Abercrombie & Fitch Arvostelua 632

Ich hatte bisher noch nie Probleme sowohl bei einer Bestellung als auch bei einer Retoure. Sogar als ich für über 500€ zur Auswahl bestellt habe und nur 1 Teil behalten habe. Alles geht super schnell und unkompliziert.
Die Qualität ist gut und mittlerweile ist Abercrombie auch zu meiner Lieblingsmarke geworden. Schade ist nur dass die Teile so schnell ausverkauft sind.

When we returned from vacation, we found out four packages had been stolen: two from Amazon, one from Bloomingdales ($400 sneakers), and one from A&F (two t-shirts for $80). A&F was the only one that refused to send a replacement, saying its policy is no refund for stolen packages (mind you, they sent it without a signature requirement). I'm assuming they don't insure their packages. I've never had packages stolen before, and I won't be buying them here again.

High recommend great quality, price and came 4 days earlier than said typically have trouble with online ordering. Size chart was help and accurate.

Il y a 3 semaines, je me suis rendu au magasin de Bruxelles avec ma fille. Après beaucoup d'hésitations, un peu perdus, nous avons demandé l'aide de Noah, vendeur dans ce magasin. Il nous a proposé plusieurs associations chemises - pantalons. Je devais assister à un mariage. Le choix de Noah était parfait et j'ai reçu pas mal de compliments au cours de cette festivité.

Aujourd'hui, après un vague regard sur les vêtements dans le magasin, ma fille et moi avons attendu que Noah soit libre pour qu'il puisse s'occuper de moi.

Une fois de plus il a été parfait et j'ai quitté le magasin avec plusieurs associations de chemises et de pantalons.

Noah est magnifiquement gentil et serviable. Ses choix sont excellents. Merci beaucoup, Noah.

They left the security tag on my pants and support team said they would email be back within 10 business days. I emailed them after 10 business days and still no reply. It's been a full month now.

I enjoy A&F clothes and quality, but their online store leaves quite a lot to be desired. I am in Greece, and therefore, despite how much I spend and having "free delivery for orders over___" all over the site, I still must pay 10 euros each time for delivery. This wouldn't be so frustrating, but stock is always limited, so I am never able to shop for all the items I want at the same time, which means there are items I simply give up on purchasing because I don't want to rack up lots of separate orders, paying 10 euros shipping each time. When it comes to returns, it took 3 weeks for me to receive a refund. Plus, there are multiple influencer discount codes for those shopping in the UK and US, but these never apply to us in Europe. I just feel like the European online store is a bit neglected and doesn't enjoy the same benefits of others.

So I have been purchasing the Fierce confidence cologne for the past 10+ years. I went to order the other day and it’s no where to be found on their site now. I reached out to their customer service multiple times asking a simple question of “Did the Fierce Confidence cologne get discontinued?” You would think they could give me a yes or no answer. But no, all they kept telling me was:

“We sometimes restock items based on their popularity! As we are unable to access future availability information, we recommend checking back on our site sometimes.

Additionally, I recommend adding this item to your favorites by clicking on the heart at the top right of your screen. In this way you will receive constant updates on the articles that you like the most.”

I told them that it was not possible to do this as the item was completely taken off of their site. And I get basically the exact same email back from them as the first response. I just want to know if it’s discontinued or not. How hard is it to answer that? It’s infuriating. This is the only cologne I use. Horrible experience with them this time around. I’ve never had issues till now. Not too happy with them currently.

Klamotten finde ich von der Qualität gut, weich und schön zu tragen. Allerdings ein Tipp an alle die Parfüm bestellen achtet auf die Adresse, Lieferadresse und Rechnungsadresse stimmen nicht überein musste 3 mal bestellen und anrufen bis ich den Tipp bekommen habe!

I bought a hoodie, but they didnt write flat number on pack and i had problems to recieve my order

My order was marked as delivered by Royal Mail but I never received this order. I contacted Abercrombie for help and the service and policy I received was a letdown.

If a parcel goes missing or is stolen and is sent with Royal Mail then the merchant (Abercrombie) is responsible for making a claim, not the recipient according to Royal Mail to make a claim. Unfortunately, this is not the helpful response I received from them.

They told me to contact the authorities (no police is going to give me my money back) and offered for me to pay for another order as a replacement.

I had to raise a claim with Klarna for them to take me seriously, and after 15 emails back and fourth, I got my money back. It is a shame because I have been a long-time customer with Abercrombie but this has put me off from shopping again with the company.

If your order goes missing expect no help. They expect you to pay for goods not received.

J’ai commandé un short pour offrir en cadeau. J’ai payé 10€ de frais de port supplémentaire pour l’avoir un jour précis. Il n’est pas arrivé et après réclamation, il ne me sera livré que dans 8 jours (la personne à qui je voulais l’offrir sera repartie bien avant).
On va me rembourser les 10€ mais je suis furieuse ! La société ne doit pas promettre des délais rapides qu’elle ne peut tenir (et bien sûr, je ne peux annuler la commande !)

Ik had tot nu toe een erg prettiger ervaring met de klachtenservice van Abercrombie. De producten vind nog altijd erg fijn, maar de afhandeling van mijn laatste bestelling is schandalig! Ik had 1 artikel (van de 4) niet ontvangen en meteen bij ontdekking contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Ik werd goed geholpen en de bestelling zou hierop worden aangepast. Niet veel later ontvang ik een e-mail dat er een onderzoek naar de vermissing van dit artikel wordt opgezet. Natuurlijk en helemaal prima, dacht ik. Opnieuw, niet veel later, kreeg ik een e-mail dat het verzoek is geweigerd, met andere woorden: ik moet gewoon voor het vermiste artikel betalen. Ik heb toen gevraagd om uitleg, want ik zie niet in wat ik anders had kunnen doen. Ik heb hier gewoon geen reactie of uitleg mee over kregen. Dat is toch het minste wat je kan verwachten. Het voelt alsof ik al klant niet serieus wordt genomen en niet vertrouwd kan worden. Natuurlijk snap ik dat er onderzoek moet komen en als dit de uitkomst is (wat ik niet begrijp - maar toch kan ik het uiteindelijk naast me neerleggen), dan prima. Maar onacceptabel om gewoon geen uitleg over de gang van zaken te geven en mijn verzoek hierom te negeren.

Waiting for 3 x refunds. Used their QR code for the returns that is all documented that they have the returns but they can't find it!! Have to do credit card chargeback now as ABERCROMBIE ARE CLEARLY STEALING FROM ITS OWN CUSTOMERS AND NOT PASSING ON REFUNDS!!!!

Uns wurde schon zum zweiten Mal komplett falsche Ware mit einem an sich richtigen Lieferschein zugesandt. Kundenservice meinte sie können die Zusendung der richtigen Artikel nicht veranlassen und ich müsse sie nochmals neu bestellen. Nur blöd, wenn on-line die Artikel gar nicht mehr bestellbar sind. Ein On-line Shop zum Vergessen!

I get a lot of my clothes from this store online. Great quality and affordable.

Had a frustrating experience with A&F! Trying to return an item and get a refund was difficult due to poor and slow customer service. It's not worth the hassle. Avoid buying from them!

Malgré tout les mauvais commentaires, je trouve que les pantalons sont de très très bonne qualité tailles juste un peux grand pour les dos creusés
Livre 2 jour après avec commander alors que la date prévu étais 5 jour après

Ik heb een blouse besteld in mijn maat. Deze was 2 maten te groot. Retourkosten ondanks bijgesloten retourlabel moest ik zelf betalen. I.p.v. geld terug kreeg ik een waardebon. Deze was minder waard dan de blouse. Klantenservice reageert niet. Ik ga deze waardebon niet eens gebruiken als cadeau voor iemand anders want dan zadel ik iemand op misschien met dezelfde probleem. Dit is geen Nederlandse regelgeving als om de retouren gaat. Ik hoop dat deze bedrijf uit onze markt verdwijnt.

Lost my order in transit, did not even let me know and it contained a birthday gift. No resending due stock no gift code or anything. Just horrible exp..
