Sent wrong item
Do not believe the reply to this review as Adorearth are scamming people. They will not refund me unless I send the item back at my own expense.
They are also deleting all negative comments on their Facebook page and blocking people who leave them.
The only place they can be held accountable are platforms like this.
This matter is now before Consumer Protection.
They sent me the wrong blanket and now tell me they cannot send out the correct blanket, even though they are still selling the exact blanket I ordered on the website. I suspect they are doing this to everyone. They have offered a full refund but I have to send the incorrect blanket back to them at my own expense. I have reported this to Consumer Protection.

I am so sorry for this incredibly frustrating runaround. Telling you they can't send the correct blanket while keeping it listed for sale on their website is a massive red flag, and expecting you to pay out of pocket to return an item they incorrectly sent is completely unacceptable.
Please send over your order number. I will step in directly to bypass this process, ensure you get your full refund, and make sure you aren't left out of pocket for their mistake.

Total lack of customer care
This company would have to one of the absolutely worst to do business with.
I ordered some bamboo sheets as part of a larger order including a bamboo quilt and bamboo mattress topper. This order #40521, was placed on May 15th. The quilt order was confirmed on the 16th May, and delivered via Auspost on 19th May.
The mattress topper was confirmed on the 19th May and delivered via Auspost on 21st May.
The sheets order was confirmed on the 22nd May and the sheets STILL have not being delivered. The support people at Adorearth added the tracking number for the mattress topper to the sheets order ON 22nd May, AFTER the mattress topper had been delivered.
So far over 20 emails have been sent to Adorearth and responses received for the first 18 emails were in denial they had made a mistake. They kept referring to the incorrect tracking number that they applied to the sheets order, saying the sheets had been delivered on the 21st May, which was impossible since they didn't add the confirmation date of 22nd May, whichj was after the alledged delivery date.. The mattress topper carton was still sealed as it would have been when it left China and there was no room in the carton for the sheets to have added anyway.
The weight and dimensions or the carton exactly matched the Auspost tracking description. Photos of the carton and the labels were sent to Adorearth. They finally agreed that the sheets had not been sent and now they alledge that replacements have been sent. I was advised of this by email on JUNE 10th where they are now saying that replacements have been sent. They cannot provide tracking details so as at 16th June I still have no sheets or confirmation.
A previous review 2 weeks ago recieved a response promising that this would be resolved but of course that promise has not resulted in anything except more emails backwards and forwards with no results

I am deeply sorry for this exhausting experience and the absolute runaround you have been given. It is completely unacceptable that our team applied the wrong tracking number, denied the mistake for 18 emails despite your clear proof, and still hasn't provided tracking for the replacement sheets promised on June 10th.
Please send us a private message with your email address. I am personally taking over Order #40521 right now to bypass the support queue, verify the exact status of your replacement sheets with our warehouse, and provide you with your real tracking number—or issue an immediate full refund if they have not been sent. This will be resolved today.
Highly recommend bamboo sheet set!!
I purchased the bamboo sheet set and have been impressed at how they feel, wash and the fitted sheet stays in place.
The shipping was quick and overall experience for an online order was positive.
For me my big bug bear is expensive fitted sheets even deep wall ones always coming off but this product doesn’t do that.
Highly recommend

Ive sent several emails (6 in total) about the incorrect product that was sent. You stated that 'we will get back to you' and another that said 'we will refund' and nothing has been done. I see there a many other reviews on your site thats the same . I do hope customers read this and choose to go elsewhere because your a company that does not instill trust, care or honesty

Best mattress topper I’ve ever had
Best mattress topper I’ve ever had. I was a bit sceptical about how good it would be but boy was I surprised. Also bought one for my daughter who said it was like being wrapped up in a cloud. After finally putting mine on the bed I really couldn’t believe how nice it felt to lay on. Lush and so comfy. I highly recommend it. The company was easy to deal with as well.

Worst online experience i’ve ever experienced
Worst online experience I’ve ever had. The business chose to ignore both emails and calls when I seeked to make a 90-day refund from day 40. Only after the 90-day period (day 92) did they choose to respond. Claiming that I am now not eligible for a refund. I returned the item under the promise that I will receive a different colour sheet…only to be sent back the exact same colour bedsheet I had returned.

It is incredibly exhausting to be completely ignored when trying to sort out a refund, only for a business to run down the clock and tell you it's too late. I am really sorry for the massive runaround, the frustration with the 90-day timeline, and the absolute mess-up of sending you back the exact same color bedsheet you just returned.
We want our customer service and returns to be completely fair and reliable. I would love to pull up your communication history starting from day 40 and see what on earth happened with your exchange.
Could you please reach out to us privately with your name and order number? I'll be keeping a close eye out for your message so we can look into this directly and get it sorted out for you.
I purchased 3 sets of queen size bamboo…
I purchased 3 sets of queen size bamboo sheet sets in different colors. I received 2 sets packaged together and after questioning, the 3rd set arrived about 2 weeks later. The bamboo sets were of questionable quality. One set felt thin and the other set was of heavier weight. Both top sheets were finished with a single seam on all 4 sides. No decorative fold over.
The 3rd set which arrived a couple of weeks later was microfiber not bamboo .
What followed was weeks of emails to and fro between myself and what presented itself as a bot customer service. Finally, when I asked to speak to a person my complaint was then rectified.
Although the problem was fixed, I wouldn’t recommend Adorearth due to the variable quality of the sheets and lax customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback, and I am glad that we were ultimately able to rectify the situation for you.
However, it is incredibly frustrating to experience such highly inconsistent fabric quality across your order, to have to chase down a missing set, and to receive microfiber instead of the premium bamboo sheets you paid for. I am also very sorry that you had to endure weeks of repetitive, automated-feeling emails before finally being put in touch with a real person to get this resolved.
We want our bamboo sheets to always meet a high, consistent standard—including the proper design finishes—and our customer service should be helpful and human from the very first email. Your experience highlights exactly where we need to tighten up our quality control and support processes.
Thank you again for your patience and for helping us see where we need to improve. If you ever need anything else in the future, we will make sure it is handled with the care it deserves.

I will never deal with this company again, they don't even deserve a star. TheY send you the cheap sheets made of microfibre that are supposed to be bamboo. Lie and say they will fix it and never do. It is incredibly frustrating to look forward to premium bamboo sheets only to receive cheap microfiber instead, and to feel completely lied to when trying to get it fixed. I am really sorry for the disappointment with the material and the stressful runaround regarding the refund timeframe.
