Terrible Quality products
Terrible Quality products. Do not waste your money. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they were extremely poorly made using very cheap materials. They were not leather but rather very thin paper mixed with some painted plastic. Even the ‘Velcro-like’ material was glued on and was too weak to hold. It took more than a month to receive the order which was mailed from China.

The shoes ordered was wrong size and there's no response from the customer care service. There is no care of customers actually. Since 4 months they are lying in the store for no reason occupying space and money.

Garbage leggings!
WAS suppose to receive a ‘luxurious’ pair of cashmere leggings as advertised. What I did get could have come from a $Dollar Store. Garbage.

The item I ordered was not sent, SHODDY ITEMS.
The item I ordered was not sent, however, I received an item that does not even appear in their online catalogue.
Have requested via Email a refund and postage paid packaging to return the lousy item. Also requested a SMALL hat and received an extra large WAY TOOOOO BIG non adjustable hat. Items were left outside my property and not delivered to my door as promised leaving it subject to theft. Have not received any responses to my repeated Emails. I am concerned other PENSIONERS have or are being RIPPED OFF. Have been forgotten and MONIES taken. RIP OFF. Do not ever use. John Grosseibl, Australia.

Not sure how these people are allowed to take your money, but be warned, they are dishonest, do not have the products they advertise and are a scam.

False info material cheap
I ordered a backpack from this company that was advertised as real leather. The shipment took over 20 days, and when the bag finally arrived, it was very disappointing. The material is not real leather and the bag has visible defects.
I tried multiple times to contact the company by email and phone to return the bag you can smell plastic it isn't leather, but I never received any response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable.
Please be careful when ordering from this company. I truly wish I had read other customer reviews before placing my order.

Ordered a handbag that was advertised as leather. Paid $70. We received a cheap plastic satchel worth about $10. The place is a rip off.

Good shoes, but got a warning
Given the bad reviews that I read after i ordered, i was expecting a Temu-type experience. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes that were exactly as pictured and very comfortable. It took over a month to arrive, though. I had no idea it was a China online store. Also... when ordering i got a warning from my Norton protection that the site may be a scam and used to steal personal information. I won't be ordering again, just for that reason... which makes me kind of sad because there were a pair of sneakers i wanted to order in a diffent color. Oh well.
