Fantastic company I would definitely shop again. I ordered a bedroom set with assembly. It was all delivered and assembled on the same day. One set of drawers was missing from my order but that was delivered and assembled with in the week. Very good customer service. The furniture is lovely and very sturdy. The man who assembled the furniture was lovely and friendly and worked very hard, with care and attention.

Good product, very good price. Well made and matched existing wardrobes.
Did have problem getting the correct delivery day, but this did get resolved and delivered when said and messages before.

Great wardrobe for the price, I think it helped that I had it put together by the company, the guy who fitted was amazing. (I think really should have been a 2 man job) he was a credit to your company, the wardrobe feels solid and a lot for the money, I am very pleased with it.

I wasn't sure whether to order from the Internet,but I really liked the look of the wardrobe and the measurements matched my rlbedroom. Wasn't long before it was delivered and in a couple days the fitter came it it was put up in a few hours on his own and boy did he work hard. Very very happy and well done

Easy to find the type of wardrobe I was looking for from a good selection of finishes, and at a good price. Let's hope the delivery lives up to expectations now!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The wardrobe arrived fairly quickly, which initially seemed promising, but everything went downhill from there.

When I started assembling it, I immediately noticed how unnecessarily difficult the process was. After struggling for some time, I realised that parts were missing. Trying to get support was a nightmare — there’s no phone contact, and getting a response via email took far longer than it should have.

Eventually, they replied, only to admit they had sent the wrong instructions. This turned what should have been a simple one-day assembly into a nearly two-week ordeal, causing a huge amount of inconvenience and frustration.

To make matters worse, I’m still waiting for a response to my last email بشأن compensation. Their communication is extremely poor, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Checkout process is easy to use. There were lots of options to choose from.

I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from Wardrobe Direct.

The wardrobe itself is disappointing in quality. The sliding doors do not stay closed properly and move open on their own, which defeats the basic purpose of the product. There is also a visible gap between the mirror panel and the wardrobe frame, suggesting warping or poor construction. In addition, each mirror panel reflects slightly differently (around 1–2 cm variation in height/width), which looks odd and inconsistent when standing in front of it.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. Despite reporting the issues within 48 hours, I was repeatedly asked to provide multiple photos (including very specific angles using a spirit level) rather than being offered a straightforward resolution. Communication has been limited to email, and there is no visible customer service phone number, which made the process feel difficult and impersonal.

A video call was arranged without prior notice from a mobile number, which did not feel particularly professional. During the call, the issues were acknowledged informally, but no written report was provided afterwards. Although a repair and replacement were offered, there was no guarantee that this would resolve the problem.

Most concerning is that when I requested to return the item, I was told I would need to pay approximately £250 for dismantling and collection, even though the issues were reported shortly after delivery. This made the return process feel unreasonable and added further frustration.

Overall, the experience has been stressful and time-consuming. The product quality does not meet expectations, and resolving the issue has been far more complicated than it should be. I would recommend considering alternative retailers with clearer customer support and more straightforward return policies.

Delivery men were very pleasant and polite. Put the wardrobe up for me. Great quality. Fab company.

This was a repeat order of a wardrobe to match one we had ordered earlier in the year. It came when promised, put together as efficiently as before and completed by courteous and efficient staff. Thank you.

I ordered a wardrobe from Wardrobe Direct which arrived as planned. Before assembly I realised that the Wardrobe would be too big for the space I had. This was my mistake.
I contacted Wardrobe direct via email within 14 days of receipt of goods as per their return policy and was asked for pictures of the unopened packages in order to begin the returns process. I provided these photographs.

Since then I have been ignored for a week both using email and their "live chat" which gets no response other than a robot with automated replies.
There is no contact number to speak to a human.
I spent over £1000 with this company for a wardrobe and then just get ignored for a week, does nobody work here or are they deliberately ignoring me?
I originally planned to swap the wardrobe for a smaller size but now I just want a refund and will go elsewhere.

Update: Wardrobe Direct have now finally arranged collection & refund. £135 fee for the original delivery and return. Thankfully now all sorted but took forever it's almost as though nobody works here in customer service at all. Will not be using them again and can not recommend. Whole process took from 03/04/2026 - 20/04/2026. I don't mind having to wait - but being ignored with no response for days at a time is terrible customer experience.

Well, I’d ignore the below.. they sent it to my wrong address and I’m now being ignored 🤣

The wardrobe I bought was from the premium range
And it is junk . The quality is terrible
Not much more to say.
The build quality is the worst .
I have learnt a big Big lesson buy local.
A few weeks have passed now and I have spent £150 on stabilising the rubbish wardrobe.
This firm have never replied there reply is garbage they have never been intouch.

The delivery company were challenging to deal with to secure a date that they could deliver due to a combination of my work commitments and the delivery company only working 24-48 hours ahead. Then when it was delivered the boxes were labeled for different wardrobes. Despite this the parts all seemed to be present. Upon assembly, the ends of the wardrobe collapsed at the fixings due to poor quality material and the material cracking when you screw in the fixings. When it collapsed it nearly fell on me. I was left wondering if I had gotten as far as putting the doors on, would it have even lasted…

I bought a double sliding mirrored doored wardrobe from Wardrobe Direct. It was delivered with one of the mirrors broken. Simon at Wardrobe Direct reordered a new replacement mirrored door from the manufacturer, which was delivered within four weeks. Simon could not have been more helpful and understanding. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Wardrobe direct were good to deal with wardrobes arrived on time with constant updates
The wardrobes were wonderful but I have marked down 1 star due to being advertised on their site as Luxury and for the cost I would have expected a solid backing like 18mm MDF instead of the flimsy board 2-3mm thick used which bends to the touch

I ordered the 203 cm mirrored wardrobes and have to say I am delighted with the wardrobes. The guy arrived on his own and built them for us yes it did cost us £199.00 but if my husband has done them it would have taken him forever. The guy built them in about 90 mins. Would I recommend wardrobes direct absolutely YES

Poor communication - delivery date scheduled it never arrived and not contacted with any problems I was promised an update the following day still waiting of that update ! Wardrobe redelivered a few days later . It’s a shame as the wardrobe is lovely it’s just a shame the company doesn’t communicate with customers

I don’t want or require an investigation the whole point of the review was to tell other people how badly you communicate the wardrobe was due to be delivered on 2nd February I emailed you after the delivery window you said you’d update me the following day and I’m still waiting you have everything you need I’m not wasting more time giving you reference numbers for this and addresses for that ! I’ve got my goods it’s perfect ! I won’t be using you again .
