I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered some panels that never arrived. I emailed the company but received no reply. When I called for the first time, I was told that someone would call me back, but nobody did.
I called again the following day, only to be told that the panels were not in stock and had actually been discontinued. This was extremely frustrating, as I had planned my entire restaurant refurbishment project around these panels.
The lack of communication and the fact that I was not informed sooner has caused significant disruption and effectively brought my refurbishment project to a standstill. Very poor customer service and communication.

The panel its ok but this company is unreliable with delivery, this time 6 days. Its a second time when delivery was delayed 3days. Previously I had a carpenter that I had to book again & pay extra, this time I had to ask a friend to come & wait for delivery as we travelled on Sunday. Book with them at least 7 days before

Latts were stapled and not glued onto the backing felt, not as good as previous slatwall I've previously used but not the worst.

Delivery date missed.
Delivery date promised on the website was wrong, it was going to be delivered the following week. No communication to inform me of this, when I contacted customer services to enquire, they were not helpful, didn't offer to arrange a new date, didn't even apologise.
Order cancelled.
