I got Ado air20s
I got Ado air20s, it's great when it works but if things break then there can be an issue with getting the replacement parts and service. Ado have only two authorised repair centres in the UK, one is East London and another one in West London, both are open only Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5/6pm. Getting crucial parts is a challenge, their support team will say they have it in stock and then the next day they'll say they don't have it in stock anymore and they are awaiting new stock. I had a battery issue, support team agreed to send a replacement battery and discharge cable, on the 14th of October they said they have both in stock EU warehouse, they sent discharge cable, but not the battery, and when I asked when I'll receive my battery I was told they don't have it in stock atm, today is 28th of October and battery got delivered, I installed new battery and replaced discharge cable, every works now. The only thing is that the original battery has Samsung cells and replacement one has cheaper DMEGC cells. And the lack of authorised repair centres makes it very frustrating for less techie people to service the bike. Bike itself is great but after sales service need to be improved.

ADO bike
J'ai acheté un ADO A20+. Utilisé très peu, il a cessé de fonctionner après 250 Km. Il signale une erreur 07 (moteur). Malheureusement hors garantie. Impossible de réparer car personne veut y toucher. Support ADO demande 200€ sans garantie qu'il va fonctionner.

Le service ADO m'a contacté et je dois dire qu'il sont très disponibles. C'est la raison des 5 étoiles. J'ai commandé le moteur chez eux à un prix plus commercial (150€). J'attends de recevoir la pièce en espérant pouvoir résoudre le problème. ADO m'a dit de recontacter si jamais le problème persiste.

Zwei Jahre Erfahrung mit Air 20
Hallo - wir hatten uns vor zwei Jahren 2x ADO Air 20 zugelegt. Jetzt nach intensiver Nutzung im Urlaub mit Camper muss ich mal eine Bewertung zu den Bikes ab geben. Erst mal die Bikes tun was sie sollen - sie fahren. Eins hat von Anfang an eine Unwucht im Vorderrad, was aber nicht die Felge ist sondern der billige Mantel! Dann hat ein Bike jetzt Probleme mit der hinteren Bremse, die geht nicht mehr. Zu den Bremsen kann ich nur sagen - einfach nur Schrott - lassen sich nicht einstellen und die Scheiben quietschen und schleifen einmal mehr oder weniger. Der Akku hält nicht wie angegeben und einer spinnt jetzt mit der LED am Hauptschalter rum - außerdem halten die Akkus unterschiedlich lange durch. Die Verriegelung der Akkus ( hab mir die abschließbaren gekauft) löst sich immer wieder vom Rahmen beim verstellen der Sitzhöhe, da einfach nicht richtig am Rahmen befestigbar ! Zur Lackierung (angeblich kratzfeste Pulverbeschichtung) kann ich auch nur sagen - Schrott - wir passen wirklich auf (z.B. für den Transport habe ich Lappen und Decken um Scheuern bei der Fahrt zu vermeiden!!!) aber haben schon einige Kratzer usw. drin. Der Sattel und die Pedale sind auch nur Billigkram. Das Konzept des Bikes finde ich gut aber im geklappten Zustand ist es doch sehr breit. Bei der Lieferung wurde ein Bike in einer anderen Farbe, wie bestellt geliefert, als Ausgleich bekam ich eine Tasche für ein Bike, die kannst aber auch vergessen- absoluter Billigkram - genauso wie die Pumpe die mit geliefert wird ( da sollte der Hersteller lieber darauf verzichten als wie so einen Kram mit zu liefern ) - ich finde die Bikes sind einfach ihr Geld nicht wert und ich werde mir von diesem Hersteller auch keine mehr kaufen und auch keine Empfehlung mehr weitergeben. An den Bikes sind noch weitere technische Mängel - aber ich habe jetzt keine Lust mehr - bis jetzt hab ich durch immer wieder selber Schrauben alles einstellen können ( da ich schon immer selber meine Bikes MTB,Renner usw repariere) - andere können das vielleicht nicht - was bringt dann einen der beworbene Support ? Mit so einem Bike brauchst auch nicht in den Fachhandel gehen - das repariert dir nur eine sehr tolerante Werkstatt.

Almost two years have passed since my first purchase of an ADO ebike (the 20+). Fast delivery times, excellent ease of assembly, fast and efficient customer support. The bike is comfortable and silent. Changing gears with precision, in short: nothing to complain about, a recommended purchase.

Excellent experience
I ordered to Air pros with different colour without knowing that one of them was out of stock. Ado immediately acknowledge this and provided relevant options:
- Get an Air Carbon with the colour that I wanted by paying a difference.
- Get it in a different colour
- Wait for stock.
I did not want to wait and ended up paying the extra for the Air Carbon. Sadly when it arrived it was not what I wanted (it was missing a couple of things like the two gears and turn signals) so I asked to return it and wait for the Air Pro to be in stock.
I was able to return the Air Carbon and get the difference refunded very quickly. Also enough timed passed so the original bike that I wanted was in stock and sent to me.
The ADO representative was extremely helpful from beginning to end.

Das verstehe ich unter Kundenservice!
Mit dem ADO 28 bin ja schon länger sehr zufrieden. Es leistet wunderbare Dienste. Aber wie ich unlängst ein Thema mit einer Einstellung der Software hatte wendete ich mich an den Support.
Meine Erwartung war nicht gerade hoch. Ich wurde jedoch rasch eines besseren belehrt.
Mir wurde mit biblischer Geduld geholfen, bis alles funktioniert hat.
Ich bin sprachlos mit welcher Hingabe und Freude ich behandelt wurde.
