Money grabbing and poor quality sheets. Despite their 180 day promise of a no hassle refund, they give you the run around and prolong the process. Make ridiculously low refund offers. Offer to send you more sheets free of charge even though you dont want the originals because the are terrible. I have doubts that the company is Australian owned.

I am appalled at this company and the response I got when I reached out to say I was unhappy. These sheets ive only had on for less then 2 weeks and have been only washed once (and out of the 2 weeks I was away for 3). They are already pilling, little balls everywhere making them so uncomfortable now. When i expressed this to Zach all I got in response was "thanks for letting us know"
please save your money. Im also making a formal complaint due to obviously getting nowhere with the company themselves

I ordered the sateen bamboo sheets. They arrived quite quickly (within a week) and the packaging was great. The colour of the sheets was beautiful and I appreciated that they came with a swatch of their other colours and fabrics, which is a great idea, but unfortunately the texture was way, way too silky (honestly, it felt closer to synthetic silk than sateen). I went about figuring our a return and refund. I was able to quickly communicate via email with a member of customer service, who offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the product anyway (which I declined). I was then given instructions on how to re-package up the sheets and post them back, at my own expense, and then provide the tracking information to customer service. The returns process was a bit disappointing, in that I had to ask repeatedly (via email) for an update, and there is no number you can call to speak to a person. After many weeks of chasing, long after I could see on the tracking that the product had been successfully delivered, I finally obtained a refund.

I'd say the customer experience was patchy. Not horrible (certainly not the worse I've experienced), but could use some work. The products themselves were definitely not to my linking (felt sort of cheap and synthetic), but I can imagine they'd be someone's cup of tea.

I purchased a set of king-sized sheets that were advertised as having a depth of 50cm. Upon receiving my purchase, I attempted to fit the sheets and after repeated trials, I decided to measure the sheets to ensure the correct size was provided, and I discovered that the wall was less than 35cm in depth.

I am currently in an ongoing back and forth with AdoreEarth to get my refund.

Disgusting customer service.
They handball you from 1 person to the next and never get results. For 6 months I have been dealing with clowns going in circles.

BEWARE this company is a scam – Adorearth sells cheap polyester/bamboo blend sheets under false pretences at highly inflated prices.

After waiting 6 weeks for the sheets to arrive, I’m pretty furious to find that A) I could have bought the same sheets for $46 from the supplier, Linenova, rather than $71 from “AdoreEarth” (see attached photos) but also B) they feel like cheap polyester that will not live up to the “naturally breathable” claims on the website.

Going back and scrolling to the bottom of their FAQs I now see that the sheets are listed as 70% bamboo 30% microfibre (ie polyester). It is not made clear on the product listing that it’s a bamboo blend. All the greenwashing language is also very misleading: “conscious comfort” and “made ethically using sustainably sourced organic bamboo plants — making them an excellent option for any eco-conscious consumer that wishes to play their part in helping the planet”. This does not match a product that is bamboo polyester blend made in China (air miles would negate any positive effects of using bamboo fibre). The Linenova website also lists the product as being 60% microfibre and only 40% bamboo!

I requested a return at the company’s expense and full refund. They gave me an address to send them back to (at my expense) and looking at google maps I see it’s a a tiny farmhouse in a small country town. Does not seem legit. Too scared to post back and loose more money.

EDITED TO ADD: I cannot send the sheets back now as I threw them out long ago. The quality was so poor they weren't even worth donating. AdoreEarth, if you want to make this right, you will go back to the email correspondence where I sent photos at the time and you'll refund my money!!

I ordered the Signature Bamboo Sheets, a Bamboo Quilt Cover Set, and a 400GSM Bamboo Quilt (King, $346.50 total). I have prior experience with genuine bamboo bedding, and none of these items feel like bamboo viscose.
The sheets have a synthetic satin feel, and the quilt cover feels like microfibre — completely different in weight and texture from each other, and nothing like bamboo. The quilt itself is far too lightweight to be genuine bamboo fill. None of the items had the deep fitted sides or tab construction shown in the product photos.
The packaging confirmed the items were made in China, which isn’t necessarily the issue — but what arrived doesn’t match the “100% bamboo viscose” description on the website. Stitching resembles sweatshop work. I’m mortified that my money has supported this synthetic non-Australia (possibly sweatshop) product.
I’ve contacted Adorearth directly and am also pursuing a bank dispute. Based on other reviews here describing the same inconsistency, this doesn’t seem like an isolated batch issue.

Bought a doona cover and sheet set. Washed them, as you do before you put on new sheets - the fitted shit tore. I took photos and emailed and emailed and emailed. I returned them off my own back with no answers.
I have followed up and followed up - they said they received the return and were "assessing" because they supposedly couldn't see the 3x I sent photos of the damage. I ordered on the 6th Feb - emailed about the damage on the 30th march - it's the 23rd of July and STILL NO ANSWERS.

I ordered a bamboo doona and bamboo sheets. I also ordered a topper which is still on its way after nearly 2 weeks. Delivery was fast with the first two .
Doona I think is 40% bamboo and 60 synthetic . Advertised as 5o/50. It’s too hot for me and doesn’t breath. The sheets feel smooth but I’m not sure how much bamboo is in them . Also they make me hot as they don’t breath.
Disappointed.
Think I’ve over paid .

I now have received my 2nd pair of white bamboo sheets and a white doona cover. I love them🤩 They feel and look lush .
I definitely find they keep me warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Delivery is quick. Communication emails are easy and excellent. I also ordered a set of Sage sheets for my son and he is super happy. I am a happy customer and definitely recommend AdoreEarth sheets and doona covers. ✅🤩

I ordered the 10cm bamboo mattress Toppers and a queen bamboo sheet set. The mattress Toppers are very inconsistent with the filling, with some areas barely reaching 2cm, while other parts possibly reaching 7cm. They seem comfy to sleep on though. The sheet set is soft and silky, probably a little cold for winter, but I imagine would be nice for summer (I'm yet to use them).
Shipping took around 2 weeks to arrive.

Nice & thick, fits our deep king size mattress like a glove & looks pretty too.

Two sets of queen sheets (bamboo) in different colours. Love them. They feel luxurious.
Delivery was pompt.

I ordered queen size bamboo sheet sets in the dark green and they are beautiful. So lovely to sleep on - and the fitted sheet stays in place even for a night fidgeter!! The delivery was speedy and overall a great experience.

Paid for a full set of sheets that never arrived and was promised a full refund that never arrived go figure

Do not believe the reply to this review as Adorearth are scamming people. They will not refund me unless I send the item back at my own expense.
They are also deleting all negative comments on their Facebook page and blocking people who leave them.
The only place they can be held accountable are platforms like this.
This matter is now before Consumer Protection.

They sent me the wrong blanket and now tell me they cannot send out the correct blanket, even though they are still selling the exact blanket I ordered on the website. I suspect they are doing this to everyone. They have offered a full refund but I have to send the incorrect blanket back to them at my own expense. I have reported this to Consumer Protection.

Honest marketing, product as descibed, it has made a great impact to my bed and sleep.
Love it cools you when needed.
