Went to their own store today and bought a pair of jeans. My other half had sent me there and told me what to get. When I mentioned to the sales associate that I needed my wife's approval, he said I shouldn't worry because I could return or exchange if the jeans weren't to her liking. Well, $179 later, I have an unhappy wife who thinks the jeans look "feminine". So I bring them back within the hour only to now be told there are no returns. I can only exchange or get store credit. Given the undesirable products they sell (value judgment coming from my wife), I don't want either. The only place that ever said that there was no returns was the receipt, which I only ever received AFTER I had purchased the product (and which contradicted what the sales associate told me). So this place is a scam. They lie to make the sale and then don't stand behind their promises. I'll never do business with this brand again.

Ich bestelle seit Jahren im Online-Shop dieser Firma und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Auch bei einer eventuellen Rücksendung klappt alles einwandfrei und man erhält eine schnelle Rückzahlung.

The worst online service you can buy from! No matter what shipping speed you choose! They are so slow in processing your order! It is much easier and faster to just go to the shop itself and buy whatever you need! Dont use them! I will not be using them anymore as I am extremely disappointed with the poor level of service they offer!

After sending customer service an email requesting the status of my order! They cancel and issue a refund! This is how unprofessional 7forallmankind’s customer service is!! Unprofessional staff!!

Ich rate jedem ab, diese Jeans zu kaufen. Billiges Nickelmaterial. Wahrscheinlich giftig. Musste zu Hautärztin.

They charge my card immediately for an on line charge and then drag their feet for close to 3 weeks to issue a refund for returns and NO phone number to contact them. Terrible customer service and lots of negative comments which I now see in the other reviews. I’ll never buy their products again.

Horrible customer experience. Won’t correct an incorrect zip code that was the result of a software glitch even when contacting them immediately after placing the order. Told my wife it’s on her to work it out with the shipping company. Hasn’t returned the voicemail I left customer service.

Ik heb een jeansbroek aangekocht, type Twisted Lotta Bottomline. Deze broek heeft studs. Na ontvangst van het pakket heb ik de broek gepast. Deze zat perfect.
Ik heb de lange labels verwijderd en de broek 1x gedragen. Vervolgens gewassen op een fijn wasprogramma (vergelijkbaar met handwas) op 30 graden zonder wasverzachter te gebruiken. De broek was binnenstebuiten en in een waszak. Ondanks deze zorgvuldige en correcte behandeling zijn na één wasbeurt zeer veel studs losgekomen. De lijmresten zitten nog steeds op de broek waardoor de broek niet meer draagbaar is. Ik heb de klantendienst gecontacteerd en de foto's + aankoopbewijs (factuur) mee verstuurd. Aangezien het hier om een fabricage- of kwaliteitsprobleem gaat, vroeg ik naar een passende oplossing. Meteen na mijn e-mail ontving ik antwoord van de klantendienst :

"Aangezien de labels van het artikel zijn verwijderd, kunnen wij u helaas niet verder helpen. Zodra de labels worden verwijderd, vervalt de garantie. Onze excuses voor het ongemak. Wij vertrouwen erop u zo voldoende te hebben geïnformeerd. Mocht u nog vragen hebben horen wij dat graag."

Dat de garantie vervalt na het verwijderen van het label strookt al niet met de wettelijke bepalingen in België en de EU. Via het aankoopbewijs/factuur kan de 7 For All Mankind het PO nummer alsnog terugvinden.

Tot slot wil ik benadrukken dat uw reactie niet alleen onjuist is volgens de geldende Belgische en Europese consumentenwetgeving, maar ook bijzonder teleurstellend en onprofessioneel overkomt. Het verwijderen van labels doet op geen enkele manier afbreuk aan mijn wettelijke rechten bij een duidelijk fabricage- of kwaliteitsgebrek.

Het is dan ook onaanvaardbaar dat u zich op deze manier aan uw verantwoordelijkheid probeert te onttrekken. Dit wekt de indruk dat klanten bewust verkeerd worden geïnformeerd en benadeeld.

Ik verzoek u dan ook om uw standpunt te herzien en alsnog met een correcte en klantgerichte oplossing te komen. Indien dit uitblijft, zie ik mij genoodzaakt verdere stappen te ondernemen via de bevoegde instanties.
Ik verwacht uw inhoudelijk en correct antwoord binnen een termijn van 14 dagen.

I love the jeans but the webshop service level is poor. It is not worthy of the brand.
I ordered a jeans a second time by mistake and due to travel abroad was unable to return within 14 days from ordering. No possibility to return or swap, no gift voucher, no solution what how ever. Final decision by a call agent, bad luck for the customer.

Superslechte service, broek besteld en geretourneerd. Alle bewijs van (retour)aflevering overgelegd. Na dik vier weken nog geen geld terug ontvangen. Houden me aan het lijntje. Kunnen niks en willen niks. Heel, heel slecht en juridisch totaal niet gepast. Ik bestel nooit meer iets, en koop ook nooit meer iets van dit merk.

What a horrible company to deal with. They sent me jeans that I did not oder. They made me jump through numerous hoops to send them back. I'm sure most people would have just kept the jeans, but that didnt feel honest to me. I sent them their jeans, and I didn't get an apology or a thank you. Disgraceful.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans during a sale, which included an additional 20% discount applied on top of already discounted items.

I later received an email confirming a refund due to a return, even though I had not requested any return or cancellation. After receiving this email, I contacted customer service, as the package had never arrived and I did not understand why a refund had been issued.

Only then was I informed that the item was out of stock. At no point was I notified of this beforehand, nor was I given the option to choose an alternative product.

As the order was intended as a gift, and the original promotion was no longer available, I asked whether they could offer a similar 20% discount on sale items so I could place a new order. I was told this needed to be reviewed by their management team.

Several days have passed since then and I have received no follow-up. After contacting them again, they still have not responded.

Overall, the handling of the situation was unclear, the communication very poor, and it is extremely disappointing that they now ignore customer inquiries entirely.

Ich kann den Onlineshop leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen! Mir wurden zwei falsche Jeanshosen zugeschickt und ich warte bis jetzt auf die Rückerstattung. Werde nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten. So eine schlechte Erfahrung habe ich bis jetzt noch mit keinem Onlineshop gemacht.

Definitv die schlechteste online shopping Erfahrung überhaupt. Ware nicht erhalten, falsche Versandnachverfolgungsnummer erhalten (zuerst von Fedex, dann von DHL, aber für eine andere Ware und einen Versand vor Bestellung), laufend mit Falschinformationen abgespeist. Ich frage mich, ob ich hier auf eine Betrugsmasche hereingefallen bin. Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg

Widerruf eine Katastrophe. Es wird zu wenig rückerstattet und dann ewig geprüft, ob tatsächlich alles zurückgeschickt wurde. Ich habe Fotos gemacht und werde als Nächstes einen gerichtlichen Mahnbescheid erstellen lassen. Völlig wahnsinnig so ein Kundenerlebnis bei einer Premium/Luxusmarke. Klare Empfehlung dort nichts zu bestellen!

Après un peu plus de six mois, sachant qu’il y a eu l’été entre temps donc je ne l’ai pas porté pendant 3 mois, j’ai constaté une déchirure aux fesse à côté de la couture d’une des poches
Je me suis rendue compte sue le tissus était extrêmement fin à cet endroit
J’ai contacté le service client qui m’a dit ne rien pouvoir faire car la garantie n’est que de 5 mois. Et on m’a conseillé d’aller chez une couturière… comme si j’allais me balader avec un jeans rapiécé aux fesses à ce prix là !!

Ich kann nur ausdrücklichst davor warnen, Produkte dieses Unternehmens zu kaufen. Bei mir kam es zu qualitativen Mängeln, die dazu führten, dass ich eine Tasche und einen Knopf ersetzen musste.

Der "Service" der Firma ist völlig unbrauchbar und verhöhnt einen auch noch. Ersatzteile "halte man nicht vor". Im besten Fall gibt es nutzlose KI-Nachrichten, die einem nicht helfen und die sich teils wiederholen.

Für dieses Preissegment ist das völlig inakzeptabel. Ich kann nur absolut raten, die Finger hiervon zu lassen. Man wird komplett im Regen stehengelassen und verhöhnt.

Acquistato un completo jeans - giacca. Qualità di molto inferiore rispetto a precedenti acquisti. Controllo l'etichetta e mi accorgo che i prodotti sono Made in China senza che questa informazione - che mi sembra decisiva - sia indicata nella scheda prodotto del sito del brand.
Chiedo il reso che mi viene negato dal momento che l'ho richiesto 15 giorni dopo la consegna, ovvero un giorno dopo la scadenza prevista dai loro T&C. Da notare che attualmente, la possibilità di reso è stata estesa dalla stessa azienda. Al momento mi è stata negata la possibilità di reso. Considerate le ragioni sottostanti mi sembra molto pretestuoso da parte di 7FAM e indice di una chiara volontà di non dare attenzione al cliente ed alla qualità dei prodotti.

Purtroppo devo segnalare una pessima esperienza con 7 For All Mankind.
Durante il Black Friday ho acquistato due jeans Slimmy taglia 33 dal loro store online e, una volta ricevuti, ho riscontrato evidenti difetti di conformità rispetto allo stesso modello acquistato in passato in boutique: vestibilità completamente diversa e, in un caso, anche una lunghezza inferiore di circa 5 cm.

Mi sono recato in negozio per una sostituzione, ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile effettuare cambi per ordini online. Nonostante il modello corretto fosse disponibile in boutique, non mi è stato permesso di ritirarlo con la stessa scontistica.
Il Servizio Clienti ha confermato che l’unica soluzione era il rimborso, senza possibilità di voucher, cambio o qualsiasi forma di assistenza alternativa.
Ma soprattutto: se avessi effettuato un nuovo ordine con i soldi del rimborso, avrei perso definitivamente la scontistica del Black Friday, pagando quindi di più per un loro errore di conformità.

Trovo inaccettabile che un brand di questo livello non offra alcuna flessibilità né tutela al cliente quando il problema riguarda chiaramente la qualità del prodotto, costringendo di fatto a rinunciare all’acquisto alle condizioni originali.

Esperienza estremamente deludente. Non acquisterò più dal loro sito né in boutique.
