1st Direct Pools Arvostelua

Steve Batey dealt with my swimming pool cover very quickly and professionally. I had made a mistake in filling out the online form. Steve emailed me to point this out then we had 2 phone calls to ensure everything was correct with the order. I await delivery but really happy with my experience so far.

Great service from Steve, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Quick delivery. The sol+guard pool cover is a fantastic product, highly recommend.

Really great response from Customer Service when we had a problem

Fantastic customer service. We had a small manufacturing issue with our product, and all i can say is that it’s been dealt with immediately, in a very professional manner. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others as well.

Needed a hard to source pool filter but had no luck with several companies, contacted first direct and Bryan Benjafield informed me that he had none but he went the extra mile and managed to source one. Delivered within a week. Will use again

I needed some help to identify the part I needed

Its really useful to be able to call a company, who answer really quickly and speak to someone - Ashley in this case - who very quickly and efficiently identified the part required - which then arrived the next day

Thank you for providing excellent service

Excellent customer service. The incorrect part was ordered which was returned, Corinna giving confirmation when received and an immediate refund.

Brian was efficient , knowledgeable and friendly.
Price was reasonable.
