Per gli abiti da festa, è davvero speciale... bisogna fare attenzione perché alcuni modelli sono molto audaci... ma la qualità e il design sono ottimi... dovrebbero solo rendere i prezzi più accessibili!

Ho comprato un paio di jeans che ha perso il colore ovunque, rovinando scarpe, arredo e altri vestiti. Fatto il reclamo per essere rimborsato del danno, ma se ne sono lavati le mani, dicendo che la perdita di colore è un effetto naturale del jeans... Di fatto non è indossabile! E ciò che ha tinto? Va indossato da nudi stando in piedi? Per fortuna non li ho indossati in macchina o avrei distrutto i sedili!
Prodotto da due soldi a cui è stato apposto un marchio. Avevo visto delle inchieste giornalistiche sul tema e purtroppo devo darne conferma! Tanta pubblicità, zero sostanza!

Right so I must say this experience was terrible. The people were incredibly dissrespectful and entitled. They did not know what they were talking about or how to behave towards a customer. I do not support this brand and I would advise you do the same.

Kein Kleid passte, alle drei zurückgeschickt.
Jetzt ist ein Kleid angeblich nie angekommen.
Hab die Gewichtsangabe des Pakets von dhl!
Trotzdem weigert sich Armani, das dritte Kleid zu erstatten.
Sache geht vor Gericht.
Ist mir im e-commerce noch nie passiert, nichtmal bei TEMU.

I ordered a sweatshirt which I didn’t like I tried returning it for about 3 days because error 500 keeps appearing. Finally contacted customer support asked them. Thankfully as I was waiting for a reply somehow the error had gone and I got my return label not it’s been about 5 days since I returned and the error 500 pops up everytime I try to track my return

I didn’t recieve a item in my parcel and they refused to refund me stay away from this company they haven’t got any customer values

I was slightly worried about ordering from Armani.com after reading all the bad reviews but I had already placed my order, I ordered a pair of trainers on Saturday afternoon (28/02/26) I received confirmation with my order number, it stated they don't dispatch on weekends so I didn't expect to hear anything until Monday, Monday arrived and I received a direct text from DHL with tracking details and informing me my order had been processed, collected and delivery would be Tuesday (03/03/26). Tuesday morning arrived and I then received a further email from Armani telling me my order was out for delivery and I was able to track my order for an ETA and i was given a 2 hour time slot, the trainers arrived in the morning, very well packed and came with a lovely gift bag, I am so pleased with my order, 2 day delivery, updates with dispatch and a 2 hour time slot, I honestly couldn't fault them!

140€ di scarpe mai arrivate. Ho contattato l’assistenza hanno detto che avevano generato un etichetta di spedizione con le informazioni sbagliate. Mi hanno chiesto nuovamente l’indirizzo e mi hanno avvisato che avevano avviato una nuova spedizione. Morale della favola, nessun rimborso, 140 € persi e le scarpe che non sono mai arrivate. una vera truffa.

J'ai acheté un tailleur pantalon armani en solde certes, trop cher en temps normal pour moi . Je l'ai rangé attendant une occasion pour le porter . Et surprise il y a plein de petits trous, même un vêtement bas de gamme après dix ans je ne le retrouve pas dans un tel état .
ou est le luxe ! ! Luxe mais pas qualité.

Pas de geste commercial il faut fournir preuve d’achat ,je ne l'ai pas volé, facture, date d'achat. Bref l'impossible ,

Salve, a mio marito è stato regalato un pigiama dell'Emporio Armani e con mio assoluto disappunto ho trovato all'interno una targhetta che stampata in colore rosso avverte di stare lontano dal fuoco: ma io dico, la Giorgio Armani oltre a far fabbricare i suoi capi in fondo al mondo per pagare la più misera manodopera non ritiene basilare usare materiali ignifughi specialmente per capi che si Indossano facilmente mentre si cucina?
Non vi bastano già i guadagni mostruosi che fate, dovete anche far rischiare la pelle alla gente usando materiali pericolosi e di qualità infima!
Ma che schifo, non avete alcun ritegno.

Another supposed "premium" brand with shocking behaviour.
I ordered an item of clothing online (102102666) on Monday 9th February that claimed delivery will be 2-4 working days - I needed the item by Saturday 14th (Valentines) so assumed this would be OK. After the initial email confirming the order, by late afternoon on Thursday 12th, I still had not received any further info. I went onto their online chat who looked into this for me. Came back saying I would not receive the delivery tomorrow (Friday 13th) and that their delivery policy is 2-6 working days so still within that (if received early next week). I sent them a screen-shot of the order online where it stated delivery in 2-4 working days. After agreeing the information they gave was misleading, they could not confirm a delivery date at all. I asked if the item was actually in stock. I was told, yes it is in stock. I asked if I could collect. I was told that the item was not available in ANY of their stores within the UK, only at their Logistics centre. What on earth are you selling! Unfortunately, due to not being able to receive the item before Valentines Day, I asked to cancel my order. I was told that she will verify internally my request for cancellation and will contact me back as soon as possible as she receives feedback on the matter. So I waited.... only to be told due to prolonged inactivity this chat will now be closed. And with that, my chat disappeared with no forthcoming email with the transcript chat- lucky I took screen shots! You can not make this up! Disgraceful service - you should be ashamed!

Absolutely appalling, I paid £230 for a coat 1 month ago bought online, they said its delivered, its not, they wont provide proof of delivery which i know they dont have as not received. So basically stolen £230 from me

We have been buying from Armani for many years, it's always pleasant. We live in the UK, products are shipped from Italy. Delivery and returns have been smooth even after Brexit. And in recent years, it's gotten even better by making returns digital. We love the designs and the quality of most pieces is great.

J'ai acheté une paire de lunettes de vue Armani à 150 €. Au bout de 5 ans, la paire de lunettes s'est détériorée. Un côté de la branche des lunettes ne s'est pas détérioré, mais l'autre côté oui. C'est vraiment dommage pour une si grande marque. C'était ma première marque Armani, je suis vraiment déçu.

I purchased 6 T-shirts, all marked as final sale items, and selected Medium size for all of them strictly based on the size guide provided on your website.

According to your size guide, Medium corresponds to a chest measurement of 37.75–39.25 inches, which fits me well. However, the items I received are at least two sizes larger than expected. The actual chest measurement of the Medium T-shirts I received is 44 inches, which clearly does not match the size chart shown on their website.

This is not a customer sizing error but a clear mismatch between the advertised size guide and the actual product measurements. Despite this, their customer support team has refused to acknowledge the mistake or offer a replacement with the correct size, which is very disappointing.

the incorrect sizing is due to inaccurate product information on their website, Never ever i wll buy anything from Armani again.
