Love my ADO 20 ultra
I tried many bikes and after months of research I decided to buy my ADO 20 ultra after watching tons of video reviews online.
My bike is far better than the dozens of bikes I tried, some were more expensive though.
What I really appreciate are the gears that work even if the battery is not on. This is a super important feature as I live at a hilltop, and all the streets taking me to my place are very steep.
I always disconnect the battery in town as is it super flat and the gear do the job without me changing them. It's pure magic!
I am really satisfied with my choice.

Very Practical and Well-Designed Accessories for the ADO Pro 20 foldable e-bike
I purchased the EVA Storage Bag together with the portable front rack for my ADO 20 Pro foldable bike, and I’m extremely satisfied with both.
The EVA storage bag is well-designed, lightweight, and sturdy. It offers enough space for daily essentials while keeping everything protected, and it doesn’t affect the bike’s balance or folding mechanism. The material feels durable and high quality, and the mounting system is simple and secure.
The portable front rack is especially practical. It’s very easy and quick to install, and just as fast to remove when needed. This makes it perfect for flexible use: whether I’m commuting or removing it to carry groceries or other items by hand. Despite being lightweight, it feels solid and stable while riding.
Both accessories are highly functional, easy to mount, and well thought out for a foldable bike. They significantly improve everyday usability without adding unnecessary weight or complexity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using a foldable ADO bike.

A very fragile bike
A very fragile bike. Unreliable. Every day - new problem. Less than 1 year old, have had to change one wheel, cables, pedal and more. Never changed these parts on my 3 year old bike. Lock for battery broken after days. Pulling battery out requires strength. Handlebar needs adjustment every time it’s folded. Noise from the chain. But when it works, it’s really good.

I had a problem with my display screen when it broke after I fell off my bike. The support staff were very friendly and helpful. After some technical details with their email address, when the emails were bouncing back, I managed to get through and the team sorted the problem and promised to send through a new display screen free of charge.

Great customer service and support
I recently ordered an Air 20 bike and, although there were some delays with one of the containers, the customer service team kept me informed at all times and handled everything very professionally. They offered clear solutions, quick responses, and helped me switch to the grey model without any hassle.
They also arranged additional accessories as compensation, which I really appreciate. Overall, the communication has been excellent and very reassuring.

Exceptional Post-Warranty Customer Service and Great Durability!
I purchased an ADO A16 E-Bike back in 2022 and have been very happy with it. The bike currently has around 3,000 km on the clock, and so far, I have only had to perform basic mechanical maintenance common to any regular bicycle. Crucially, the battery performance still seems identical to the initial state.
This year, in 2025, I encountered a single technical issue with the bike (the only fault I've had so far).
Although the original warranty period had expired, I decided to reach out to their Customer Support team, and I am extremely satisfied with the result.
The support staff was incredibly attentive, proactive, and persistent in helping me resolve the issue. Even when I was slow to respond, they consistently followed up and suggested effective troubleshooting steps.
They guided me through the diagnosis and solution process step-by-step. Thanks to their excellent guidance, I was able to fix the technical problem on my own without needing to purchase any new equipment or hire a professional technician.
As a customer, I am truly overjoyed with the level of service provided—especially since my product was out of warranty. It shows that ADO E-Bike stands behind its products and truly values its customers long after the sale is complete.

Fast and reliable customer service
I had a few questions about their products and received a very fast and helpful reply. Their communication helped me to decide purchasing their ADO Air 28 line bicycle.
I can’t comment on the product itself yet as it’s currently being shipped, but based on the reviews I’ve seen online, I’m confident it will be solid. And if any issues come up in the future, I believe their customer service will handle them properly.

Dangerous products. Unethical company that controls reviews and threatens creators
The Products (The Bad & Dangerous): The bike itself has spongy brakes, no brake light, and a terrible battery range. But the accessories are the real problem. They are overpriced, badly designed, and dangerous. The official Luca rucksack they sent has brackets that scratched the £1500 bike frame. Worse, the straps hang in a way that can easily be caught in the belt drive while riding. This is a major safety hazard.
The Company (The Unethical): This is not a normal e-bike company. ADO attempts to control the entire narrative around their products. They provide strict scripts to creators telling them what to say and how to stage their videos. This is why most of their reviews look the same and why you can't trust them.
When my husband (a reviewer) didn't follow the script, they subjected our family to a sustained campaign of harassment, including 3 direct legal threats and 8 other strongly-worded demands.
This was all based on a "contract" that ADO never even signed themselves. It was a non-existent document they used as a weapon to bully us.
They did this knowing our daughter is currently in the hospital with a severe, life-threatening illness. They just did not care.
When we rejected a gaslighting "apology" from a new rep (Valery/Lydia) and escalated the entire dispute to their Senior Management and German HQ, we were ignored for five days.
The only reply we have received was an automated customer support ticket from 'Corolla' today.
This company is disorganized, unethical, and uses bullying and "scripted" reviews to hide their dangerous products.
A full, detailed review—including the scripts, the non-existent contract, the legal threats, and the dangerous products—will be shared on YouTube in the near future to warn others.
Avoid this company at all costs

I am extremely satisfied with my ADO Air 20 Pro bike, as well as with the support if there is a technical problem. They respond very quickly and promptly, and there have been no problems with the delivery of goods to Europe and Slovakia so far. I recommend the ADO Air 20 Pro bike for use in the city, the only thing I would like to add is a gas control button.

The App is ruining your ride experience
The ADO E-bike carbon air is a great bike to ride! Looks cool=cool. So you would think : why only 2 stars? De Software (app and bike computer) is not just disappointing, it is a disaster and spoiling the whole experience of the ride: it’s a nightmare to setup, the navigation is in Chinese, the “contact us” page is a BS page about how good they are but no contact info, the chat function is only replying standard text no matter what you type, the bike computer takes a few seconds to start up and in my case switches off after a few seconds, so I have no electric bike experience! You are asked to link to your bike and after you do, you still are asked to select your bike on your main screen! Most disappointed is if you do not get heard as you can not get in any way any support….
