They are not reliable, first I ordered shoes online, it came after almost 20--25 days, no response on mail. Size was small, they promised to replace it, promised on mail, 3 months no update and no response on mail
Quality and service highly unreliable, they take advance money and scout for new buyer without taking care of existing customers. not worthy, please don't waste money on lucrative advertisements, this is not WORTH

I hope this review can help prevent…someone else from being scammed and losing hard earned money. After all of the negative reviews how can they be permitted to sell and stay open.
I hope this review can help prevent anyone else from being scammed.. Took a month to receive the order only to find out the shoes were NOKA not HOKA. They should lose their license to promote, sell and be shut down online. Wish i had read reviews first before throwing out money.

Le di una estrella pero no se la merecen. Hice una orden el 1 de octubre y el 10 de octubre aparece como que fue entregado y no es verdad. He tratado de comunicarme con ellos y no tienen ninguna comunicación. Es imposible.
Son unos irresponsables, no es una compañía seria. Cobran el dinero de la orden y tax y luego se desaparecen. Se pasa un buen mal rato.

lousy logistic & fake quality claim
lousy logistic, item delivered after repeated followup and send after almost 2 months later and unfortunately the goods are of poor quality....stating quality leather shoe but turned out to be fake leather....scam store..dont buy anything there

Don't waste your money
I ordered a pair of sneakers the matched the color of the bowties and pocket squares for our daughters wedding. I ordered them on July 11 anticipating they would arrive in plenty of time for her September wedding. Boy, was I wrong!
Still no response after 3 months.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!! I'm not an online shopper to start with but made an exception due to certain private circumstances. The first purse I ordered has not arrived yet !! and the second one came within 3 days ... but the size is much smaller than indicated on the website and on the order! I fell into the trap since they offered a purse that I was looking for a number of years without success ... And surely they don't reply to any email either and most likely my money is going down the drain. My housekeeper though is very happy with the purse ... Either total lousy service or a scam and then it should be reported.

Completely ignored
I've bought here previously, shoes , ordered another pair same size and 10 pairs of socks .
After receiving my parcel the shoe size was to small even though i ordered same size as previous and socks were a total joke.
What is astounding is that ive contacted them and told them the problem so i could hopefully exchange for a larger size.
After multiple attempts i have been completely ignored , nothing , no response , squat .
Wonderful customer service if your expecting no customer service, they certainly delivered in that regard .
And now they send me emails what a valued customer i am and an offer of a 17% discount.
Can't thank this business enough for absolutely nothing.

Terrible service, actually, no service available
I placed an order for a clothing item and when I received it, first of all it was too small, secondly it was not good quality. Tried several times to contact them by telephone and no one answered. Tried 3 times to email them with no success in them responding.

Waste of money.
Ordered to take on holiday, but received too late even though I had ordered in plenty of time.
When finally received very disappointing. Cheap looking and not made of leather. 'Metallic' logos not properly attached. Zips tend to come open even when closed. Fraying nylon lining.
Complete waste of money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a pair of trainers, got delivered the wrong size and asked for another pair in the right size.
It took 2 weeks for customer service to get back to me, asking for me to explain it all again, even though I had already done so on their website. Another 2 weeks and i got an answer, no but we'll give you a half price discount.
I queried the order stating why would i order the wrong size, I was told it was correct and that was it.
Slow and Ineffective customer service, lord forbid they accept responsibility for anything. Customer gets the blame for everything. The shoes are copies of HOKA.
I will be advocating on every social site not to waste your money or time with this company.

This is a zero star review
This is a zero star review! I ordered a pair of cashmere wool lined tights. The lining looks nothing like the advertisement - it looks and feels artificial. The label reads "90% polyester and 10% spandex" with no mention of cashmere wool. The sizing is also wrong - it is a lot smaller than advertisedi I have emailed them 3 times in the last 2 weeks and requested they contact me via their website. I have had no response.
