Wolfbluestore Arvostelua

Garbage - stay away from this company. Shame, shame, shame

They sold me a watch that never worked and refused to acknowledge my request for a refund do not Repleat do not deal with these crooks

I have changed my review because my trainers turned up today, i still have not had any correspondence from them so the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. As for the shoes they are copy’s of Hoka called Noka but i have to say they are surprisingly comfortable but i don't think they will last long. But I would not buy again from them because of the non existent customer service , also delivery time is very long so you need to be talking to someone in customer service to reassure you they are in transit.

Liars.
watch I have bought called Goobasen when I paid for lavaredo.
The one I got is only worth $25 on alixpress.
All reviews on your site are of Lavaredo?
This is false advertising. When emailed no response.
Took 6 weeks get here when it said 10 days.
Offered a free leather wallet and sent cheap shit.
Hope you choke on it. Bet you've ripped a lot of people off.

Scam company. Dont get close to them!
I ordered Hoka shoes at reasonable price, amd received Noka imitation, 2 numbers smaller in size.
To make it even a greater experience, the leather wallet they promissed turned out to be plastic.
For sure this company will not see blessing in the monkey business they are doing.

I was misled by Blue Store, as I was under the impression that I had purchased Hoka shoes — that was the basis of my search.
They were delivered too late, and by the time they arrived, I was already on holiday.
After returning, I discovered that they were fake Hoka shoes (NOKA).

I emailed them requesting to return the shoes and get a refund, but they have stopped responding to my emails and reminders.
Now I’m stuck with two pairs of fake Hoka shoes, and there’s complete radio silence — outrageous.

Do not buy from them!

I bought a pair of gray sandals from Wolf Blue Store, and they were tight. They arrived on August 9, 2025. I wrote to them by email to return them and they responded with a deal: that I buy the sandals again in a larger size and that they gave me a 60% discount voucher for that second purchase. I insisted that I cannot accept that offer. When I sent them that message, they never responded to my communication again. I'm still waiting. They took my money. I lost over $50 dollars with Wolf Blue Stores...

This company is a scam Great website you will never get anything sent China scam Google should not have this scam listed

I ordered snickers and never received te goods nor refund after numerous emails. No phone numbers to call and no replies to emails.
Certainly BLUEWOLF IS A BIG SCAM.
PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!

I ordered running shoes on the spur of the moment - something I do not do as a rule. Next day I checked reviews. They were so bad I decided I had been scammed and tried to forget the whole thing. The family had no sympathy since they couldn't understand my deviation from always checking websites before ordering. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when everything turned up exactly as ordered. One odd thing they were in a Sports Life box. Nothing referenced Wolfblue store

The sandals I received look nothing like the picture. They are plastic and awful. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service with no reply.
Not sure why they are allowed to stay in business. They are con artists, using bait and switch.

Tried contacting them for a refund. Looks like they use a dodgy address, going off the building on Google maps. Snide trainers they've sent. Wish I'd read reviews first. Legal thieves by the looks of it.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Lining of tights was neither cashmere nor wool. Tag says 90% polyester 10% spandex. Not worth the 'sale' price of $60. The free 'leather' wallet was a cheap fake and I threw it in the garbage. Don't buy anything from these scammers.

They don't reply if you want to return items.
I should have read the reviews before I bought.
They are just white collar thieves.
Don't ever buy from them.

Appalling service. DO NOT buy form this store. Incorrect and misleading sizing and refusal to provide a refund on unsuitable items

Need to exchange shoes for different size
No response from them at all. Won’t respond yo emails or answer the calls
Negative stars. Do not buy them.

Camera. Bought a pair of shoes size 8.5. Not sure size they sent me as no .markings in shoes to indicate size. Nothing at all.
Several emails to them asking them to exchange them for size 9.
This has been going on for 2 weeks with their response is we have sent the request to the dept that handles that. I have once again asking them to see where it is in the process. They are giving me a runaround. At this point I don't expect them to respond. Never will buy from them again

I do not recommend them as a reliable supplier

I ordered and received confirmation with a tracking number.. I followed closely but there was huge delays.. I emailed them and got no response... I never received the sandals that I ordered.. just nothing at all but they have my money... This is a huge scam.. Do not order.. I will be reporting this to the authorities..This is theft and fraud.... I encourage everyone who has been through this nightmare to also report them to the proper authorities..

I ordered a £34 cotton/linen shirt, but unfortunately, the shirt I received did not match the description at all. It was neither made of cotton nor linen as claimed, and the size L was more like a size S (or M). Since then, I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but I've received no response! I highly recommend avoiding Wolfbluestore at all costs!
