Disappointed I inspected the base of the bed before it came out of van, I refused due to base not being in the description has on site. Thin board and not coiled spring. I’ve just removed a thin board bed that wasn’t comfortable. The driver asked me to explain what coiled base was

After a few issues with contact, lack of English speakers & a few fibs from London over first 48 hours a guy from Lancashire delivered me a brand new bed on day 3, he couldn't have been more helpful putting it upstairs. He delivered at 6pm & was then heading to Scotland with four more delivery's. Top bloke.

I needed a single bed for my wife who was in hospital from a hip operation due to a fall she can not go upstairs for anything I was told that my wife could not go home if there was no bed for her to sleep on downstairs tendersleep was the only one that could offer me what I need with a next day delivery, quality bed, mattress, headboard at a very good price I highly recommend this company and special thanks to Muhammed I hope I got this right and to the delivery driver .I could not thank them more for the help I needed 🙏 if you want a bed and quickly tendersleep is the one 👌.

Excellent service Excellent price bought single bed with mattress and headboard all good quality and mattress very comfortable ordered and delivered same day be it late evening Delivery drivers kept us updated and we're polite curious and brought into the house and respected fact by daughter was asleep and kept noise and disturbance to a minimum would recommend this company and will certainly be using them again

Very poor experience, ordered a wardrobe and it did not fit in the lift so the delivery men had to take it back. It has been 3 weeks now and I am still contacting the customer service every day for a refund.

At first they were extremely pushy and kept trying to make me exchange for a different product despite telling them I was not interested. I was also harassed with phone calls from them asking why I didn’t want get another one of their wardrobes.

They are not confirming my refund despite my several requests and are consistently ignoring my messages. This is a very untrustworthy business do not purchase from them.
