7 For All Mankind Arvostelua 

Went to 7 For All Mankind in Antwerp, had very little time due to a massive traffic jam and called in advance to ask for a selection to be made. Upon arrival gorgeous options were waiting for me, great suggestions were made and the overall shopping experience was fantastic. Bought 3 pairs of jeans, all stunning and comfy in their own way. Big thanks to Uliana and Alexia!

Ich möchte gerne 0 Sterne geben. Das Unternehmen lässt einen komplett hängen. Ich habe einen Gutschein über 70 Euro aus einem Shop, der geschlossen ist. Es gibt niemanden, der dafür zuständig ist. Im Kundenservice wird nur gebetsmühlenartig wiederholt, dass sie dafür nicht zuständig sind und im Netz findet man keine weitere Nummer. Ich wünschte, ich hätte diese Bewertungen hier schon früher gelesen. Nun muss ich mir die Zeit und den Ärger antun, das Ganze an meinen Rechtschutz zu übergeben.

Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. My product never arrived and a month on I’m still waiting for them to undertake and internal review. I am without the product with no refund. Terrible.

Société avec politique complètement anti-commercial!!!!! Ne donne plus du tout l'envie de commander quoi que ce soit chez eux...

Einen relativ teuren Woll-Hoodie bestellt. Die Qualität der Wolle war bereits nach dem ersten Tragen stark fusselnd. Ich wollte den Hoodie reklamieren. Eine nicht enden wollende email Kommunikation. Fotos vom Zustand des Hoodies und der abrasierten Wolle wiederholt geschickt, da der Customer Service nicht gut organisiert schien. Allein die abgehende Wolle sollte Beweis genug sein. Nach drei Wochen wurde die Reklamation abgelehnt. Ich wollte den Hoodie zur Inspektion zurück schicken. Ich habe ca 10 Jeans von der Marke. Der Hoodie war das erste und letzte Wollprodukt. Die Reklamation wurde abgelehnt.
Meine Zusammenfassung: extrem teure Produkte aber ein ungenügender unpassender Customer Service.
Ich habe nach der langen Odyssee meinen Account löschen lassen. Absolut unakzeptabel.

Is there actually someone at the 'customer service' ?
Sent them a couple messages as there is an issue that blocked me from ordering (my 2 digits house number deemed to be over 4 digits....) and I never got an answer !

Broek van slechte kwaliteit, snel lelijk en matige fitting, zogenaamd korting van 230 euro naar 115 euro maar echt nog geen 30 euro waard..

additional discount was not possible to apply during the order. After ordering, I was asked to apply the discount and that was not possible. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Service is 0 star

Returned three items and they say they only received two even though it was in the same box. UNACCEPTABLE, especially that we use their courier and logistics team to return items. I will be escalating.

J’ai acheté un jean sur le site, la première fois que je le mets sont apparues 2 taches blanches qui 2 heures plus tard ont fait place à 2 trous. J’ai fait appel au service après vente en octobre ; après un nombre de questions innombrables, on me répond que mon dossier va être examiné…. 2 mois plus tard, toujours rien et maintenant on accuse même pas réception à mes mails de relance !!! Je suis très déçue de cette façon de procéder et de me retrouver avec un pantalon immettable. Cela sera ma dernière expérience….

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans not sure which size would fit best. When they arrived (late may I add) I took them up to the store Boca Town Center only to find out that the website and the store don't communicate. No exchanges from online orders at the store. So I went online to exchange. Guess what...no exchange only returns and then reorder. Seriously, what legit company doesn't do online exchanges. I sent back both pair of jeans on December 21st and they just received them on January 2nd. I emailed them to ask when I should receive my refund and they said they process them in order they come in. How long does it take to process orders being mailed back. Do you only have 3 people working. This by far is a bush league company that I will never do business with again. I also want to mention you can not call customer service. Only email.

Ordered a Christmas gift of a pair of mens jeans from this company the beginning of December! Good thing I ordered early as they didn't even come until the 21st. As with any online order- especially a gift you can have issues. These jeans were way too long so needed to send them back for an exchange! Customer Service was awful. Immediately they tell me I cannot return them as they were end of year clearance?! What? At full price? I call MAJOR BS on this. I even explained I just needed a different size or an exchange. NOPE!
They WILL NOT return anything so I highly recommend you order your clothes somewhere else. This is why I never order online clothes.

Bought a pair of jeans online, Black Friday sale. Paid when ordered. Received no confirmation whatsoever. After a couple of days I called to find out whether they had send my order. Got told that something went wrong and that I could re-order, for full retail price. Asked for my money back. Heard nothing for weeks. Took me several phone calls and emails, all with very rude employees, to get them to even look into my request. Still haven’t received my refund.
Very poor service for such an expensive brand. Arrogance of staff is unbelievable.

Bought a pair of jeans for someone for Christmas that were delivered at the beginning of December and they are now refusing to exchange or refund as their policy is 14 days. Whilst I understand that at a normal time of year, I would have expected better policies and service around the Christmas period when something that was purchased as a gift does not fit.

I had a good customer experience when returning a pair of jeans that were too large and too long. I started the refund at their website in my account, a label was generated there online at their site that I printed out. I taped the label to my return package and dropped the package off at a UPS store. A couple of weeks later, I did need to follow up with an email to get a status on my return/refund. But, I got a reply back within 24 business hours, right at Christmastime too! They advised that they received my return and my refund was immediately processed. Easy enough!

Bought jeans which didn't fit. Unable to process return on their site. Contacted via chat. Agreed they would send label... did not arrive. I contacted via email x3- no reply. Terrible customer service. Never again.

I bought two denim shorts and after washing one short two times the short was damaged and this company said to me it was normal no it was not normal. Never buy from this company they should be ashamed. I just want my money back. Customer service is not the blame they just follow orders it is the company that is the problem.
