I had a great experience with this company with a divan bed , website easy to navigate, great easy customer service, and good quality bed. Delivery service kept me upto date . I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Quite refreshing to have such good service these days.

What started out to be a good experience turned out to be a nightmare. I had already been let down by one company so gave Woodwall a try. The evening I booked an order for a double size bed went perfect. Communication was good re delivery. Even right down to double checking my order. And the delivery guy kept me updated with time he would be here. Can't fault him at all.
BUT
Once it was delivered the issue started. 1st issue was the drawer in the divan base. I ordered a large footend drawer but got a small drawer on the side of the base which is no good to me as it's against a wall. 2nd issue the Headboard bolt in the bed base was not fixed in so it wouldn't hold the screw. 3rd Issue the communication at this point was disgusting I was being ignored as tried ringing 3 times then messaged from 11am till 16.30pm. I was sent a video of how to put the headboard on but this wasn't my issue. I tried emailing the company but had the email returned saying
Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up. So all ways of talking to them are a waste of time.
Being disabled I had to put the bed together to sleep on and have now sorted headboard out but the drawer is just a waste of time. I may as well paid £25 less for no storage as this is what I've been left with now.
My advise is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I am posting this to warn others NOT to buy from you as your beds and mattresses are a waste of money I've had my bed which wasn't the one I ordered in the first place since the 6th June. And the mattress is as flat as anything and no way a 2000 sprung one. And the base at the bottom has bowed inwards. See pictures. I will also send pictures to Trading Standards

Woodmall Thane is cheater and fraudsters to customers.old furniture convert in to refurbished and selling them as a new product to customers after knowing his tactics I'm cancelling the order and claiming my booking amount but he his refused to give my booking amount and kept my entire booking amount by them.Boycott Woodmall! Very bad customer service.
I order a wardrobe with 2 extra shelves ( it should have 8 shelves and 1 hanging) and i recieved a wardrobe with 5 shelves.
When i contact them, they are not answer to the phone or message. They want o ly cash on delivery.

Fantastic communication and beautiful material beds Grey chenelle fabric and headboard and the price was fantastic! We got next day delivery and the delivery drivers were very kind and helpful too. Small double bought with silent night 1000 medium matress and best night sleep on it. We put together and didn’t pay the extra but that was our choice. We also got a headboard plain and it’s all looks great very happy and would recommend - went in sons room he’s 12 and growing fast!

Bed came next day guy was helpful but no holes in headboard but bed if nice and comfortable

Wardrobe was as described on the website, delivered promptly and company communicated well to inform us of when the wardrobe would be delivered. Quality is reflected in the price, perfect for a child's bedroom.

I ordered a small divan bed with mattress for my son, they asked for cash on collection but I paid bank transfer on arrival. Upon opening the bed the two halves didn't connect together, no holes to attach the headboard and the mattress was a double mattress!

I sent videos of the problems said I wanted this bed collected and a refund. I was told someone would call me and they never have and now won't answer me. Absolute shambles, I wish I read previous reviews, the only reason I got this bed was because of the quick next day delivery. Biggest mistake I ever made!

I will be taking legal action to get my money back!!!!

I ordered a super king crushed velvet bed and have never been happier with a furniture company. The bed is very good quality the mattress is excellent I’m absolutely stunned that it is as comfortable as it is for the price I paid highly recommend. Will definitely be a returning customer for my future furniture.

Got a double bed for my kid and we love it. Delivery was very speedy and they were amazing, helping me get it up the stairs. Bed is fantastic and easy to put together, 10/10!

Do NOT put any of your details into the website to check delivery options (as I did) somehow they keep these details, even though they were never ever submitted and I didn't give them permission to do so. They then use those details, which is a breach in GDPR to contact you via WhatsApp. When told they are breaching GDPR and to remove all details they continued to message asking why! I have reported to the ICO for breach of data. This is clearly a dodgy company and I didn't even purchase anything. Recommend to stay clear.

We had a very poor experience with Wood Mall Furniture and would strongly caution others before ordering.

We chose them because their wardrobe was about £35 cheaper than elsewhere and the website stated free delivery with card payment on collection. Unfortunately, the delivery date and time changed four separate times, each time at short notice.

The final straw was when we replied to their WhatsApp message to confirm they accepted card payments (as advertised), only to be told they would only take cash or bank transfer on delivery. This completely contradicts their own website and offers no customer protection if the item arrives damaged or isn’t as described.

At that point we cancelled the order and blocked further contact. No money was exchanged, thankfully, but based on our experience I would advise others to avoid this company.

Lied about product,
Would not partial refund the difference,
Would not even communicate after i raised the issue.

Stay far away you don't know what is coming.

I ordered a 2‑door mirrored wardrobe with built‑in drawers from Wood Mall Furniture on 25 March. Their website clearly stated that payment could be made by debit or credit card on delivery, and that a card reader would be provided.

Delivery arrived on 27 March, but the items were not boxed, only wrapped in blue clingfilm. I was at work, so my husband received the delivery. The delivery man then claimed they only accepted cash or bank transfer, despite the website promising card payment. They did not bring a card reader. Feeling pressured, I reluctantly paid by bank transfer.

Once the delivery team left, my husband began unpacking the furniture and discovered the following:

• Broken mirror with missing pieces
• Damaged and cracked panels
• Damaged screw holes
• Missing or incorrect hanging hooks/rails

I contacted the company immediately via WhatsApp and email, sending photos of all the damage. I briefly spoke to someone on one of their numbers who said they would “rectify it,” but after that call they stopped answering completely. Messages have been ignored, and no replacement or refund has been offered.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like a scam. I have reported the issue to the relevant authorities and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Horrendous company do not use. Wardrobe that was purchased came damaged and with clothes rail missing. They would not answer the phone or email. But where really chatty before item was delivered. The wardrobe was not expensive but was badly made

They sell broken furniture, no one replies when you want to exchange it, they read WhatsApp but don't reply, I don't recommend it, shitty quality i have picture but i cant uploud
