Completed works quick and efficiently. Couldn’t fault them

The staff did a great job with my car and they were all so friendly

Car repairs were completed quickly and to a very high standard. We were kept informed all the time and the car was delivered back to our home address once complete.

Car was filthy inside and there was heavy objects in the boot. Delivery drivers, yes 2 on pickup, hung around chatting for ages. I would have liked a better idea of when pick up a drop off was going to be such as morning or afternoon on the previous day. I didn't like having to wait in all day.

The whole experience was positive, car collected, courtesy car dropped off. Kept in the loop the whole time of repair. Dropped off a very clean and repaired vehicle. Didn’t want to give the courtesy car back really 😂

Fab service repair communication and turn around from ABL they really went above and beyond for us

They are the worst body repairers I have ever dealt with with. Very shoddy workmanship. No communication whatsoever. I refused to even unload my vehicle after repairs. It went back and a week later I have heard nothing. No apology no idea when my car will be back.
I was in business for 50 years in the motor trade had my own body shop at one stage too. I would have been out of business if I’d carried on like this.

From start to finish the procedure was straight-forward - staff were pleasant and helpful - car returned in sparkling condition

Awful service. Installed incorrect bumper. Cant get in touch with anyone to collect the vehicle and get the work completed. Customer service is poor also.
