1st Direct Pools Arvostelua

Having been a loyal customer for many years I wanted to say a big shout out to Hayley, Iain and the wider team who simply over deliver time and time again. Nothing is ever too much trouble, any rare issues are dealt with super promptly. I genuinely believe their customer service and product offering is THE BEST ON THE MARKET. High praise I know, but a fair reflection... Matt ( Bucks)

Rob was very helpful and made sure that I ordered the correct part for my pool filter.

Excellent friendly service when Rob helped me to order a number of items today….good value too thanks Mark

Hayley provided a fantastic service, she relayed a very professional and polite manner to my queries, her vocabulary and spoken English was second to none, a very pleasant and helpful person to resolve any problems.

1st class assistance and service.

Brilliant company to deal with. Very helpful on the phone and email, orders dispatch quickly. Cant fault them!

I phoned for advice to check specifications for a pool skimmer and found Steve to be super helpful. I am confident the replacement skimmer I ordered will be suitable as a replacement, with an extension collar also supplied. I have been very pleased with previous orders from 1st Direct Pools, excellent value for money and fast delivery.

Very helpful advice and received order by tracked delivery the next day.

Very pleased with this company.

Bought a connector as replacement for a part from a different supplier that never arrived.

Quality looks good - very solid feeling part.
Price is good - about a third of what I paid for the non-arrival. Wish I'd looked here first.
Next day delivery for just £7. Bargain.

Recommend this company.

I dealt with Steve Batey, service was immidiate even though we had a lot of questions which were all answered straight away, some out of hours, but got exactly what we needed (hopefully) payments were a breeze and very knowledgeable very helpful and great prices as well.

Have dealt with 1st Direct Pools for a couple of years now and always had great service.
If a part isn’t obvious on the website, a quick phone call and one of the great sales team will find it. If it’s not something they stock, they will go out of their way to contact other suppliers to find it.
With free next-day delivery over £60 order and retail prices that are generally better than certain “trade only” pool supply companies, they’re my go-to for all things pool and hot-tub related.
As a sole trader, access to such low prices has enabled me to provide highly competitive quotes to customers

Very good product advice on the phone and a friendly service overall.

I dealt with Iain Wallace each time I phoned for advice before purchasing products for my Endless Pool restoration project. Iain was very patient with my questionning and informative with his answers, backed up by the appropriate specifications and calculations. He was positive and fastidious in his approach, which gave me confidence to order what I needed at great prices. I am happy to recommend Iain and Ist Direct Pools to interested parties.

Iain at 1st Direct Pools found me a replacement handle for my pool cleaner which I had hunted high and low for and could not source. I have use 1st Direct Pools on several occasions and found them very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and competitively priced. I highly recommend 1st Direct for any pool owners.

Iain Wallace was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable M, he went above and beyond to source the correct part for my pool even talking to other suppliers. Excellent service and extremely friendly guy, many thanks Lisa

Great prices for all your pool equipment, and good advice at the end of the phone if needed. Thank you Steve for your help

Steve at 1st Direct was a huge help to me with advice and tracking down the product needed for my swimming pool .
Will certainly be using this company again.

Prices looked competitive but had a problem with a coupon I was trying to use and contacted 1st Direct. Steve sorted out the problem quickly, I got my little discount and now a happy convert to 1stDirect.

This company responded quickly to my enquiry and took less than 48 hours to complete the transaction after me asking many questions. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation

Ashley was terrific - courteous and helpful and finding solutions to my problem which he was able to have delivered to me the next day. Would that other online services were as good!! Quite exceptional!
