Returned a pair of jeans on 8th August 2022 and still awaiting a refund.

Have contacted 7fam customer services twice a week for 8 weeks now and am getting the run around. They keep saying it is a delay with the Warehouse in the Netherlands.

Shopped with them for over 20 years and now they are basically robbing me. 7fam can no longer be trusted.

Ich habe im Onlineshop zwei Hosen (leggings) im Januar gekauft. Beide Hosen habe ich wenig getragen. Den ganzen Sommer habe ich die Hosen nicht getragen und als ich eine Hose im September tragen wollte, habe ich festgestellt, dass sie vorne wellig geworden ist. Als ich mich beim Kundenservice beschwert habe, habe ich erstmal Absage bekommen, weil ich das Etikett abgeschnitten habe (das Etikett ist so groß und störend beim Tragen). Als ich mich beschwert habe, dass es unwichtig ist, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es schon eine lange Zeit zwischen dem Kauf und der Reklamation liegt. Als ich erneut Kundenservice angeschrieben habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass meine Reklamation abgelehnt ist, weil…. ein Verschleiß vorliegt. Diese Annahme ist absolut unzutreffend, weil „die Analyse“ anhand der Fotos gemacht wurde.
Ich hatte wirklich den Eindruck, dass hier immer um eine Ausrede gesucht wurde, weil es nicht gleich Verschleiß festgestellt wurde, sondern andere Gründe gesucht wurden. Die Kundenwünsche wurden einfach ignoriert.

Just like others I had a complaint about a jeans I only have worn for 2 or 3 times. It took me a month to get a reaction from customer service and the feedback was really poor and disappointing. I had to mail several photo's and all other stuff, than after a month they decided not to handle the complaint because I took out a couple of the labels. (they put 10 labels in a pare of jeans). For a jeans that price you expect a good fabric and a great customer service. I'm very disappointed.

6 weeks on and still waiting for ‘head office’ to get back to me re 7 for all mankind’s unlawful deduction of £70 from my 7fam voucher. What a scam! Their so called ‘customer service’ is an absolute joke - constant delaying tactics presumably in the hope I will give up. 7 for all mankind head office / directors, if you are reading this plse have the courtesy to respond, start acting in an honest and professional way and provide a proper customer service!

London based...Purchased a set of jeans online. They took the money out of my account and rejected the order. I've enquired as to why this happened and how it could be resolved. I've been given the runaround by MIA, who seems to be the person of contact from all the other negative reviews below. No jeans and no refund, legitimate daylight robbery, I also went into the store in central London to purchase said jeans. The store said they would enquire as to the problem and heat again. No refund and no help. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. LEGITIMATE SCAMMERS.

One year old pants ripped right in the butt and my goods were exposed for like a whole day.....

I’m so annoyed I didn’t read the reviews first before I placed the order. Shameful company! I’ve sent several emails to this company looking for my order to be dispatched. Order placed on 04/10/22 - their SLA on website states order shipped by 1pm next day. On the 11 October still no order shipped. I have sent numerous emails and I have telephoned 6 times. Mia seems to be the only CS rep!! I’ve been given varying excuses and refused access to speak to a supervisor. I’ve requested a refund which I believe I’m entitled to - this has also been refused. They keep saying they’ve raised a query with Head Office and will revert. I’m very concerned as I believe I will not receive this order. In one email they advise that the delay is as a result of Royal Mail, even though in a phone conversation I was advised the order is being shipped from the Netherlands! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

They are such a bad company - I returned an item i purchased over t.5 months ago and still waiting for a refund, their customer service is woeful.

Ich habe 2 Jeans retouniert, es wurde mir nur eine gutgeschrieben. Am gleichen Tag habe ich den Kundenservice angerufen und ein Formular online hingeschickt und danach nie mehr eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Angeblich ist das alles bei der Zentrale in der Prüfung, aber jedesmal wenn ich den Kundendienst anrufe heisst es ich muss warten und wie lange kann mir keiner sagen. Auf meine Mails wird gar nicht mehr geantwortet. Da ich per Paypal im Voraus bezahlt habe sitze ich jetzt auf 110,-- Euro und komme nur noch auf gerichtlichem Weg an mein Geld. Nie mehr!!

Do not ever use this company
Just don’t buy anything ever with this company. There was an issue with the processing of my order which meant it was never dispatched. I ordered these goods on 29th July. I asked for a refund which should be simple to be told this had to be done by someone in Amsterdam and they were on holiday! Eventually allegedly someone in America processed this on the 18th august. Guess what. Still no refund. These people will
Steal your money. Laugh at you when you ask for a refund. Nothing but a bunch of thieves - honestly steer well clear !

I am a returning customer to 7FAM. My heart sank when I read the frustrations of customers expressed here. However, it has not been my experience. I received the jeans within a week. I returned 2 pairs and kept one. Money was refunded within 1 day of receipt of goods. Perhaps the Company has taken note.......

The worst level of customer service I have ever received! Totally shocking.

Im not one to leave bad reviews but I feel so strongly about this, customers of this firm need to know.

In a nutshell, jeans ordered but not received on time. Tracking checked by me and apparently the product has been returned albeit I’ve not returned it.

I call up and ask for a replacement which they can’t do apparently until the product has been received back by them. No apology, no offer to provide a loyal customer with a discount on a future order, and no refund until they receive the product back which they now don’t know where it is apart from it’s a failed delivery. Might take weeks to resolve!

Unfortunately I think the bad reviews are totally justified. Such a shame when the product itself is good.

Just no interest in trying to provide customer satisfaction! I dealt with Lucy and her superior Shaun. I’m really not interest in his comments about process mapping. They should focus on looking after their customers which I suspect will be dropping every day.

Klantenservice bellen is gewoon een flop, kunnen niets en helpen jou totaal niet. Kost je alleen maar geld aan telefoon . Gewoon wat vervelend voor u. Maar het oplossen vergeet het..... worden deze mensen daarvoor betaald.
Zo een duur merk met een waardeloze service.
Nul sterren zou nog beter zijn.

. Don't they comply now with consumer law???? use brexit as excuse tell you to wait at least 30 days.

Anyway I have proof of delivery back and they even admit they have it they just want to hold on to your money as long as they can. I will seek refund via PayPal or credit card if it isn't refunded.

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Horrendous customer service. I don’t know any brand that takes so long to process a refund. Effectively using our cash as their credit facility. Will never buy from them again.

I bought a denim from House of Fraser in Manchester at £120. In less then 4-5 months, the denim was torn from hips. I tried to return it but the store refused to take it back.

I consulted a friend, who is denim manufacturer, he explained to me that chlorine has not been extracted from the denim during the process hence it has weakened the denim cloth and it tore.

The products are defective and my advice to consumer is that you should stay well away from this denim product as it is faulty.

I bought a pair of jeans from this company which seemed lovely. However after wearing them for a few hours I realised there was a fault with one of the seams which caused my skin to bleed. I attempted to return them for a refund but the customer service is a shambles. I have been trying for two months and exchanged 17 (!) emails with a customer support person called Bobbi. I advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

Ich habe bei einem Preis von 230€ für eine Jeans eine sehr gute Qualität erwartet. Ich wollte weg von Fast Fashion und eine langlebige Jeans. Das bekommt man bei 7fmk NICHT. Meine Hose sitzt perfekt und sieht gut aus. Aber nach ZWEIMALIGEN tragen ist die Naht aufgerissen. Der Kundenservice am Telefon und zwar nett aber am Ende passiert einfach NICHTS. Mir wurde nach 2 Wochen eine 20% Erstattung angeboten auf die ich eingegangen bin, da ich der Firma noch eine Chance geben wollte. Bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht gesehen (3 Wochen seit dem Angebot über 20% Rückerstattung) Ich finde das eine einzige FRECHHEIT. Ich telefoniere dem Laden seit 3 Wochen hinterher und es passiert einfach nichts. Also bitte spart euch euer Geld und kauft wo anders ein. Das spart euch auch einiges an Nerven. Völlig überzogen diese Preise und eine MANGELHAFTE QUALITÄT!

Ich habe diese Marke eigentlich über Jahrzehnte getragen, bin aber mit der Qualität überhaupt nicht mehr zufrieden. Ich hatte vor einem halben Jahr mir zwei neue teure Jeans gegönnt und beide sind im Schritt durchgescheuert und haben bereits Löcher. Ich werde diese Marke definitiv nicht mehr kaufen. Das geht überhaupt nicht!
