Habe eine Jeans im Wert von 230€ gekauft.
Nach ca. 5 mal Tragen fiel auf, dass die Ecken der Hosentaschen Löcher haben. Nachdem ich die Hose über den Shop reklamiert habe hat man mir „aus Kulanz“ folgenden Deal angeboten
Ich darf mir in den nächsten 7 Werktagen eine neue Hose für 240€ kaufen und erhalte dann 50% Nachlass darauf.
Sehr geschäftstüchtig die Kollegen.
Ich kann nur sagen Finger weg von diesem Shop

Zeer slechte service en kwaliteit broeken, voor ruim 680 broeken gekocht en geen enkele retour service, 1 broek rust stuk ander gaat de hele tijd open…

Nooit meer dit merk

Ordered a pair of jeans for the wife’s birthday 21.03.24 it’s now 16.04.24 still not received them. Can’t even get a refund as they say they are investigating, unbelievable.

Wilde de gekochte artikelen retour sturen. Helaas bleek het “retourportaal” niet te werken en kon ik geen retourformulier downloaden. Heb twee maal gemaild met 7forallmankind, kreeg hier geen reactie op. Zelf gebeld maar ook hier kwam ik niet veel verder. Maar de broeken moesten wel binnen 14 dagen teruggestuurd worden. Één dag voordat de 14 dagen verstreken waren toch maar weer gebeld. Het meisje van de klantenservice vertelde me dat het portaal nu weer werkte. Ik vertelde haar dat ik inmiddels aan de late kant was vanwege het probleem van hun kant en vroeg of ik de broeken een dag later mocht versturen omdat ik het pakket her en der had meegesleept omdat ik overal had geprobeerd op andere devices om te kijken of ik daar wel een retourformulier kon downloaden en het pakket had laten liggen op woonadres vriend in andere stad. Dat was voor hem onmogelijk, het moest per direct worden verstuurd, anders geen geld retour. Ik heb totaal geen medewerking /hulp/service van dit bedrijf ervaren.
Maken van hun probleem jouw probleem!

Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht; Hose nach 6 Monaten (ca. 30xgetragen) komplett durchgescheuert am Gesäß

Even though I've bought multiple items from this company, they refused to allow me to return brand new unworn items which they count as 14 days from the date the order is placed, not delivered. Really disgusting and shortsighted customer service, what absolute crooks.

I can only assume this company has changed something in its production line. I have maybe ten pairs of their jeans, and everything a few years old is fine, but everything I've bought more recently is rubbish, all wearing out in weird places, holes in pockets, belt loops coming off, seams in the seat of the trousers failing (jeans are not tight). Will never buy a pair again which is a shame as I've really grown to like them

Ivm een spoed ziekenhuisopname daags na de bestelling was ik een paar dagen te laat met retourneren.
Mijn fout maar overnacht! Om coulance gevraagd.
Kille koude service met verwijzing naar de algemene voorwaarden.
Zo raak je wel klanten kwijt..

If I can put zero ; I would . I bought a pair of jeans online and ordered 1 size up than I normally do for this brand as I wanted them to fit a little loose . I received them and they were too small ; it’s obvious it’s a sizing mistake on their part ; I tried to exchange or refund and because they were on sale and it was a final sale ; they refuse to do something for me . I find this completely unacceptable ; im waiting for another response ; hoping they will do right by their customer who has worn their jeans forever . If not I will let you all know.

I returned two items but only received a refund for one of them. I've had a reply asking me to fill in a complaint form, which I have, but it's been over a month and now I'm not receiving any response to my emails.

Still owed a lot of money and my emails are being ignored!

So far I can't recommend this company.

Bought three pairs around a year ago, approx Jan 2023. One for me, one for my partner and another for my sister as a gift. Spent over £600.

ALL THREE have holes in exactly the same places, at the bottom of the crotch area where it joins the top of the leg, on BOTH sides. Absolutely appalling quality and nothing like they used to be.

Stop ripping people off otherwise you wont have a business left. How dare you charge £200 a pair for this rubbish.

Ich habe auch schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Onlineshop gemacht und bin froh, dass ich mit Paypal zahlen kann, sonst hätte ich kein Vertrauen und würde niemals hier einkaufen.

Am liebsten würde ich null Sterne geben. Bei so einem Preis sollte man meinen, dass dementsprechend die Qualität auch top ist. Die Hose kam schon mal mit einem Loch an. Beim Kundenservice reklamiert, welcher nebenbei auch noch katastrophal ist. Mir wurde lediglich eine 20€ Gutschrift angeboten, nicht aber das Angebot eine neue Hose zu schicken. Jetzt 1.5 Jahre später ist die Hose bei mäßig often tragen an manchen Stellen so dünn geworden, dass sich bereits dass erste größere Loch gebildet hat. Die Qualität ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Ich habe H&M Hosen, welche ich länger habe und die sehen noch top aus. Bin von vorne bis hinten enttäuscht von der Marke und kann sie wirklich niemanden empfehlen. Ein richtiger s c h *** Verein!

I bought a pair of jeans, the model is Roxanne Soho, which is supposed to have a slim fit. They were okay after the first 1-2 weeks, then became so loose that it is the worst fit for jeans I ever owned, totally unflattering. Clearly the quality has really decreased since I bought my previous pair few years ago.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have a pair of jean as a Christmas gift and its kind of small on me, I then asked for store credit and they do not give store credit or exchange. They told me that I need to send it in as a return for a gift card. I have been waiting for almost two week since the day I mailed the item and still waiting. Do not purchase from this store
unless you do not have to try on jeans beforehand. It's very poor customer service.

I received a pair of jeans on and returned them immediately and they were returned and signed for on Dec 16th, 2023. I still have not received my refund of $139.00. I have been inquiring for weeks and only got a customer number and emails saying it takes 14 business days to refund my account. Today I sent them a copy of the confirmation of the return and my order number confirmation (which when I tried to track with my return order number online it said there was no such order). I received the below response from customer service>Grant you I printed the return label directly from their website. I don't care what facility it went through but I have not been able to contact a live person or customer service representatives since. I have sent my attorney the info and he will send them a formal complaint letter. They are basically saying sorry but you are out $140.00 for merchandise I sent back.

After reviewing, the return was not initiated via our online return portal and based off the screen shots provided, the return was sent back to New York. Our distribution center is in Fontana, California. Unfortunately without the merchandise, we are unable to issue a refund.

Do not trust this company. They are run by Splendid and I wouldn't trust them either. I was given a couple of pairs of jeans as a gift and when I tried to exchange they said they would not accept exchanges. I then asked for store credit and they do not give store credit. Do not purchase from this store unless you do not have to try on jeans beforehand. Also I am a size 28 and have a few 7s in that size but the jeans I received were way too small.

The worst customer support ever. You could talk to bots. Will never buy there again.

Comprato un paio di jeans in negozio, 220 euro...si sono strappati nel sedere dopo un mese!!
Comprato un altro paio on line, 120 euro in offerta...difettato, ha una cucitura all'interno della coscia sinistra!!

Deceptive and crooked marketing and sales techniques from this company. Been wearing/buying for over 10 years, but will immediately stop supporting this company. Don't waste your money there! There are plenty of genuinely good companies out there.
