parked in
Hillingdon. Hillingdon is 6.7 miles away from Heathrow.

5. On arriving at home the car seemed fine but I noticed that the NExtbase camera had been disconnected , why?

The nextbase camera was showing out of memory and on close inspection I noticed that the 512gB SD card has been stolen from the NExtbase camera slot

I would never use this company ever again and wouldn't recommend them as a company you can trust.

On top of paying to park our car for the week you also get charged to enter the short stay car park you have to leave it at. The lady who collected the key was rude,barking orders & generally nasty. Thought that must be the worst of it...how wrong I was. 2nd day of my family holiday & I get a phonecall saying the immobilizer has kicked in(never had that issue before EVER)& the alarm was going off.How am I meant to deal with that thousands of miles away?My husband then tried to talk the guy through(used google for reference).They then hung up so assumed it was sorted.Again,wrong.When we returned to Gatwick we rung up to be told to go to a postcode 3miles away(it was 11.30pm)...had to get a cab(£28)& was met by a group of men who barely spoke English.They took my husband away to the car in a field with lots of other cars(they hose them down at the compound we were sent to to hide the evidence.My family witnessed how they treat the customer cars...disgusting!!).Tried to start the car...the battery had been drained by the alarm going off as they left it going(the alarm can be switched off by the keyfob).The dashcam had been removed from the windscreen & there was mud everywhere(even the back seat footwells).They have a clause that car batteries/windscreens etc are exempt from their responsibility.I then had to call a relative to pick me & my kids(both autistic)up but he was over 2hrs away.We had arrived in summer clothes & had to wait in what I would deem a big shed,no heating,no toilet & they didn't care if we were tired etc. & just kept walking past us muttering in their own language.Husband called RAC who said it would be about 9am before they would arrive.He asked the men if they had any tools so he could disconnect the battery to disarm the immobilizer(googled the remedy).They said they had tools but were very complacent to help.Eventually a contractor came at 3.30am & sorted the car.The whole sordid business has left a very bitter taste in my mouth

EDIT:Have contacted them as I have footage from the dashcam BEFORE they removed it that puts them at fault for the dead battery & heard NOTHING. Please steer clear of these cowboys. They treat cars with such disrespect.

Unprofessional from the moment we arrived, just some guy in a chair taking keys off of people and handing a piece of paper, no vehicle inspection..all felt a bit dodgy but not much I could do as we needed to head off for our flights, when we arrived after our hol they took 50 mins to arrive, I can live with that..what I had a problem with was the huge gash down the passenger side, someone had clearly taken a turning too tightly and scraped a bollard, possibly they hit it with another car whilst parking…who knows ? The driver tried to dash off before we noticed, I asked him to contact his boss and get this logged on some paperwork, he did call his boss (I think!) and tried to resolve the situation by taking a photo on his phone, I also asked for his name which I’m sure he made up on the spot…assuring me that they would compare it to other pics they had taken when we dropped it off….I don’t believe they took any going by there lack of professionalism and certainly no inspection with us, I can’t get a response on any numbers, I’ve sent an email to all addresses I could find….looking on here I imagine I will get the same copy and pasted response which is just confirmation of what a scam this is, the company hasn’t even been registered for a year, my guess is that this is a pattern, create a dodgy company (probably duplicated under other names too?) then when it all gets too much just dissolve it and open another with a slightly different name, if they come back to me I will be pleasantly surprised and will update
But I would not recommend trusting these or probably any other meet/greet companies going forward, this will be a police matter soon if no one responds

When we dropped our car off it was unclear of what we were meant to do, we had a person who barely spoke English take us to a machine to pay £5 and then take our key from us. We asked about collection, his English was so little he didn't know what we were saying, took our car key and left us standing in the middle of the car park.

When picking the car up, we called and was told it would be 30 minutes. We were waiting well over an hour, when calling the company could never give us a precise answer as to where our car was and how long it was going to be. A man turned up and kept saying any minute but alas no signs of our car.

Would highly recommend NEVER to use this service. Will definitely NEVER BE USING THIS SCAM EVER AGAIN

From start to finish nothing was to much trouble we were delayed the agent arrived quickly so we didn’t miss check in. On arrival back to uk one call and we were met the agent helped us with our bags and to our surprise our car had been cleaned while we were away an fantastic company thank you we will be using you again.

Easy to book. That is about it. On arrive the handover was super unprofessional. Was pretty much handing keys over to stranger, no branding just a rude lady barking orders.

Arriving back for collection it took ages to get through in phone. Being just hung up on or not answered. So 20min waste there then had to wait 45min for our car to arrive.

First thing I said to driver is why is it so covered in mud. He just laughed at me and said it was kept in field. There was mud in the driver footwell too.

Not the type of service you want to return to after travelling all day…

For a busy company there are no real excuses for this… everybody else waiting for their cars all had similar irritations on their collections.

I'm trying to contact them to cancel my booking but they don't reply to my request and when I call them answer the phone once and hangs all the other numbers they provide no one answer.
No communication at all

They stole our car!!! Me my husband and 2 children arrived to Gatwick airport no contact all numbers no active!!! There ware more families like us!!! We have been told they stole 200 cars over the last week!!!! I can not even imagine worse scenario!!!!!! AVPID!!!

Easy to book. Seemed great. We now need to make a change/cancel and they are no where to be seen. I have contacted on 8 occasions and they have not responded. Can’t call as mailbox is full. Beyond annoyed. Will be happy to update review if they actually respond.
Update - 2 weeks later, 12 emails, 2 messages on their site and still no respond. I would completely AVOID as it’s not worth the risk. Go directly with a reputable site.

We booked through airport parking spaces, company CPS at Gatwick. This company was the top recommended airport parking spaces so I would never use this website again. On arrival we rang the provided number numerous times and both numbers were engaged. We decided to go to the Car park designated, as we had been driving round for an hour, the man taking the cars was extremely aggressive, we expressed our concerns having not answered our calls and he kept telling us he doesn’t care if we use his service or not (unfortunately we had already paid so this wasn’t an option for us). Numerous customers were arguing about not receiving their cars on time, so I wish we had listened and paid to go elsewhere! We were giving the guys personal number as reassurance and told we would have no problems. On arrival back all our calls were again ignored, until we threatened to take further action. We were then told to go to level 5 and then they called to say level 4 when we arrived the car was dumped with the key in the wheel, no sign of anyone !! From start to finish horrendous service!

AVOID- Had to wait 30 minutes for them to arrive on the way out. Way back gave them notice when we landed and still they take 1hour and 15 minutes to arrive!!!

They tell you the car is parked 6 miles from Heathrow but somehow use 60 miles of petrol- Liars DONT USE

From reading other reviews the response is that Airport Parking Spaces is not the provider so any complaints should be made direct to the providers.
Airport Parking Spaces should not be using "My Parking". We used a meet and greet service at Gatwick.

On drop off we had to call numerous times and then we heard someone snoring.
On pick up we called for 30mins repeatly and various text messages for a person to answer. We were already waiting with 2 young children at the car park before they answered phone.
Then the car arrived with thick layer of grim, small leaves caught in cob webs , and bird poo in numerous places. It definitely had not be parked in a secure car park.
I only used this service as had 4.5 stars
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Glovebox and console and been turned out and rummaged through
my carpark coin pot had been emptied and taken
Car was just parked on side streets (and moved) so not secure at all
had to pay to enter and leave heathrow on top of the costs - wish id used anothe provider now
