This store is a scam
This store is a scam. I'm in Jamaica and I paid for a shoe from the 29th of October, 2025 and the item was suppose to be delivered in 10 working days and I'm yet to receive it. They do not respond to emails and no one answers the listed phone number. Even the order # doesn't exist.

Once ordered there was no tracking…
Once ordered there was no tracking information - just that the item had been despatched. The leather handbag arrived directly from China is ok on the outside and looks like the promotion photo, but the internal sections comprise of cheap & nasty materials. The zips are fragile & break open. I do not expect the dividing sections in the handbag to last for any length of time.

I ordered women's med wool lined pants. They were tiny, might fit an 11 year old. I tried to email to return. No response. I tried over and over. It turns out that they are a Chinese company and a scam.

This is by far the worst watch ever
This is by far the worst watch ever. I have never been so disappointed as with this order. For more than 50 USD such a disaster watch for now even 5 bucks. Even it doesn’t say the time. The big outside should be the minutes and the short one the hours. Here it’s the opposite. Not even accurate. And arm band the cheapest quality ever. I will make sure that’s everywhere posted. That’s a cheat.

My wife ordered a pair of Flexi Fit sandals. They arrived and do not resemble what the photos showed. The quality and the materials are of such an inferior quality that she would never have considered ordering them . I sent several requests on how to proceed for a refund but we received NO REPLY ! Perhaps it is time to contact the Better Business Bureau.

This company is a sham. I ordered three pairs of pants and a shirt. All were ridiculously small. I left voicemail messages requesting that the return process begin. All went unanswered. I tried email messages. Again, no response. I sent the merchandise back to the address posted on their website. The package was returned 'undeliverable'. Save your money!!

SCAM STAY AWAY !!!
These guys are a straight-up scam. I purchased a pair of shoes over a month ago. They sent me a thank you email and said my shoes were on the way, with instructions to follow tracking on the Shop app. After two weeks of no updates, I found the very same shoes elsewhere for half the price. I've sent them a number of emails asking for a refund and never got any response. Now, the Shop app doesn't even have the item in the app. I've tried calling them, but the number is not in service. So yeah, it's a straight-up scam. Stay away.
