Waste of one hour time
After spending an hour on their website and chat, i decided to book directly rather than using their site. First, on cart, price shown is not matching with price advertised, they say its 'From', but this is not evident on their site. Second, though selected Paypal option, their site is asking Billing Information.

Thank you for your feedback. I’ve spoken with our customer service team and my understanding is that you were looking to purchase Disneyland Paris tickets.
Disneyland Paris tickets are unique due to the fact that visit dates are split into three distinct seasons. These seasons are Mini, Magic and Super Magic. Each season has a different price attached to it.
The ‘From’ price you’ve highlighted was the adult price of £42.61 for the Mini season which is the most popular ticket option. However, I believe you were attempting to purchase a ticket for a Magic season date which is more expensive. I can only apologise for the lack of clarity from the booking process and description.
As I’m sure you can appreciate we receive a high volume of orders for Disneyland Paris on a daily basis but I will take your feedback on board and seek to improve the website experience for future customers to make sure it is as clear as possible.
Lastly, where you refer to asking for ‘Billing Information’ when you purchase through Paypal, this is for our safety as business but predominantly for our customer’s safety to ensure we are doing our very best to prevent fraud.
We have been able to prevent someone fraudulently using another’s details to make a booking on a number of occasions simply as a result of asking for these few extra details. Companies commonly ask for billing information when purchasing goods over the internet.
You can no doubt imagine these people were extremely happy we were in a position to spot this and prevent a theft from taking place. I’m certain you would want us to take every measure possible to protect you should this ever happen to yourself.
Once again thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope you have a magical experience at Disneyland Paris.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Booked two 1 day/ 1 park tickets to Disneyland Paris. Booked at 7pm for the following day (We were a little apprehensive at first because it states these can take 24hours to receive, but we chose to take the risk). Tickets arrived within a couple of hours. Tickets clearly state they needed to be printed but we ignored this and decided to just try and use them as e-tickets. When we arrived to the park the barcode would not scan on our phones (Our fault) so the worker had to manually key in the number, but once she did this both tickets worked without any problems. We had a great day in the park and saved approximately £50 in comparison to what we would have spend had we brought our tickets directly from Disney Land. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely Great!
By far this is the most reliable and trustworthy ticket website. I purchased my Universal Orlando tickets from here which was cheaper and the only one that was in Australian Dollars. The process was kinda stressful at first because I needed to buy the tickets immediately before I travel to Orlando. 365tickets is truly reliable, therefore I will probably buy tickets from them whenever I go on holidays.

Worst NYE ever
NYE 2019 going into 2020, purchased tickets from 365 tickets who took £1000 from me quickly but failed to tell me that there were special NYE tickets and that the park was closing early!!!! Disgusting con artists !
I’ve complained via e-mail and they have fobbed me off with should have checked ! The bottom line is you should have mentioned to me NYE tickets have sold out and the park will be closing early. I would have purchased the 2 day ticket for the 1st and 2d Jan instead!
Wouldn’t recommend at all ever to anyone!

We are really sorry that you feel this but as we have previously communicated both 365Tickets and Disneyland® Paris, strive to provide Guests with a high quality service level, and our wish is for each of them to live magical moments. Bearing this in mind, we sincerely regret the disappointment regarding the necessity to have a special ticket to attend the New Year’s Eve Party which we had been advertising for months in advance of the event.
We can only apologise if you were unaware you required a separate ticket to attend the New Year’s Eve Party and that the Disneyland Park closed earlier than usual for this special event.
However, please note that the information was available in advance on the official Disneyland Paris website and there was a sentence on the product you purchased when we received your order at 12.22pm on 31st December 2019 stating that separate tickets were required for the New Years Eve Party and that these had in fact already sold out.
We do hope that despite these concerns, you were still able to enjoy your time in at Disneyland Paris.

Perfect!
I used 365tickets for Disneyland Paris. I used their Irish site in order to pay in Euros. Everything was perfect. After two hours I received the vouchers and I exchanged them to tickets there. Will use again!

Top shows at huge discounted prices . Just booked two in minutes
I've used 365 Tickets for a few years now as they send regular emails offering all manner of theatre, music, comedy shows all at discounted prices.
I've just booked two shows Equus at The Trafalgar Studio for 57% off the usual price, plus Witness for the Prosecution at County Hall for just £10. I chose my own seats which I prefer and I managed it all within a TV advert break!
That's the type of website efficiency I like.
Selection and payment is easy and quick though I'm surprised they don't have Paypal offered as a payment option, but never the less it's fast efficient and I simply can't fault it.
I'm an avid fan and its one email I always read and look forward to in case there's something I'd really fancy.

Just like to take your money!
Booked to go to a show on the night we arrive into Paris. Flights been delayed by 4 hours meaning we would miss the show and asked if we can exchange for the later show. They stated they can’t do nothing - no refund or amendments etc. Thanks for taking £115 for nothing. Never using again. Frustrating having a flight delayed as it is. What a joke. Will be using another company from now on!
