DO NOT USE!
Left us waiting at the Airport for 2 hours, called them numerous of times while waiting and being told 5 minutes.
We arrived back to the parking lot, the car was not there for collection! Having to wait a rather long time again they speedily drove in numerous (Large) pot holes (in their car park) careless, and damaging my car.
We went to complain and they dismissed us and drove off in the minibus. Shambles!! Please do not use if you want your car back undamaged, spend the extra couple of quid and get something better.

Shocking company, waited 50 mins to get picked up amd taken to my car. I was away working and called to ask
About cost for extra time and if I could extend online, the guy was ride and then hung up on me. I sent a text to say how professional, to hang up on your customers and he never called me back. The usual suspects yet again

Based on the condition of the vehicle and the hygiene standards, I’m not fully convinced MOTs, water, and shower gel are priorities here. Long wait in cold weather with a child, poor organisation, and very unprofessional service overall.

Absolute shocking service. We landed at 0100 and as per our booking asked for a 0130 collection. As per their instructions we called stating we had our luggage at 0132 only to be told there would be half an hour wait. After half an hour with no pick up still I called back and they said the driver was in his way and they would let me know when he was 3 minutes away. A further 15minutes later I received a call to be told her would be there in 10 minutes. Please note the compound is 10 minutes away from the terminal. Eventually we were collected over 1 hour after requesting pickup which at that time of the morning after a ling flight is the last thing you want. Furthermore when we got on the minibus it was in an awful condition, cable toes on the drivers seat belt bracket, difficulty opening the passenger side door, I doubt (but cannot confirm) it would pass its MoT. Overall a very poor experience, I will not be using again and recommend others don't too

Absolutely shocking experience with airport parking at Gatwick. I’m genuinely surprised the minibuses even passed an MOT—they felt unsafe from the moment we got in.

The staff were rude and unhelpful & unhygienic, which just made everything worse.

What’s even more concerning is how careless they are with customers’ vehicles. Car keys are left in a place that is easily accessible, which is completely unacceptable and a huge security risk. There were times where no staff were in sight at all, yet vehicles and keys were just left unattended. I have video evidence of this, which makes it even more worrying.

To make matters worse, my car was damaged while in their care. The way this was handled afterwards was completely negligent—no accountability, no proper communication, and no effort to resolve the issue.

For a company that claims to be “trusted,” this is far from it. I would not recommend this service to anyone—avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
You have to call 30 minutes before your arrival, why? Not a clue! You would think it is so they can prep the transport to the airport but you park up to be told to wait 30 minutes for the van to come. What the point of that call is before hand is beyond me.

On your return, you have to call to let them know to collect you. Told to wait 30 minutes, unreasonable considering they are 10 minutes away. However this turned into over an hour which is complete joke and unacceptable.
Cherry on the cake was the car wasnt even ready for us to collect so had to wait at reception for even longer for them to find my car.
Not a single apology either.
It really is you get what you pay for and next time the extra £10 to go to litrately any other car park will be worth it.

AVOID at all costs, they kept me waiting 2 hours on my return flight, after constantly lying saying its 10 minutes away then hanging up on us. This was alongside 8 other people who could not all fit in the van and had to be left in the cold for further delays, not even one apology from the reception or driver, disgusting service.

DO NOT USE! If I could leave zero stars I would. From arrival this service felt dodgy and I was extremely nervous leaving my car in their back end car park where they work out the back of a car. The cars were parked nose to tail. The driver was using video to talk to his family while driving which made us feel very unsafe.
We paid £12 for the drop off fee even though there were other passengers in the car so they are making a profit on that.
We were instructed to call when we collected our baggage, which we did, to be told by the man who answered the phone he had no idea when we would be collected as he had never driven to Heathrow before! We did not know where to stand or wait or if we had time to go and get a coffee.
When the driver arrived about 20 minutes later, he called and said he was here. When I asked where he gave the wrong number plate but having scanned the multiple rows of bustling people and cars eventually found him. The drive back was rushed and he drove uncomfortably fast especially around corners. The suitcases were rolling around in the boot, as were we! The music was uncomfortably loud. We arrived into a different location than where we had dropped the car off, and by the time we arrived it was dark. The driver pointed into a dark back end gravel area and we just had to go, with no lighting, to collect our keys from someone’s boot of their car. As 2 women I’ve never felt so unsafe! The man pointed into the darkness and said your car is up there. We had to use our phone torches to find the car amongst the many that were there. The car appeared to be undamaged from what we could see with our torches but it was so dirty! I had left it clean! The inside smelled strongly of aftershave which is still lingering now a few days later. The mileage had increased by 20 miles which I hadn’t factored into the charging allowance for our trip home (EV) so I have no idea where it went during that time!as we left the ‘car park’ there were 4 policemen standing by the entrance by the car we had collected our keys from and the man was nowhere to be seen! All felt very dodgy and unsafe. Would never use again!

Do not use. It is very hard to find and they’re so rude to you. I was unable to find the place as the postcode takes you no where near then they rang me asking how long I’d be. When I asked for more details they just got arsey and didn’t want to help. When I finally found it and left my car with them, when I returned my car was VERY dirty and I dropped it off clean. They did offer to go and clean it (which they did) however I had left 3 packs of fags in the car and after leaving had realised they had been taken but I didn’t go back and question this as it’s a very dodgy place and I felt very vulnerable. To add to this, they told me to ring when at baggage claim. I rang 3 times and got no answer so went to get a coffee while waiting for my drink they rang back and said they’re here. I got my coffee and went to where they told me to go, did get a bit lost as never been to Gatwick before and when I wasn’t with them straight away they rang to ask how long I’d be but I couldn’t have rang them to ask where they were as they were using no caller ID. DO NOT USE!

We were told when we had our bags on arrival, to ring them, which I did, only to be told it would be a 45 minute wait for the next available minibus to where my car was parked, this is totally unacceptable especially with a 4 hour drive north ahead, so told the guy on the phone, to pick us up now or I will have to get a taxi there and I will forward the cost to you.
We did get a taxi at £25, when we got there had to wait 10 minutes for him to turn up, then said I'd email them the taxi receipt for reimbursement, never even had the courtesy to reply to my email, then no reply to a follow-up email a week later.
Total garbage "service"

When arriving at the Car Park to drop our car off there was nowhere to park our car and had to leave it outside their shed.
However arriving back last night found car was parked in total darkness tight up against a metal fence/gate. Car was also left unlocked. Discovered damage on driver side wing where the car had hit the fence/gate is was parked against.
Have tried to call to speak to the Manager on several occasions last night/today. Have had phone disconnected on every occasion and have now been blocked😡🤬. Will now be contacting Trading Standards and Action Fraud

We arrived to pass our keys over only to find the office and front desk in a Shed?? The yard as you would call it looked awful and potholes everywhere..at this point I'm worried about leaving our car there but at this point have no other option.
On arrival back to the UK after a very relaxing holiday we was met with the stresses of the UK!
Our plane was delayed by an 1 and we called the so called office make them aware of our arrival. We got a call back to state that we were not 20 mins over our pick up time but 24hrs?
We was then told we need to pay a charge of £15 and stated in CASH..we then continued to advise them that our plane was delayed and they argued the fact we are 24hrs late and they need the money.
When we got to the back street yard filled with potholes my husband had a debate about the charge .. the man continued to shout and argue about the charge and refused to give us the key for the car.
While we was all in the shed there was 2 other family's.. 1 family they couldn't find the key and the 2nd family they had lost the car and couldn't find it!
When we payed the fee reluctantly by bank transfer he then had lost our car key ! Found in the end but AVOID at all costs .. plus read terms and conditions they take no responsibility for any damages , slashed tyres and even parts missing !!! Shocking that this is on a compare website !

Bunch of rogues, cowboys, whatever could be wrong with a service delivery.
Before I get to the 2hour delays I will start if the dangerous vans they transport you to the airport. I have a video of 1 of the vams the black 1 that had door opened on motorway while transferring us back, there are seat belts that won't save u when there is an incident and some seat belts that have actually bee cut off, I wanted to report to the police but I forgot to get the van number cus that car shouldn't pass an mot. The driver asked us to sit our 7year old dauter on our lap without a seat belt cus the van was full.
For the waiting times 2 and half hours it took to get us back to my car after a nice holiday and when I got to my car it was damaged. When you read the terms and conditions of their insurance, u are responsible for the excess even though it's their fault and you need to bring it to them for repairs and u are responsible for the cost of the transportation of your car to them.

Bunch of thieves rouges! I should have read the trust pilot reviews before booking with them. I was in a rush and booked with them thieves. It said Gatwick airport parking meet and greet and I fell for that scam. I thought it was the real Gatwick parking. But it’s actually Gatwick airport parking SPACES LIMITED. Scam! They stole my money which was in the car. I cleaned my car the day before my holiday the car was in a wreck mud on the carpets driver seat, passenger seat and one side of the rear seat and the mats. Wet and muddy when they delivered the car. The passenger seat was adjusted and pulled back so clearly they have been using my car as shuttle service. The tank was full when I dropped the car. The fuel was used and when I said all this to the guy who was there at the pickup point he said send an email. When I sent an email they replied a draft already been typed saying it was customer’s responsibility bla bla when I mentioned can you explain the dirt and mud the passenger side seat was pulled back and requested for an explanation, and about the fuel no reply! DO NOT BOOK and fall for it like I did. Their company name looks so legit so you’ll think it’s actually the Gatwick Airport parking. I will report their website to the scam and fraud prevention agency. They are a friking disgrace to the Muslim community. The guy is called Muhammad friking Ali.

Didn’t even want to give 1 star, this company is absolutely disgusting. We trusted them with our truck. What a stupid mistake that was. I had a bad feeling from the minute we pulled up to the airport. So I done a full video of the truck just incase. Had to wait ages for the truck to be dropped back. Kept changing the story as to why they was late every time. The truck had also been hit, red paint down the back of it and a dent. When we got in the truck the camera/tracker had been covered with paper. We checked and the truck had been driven on days while we was away!! We was told to contact head office which we have now done so many times and left emails and not a single reply. Even put the phone down on my partner. Anyways we will be taking this further. Please don’t use this company! We don’t want anyone else to be out of pocket or have to deal with this.

What a murky world airport parking can be!!
I booked through 'Compare Your Parking' site and believed I had booked 'Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces Limited' but after looking closely at the drop off location found it was 'Airport Parking Spaces Limited', who have very limited space to park and store any cars?! I phoned them to ask where my car would be kept whilst I was on holiday, only to be given very dubious replies in broken English before the guy hung up. Seeing the Trustpilot reviews I decided against leaving my car there.
I called 'Compare Your Parking' to ask for a refund, to be told 'no' and they too hung up. I suspect they are one and the same operator?!!
On my way to the airport I drove past Airport Parking Services Limited at Compound 1, Acacia Grove on Copthorne Road, and it looks very unprofessional and definitely not the sort of place you would leave your car whilst on holiday.

AVOID at all costs. Meet and Greet service waited well over an hour for the car to be delivered to North Terminal Car Park 6..level 5 and then the driver demanded £20 to hand over the key..a total scam..worst service ever.. there were 3 other couples waiting with us suffering the same fate
