I use them every day at the gym and for casual wear. I was so pleased that i order a second pair in a different color. when the second pair arrived I was not so please with the color. the color in the picture was very light and soft looking. the ones I received was a little darker not what i expected. After mentioning my dissatisfaction they sent me a new black pair and told me to keep the one pair I was not satisfied with. I found that very generous and will keep ordering from this company all of their products that i need. I strongly suggest dealing with this company.

Fixing a problem.
After buying a second pair of shoes after a good experience with the initial set, it was realised on the second pair, that the sizing was different from what was advertised. After a number of mails with Suzanne from the customer service team it was all sorted through and I am now getting another model as replacement. My complements to Suzanne for taking me through the process.

People are sketchy about ordering…
People are sketchy about ordering things on line from a place you are not familiar . I by mistake ordered the same color shoe twice. Customer service was fantastic. Easily got the problem fixed. I got 3 pair of high quality shoes. They each came in their own dust bag. The shipping was was not long and the shoes are extremely comfortable. I will happily buy from them again.

I ordered a very smart looking pair of black trainers, they are nothing like the quality implied in the pictures and smell very strongly of chemicals, they are supposed to be leather, maybe some bits are, but the smell is overpowering if you sniff them.
They are a poor fit, but worse, the heel is stacked internally so they make you taller but you lean forward, very strange and awkward to walk in.
They also took a month to get here, so I've asked for a returns label, but have not yet received a reply. They are obviously just great pictures on line but very poor product, avoid at all costs.

The watch I purchased for my grandson order 67666
The watch I purchased for my grandchildren was clearly not qulaity checked and the watch could not be secured and slight movement it came undone. Whilst I accept that I would need to get band shortened at my expense I refuse when watch doesnt align correctly. Despite asking for a refund on date I received it and 8 further emails they are declining any refund unless i can provide a clear vidoe of problem which I cant. HOwever under consumer guarantee a refund must be given if requested in first 7 days.
Anyone thinking of purchasing anything should stay clear as they are simply untrustworthy

I ordered purses from this store. The first time it was delivered according to tracking. It was not delivered! I emailed them and advised them of the error. I received an email response on Feb.20, which indicated the purses were being sent again. It is now April 1 and no purses. I emailed the same email address as the first email, requesting my money back. The email was not deliverable.

These guys are thieves. Never buy anything from them. I purchased a bag in June last year and it was never delivered. Finally it was delivered in Dec after so many threatening emails. DECEPTIVE advertising and in BREACH of Return Policy. I purchased an Emma Leather Bag on special for $72.00 as advertised. On arrival it was not Leather but made of what appeared a cheap vinyl material. As per Blue Wolf Store Returns Policy I sent an email detailing my reasons for the return and requested the Authorized Return Address and Instructions so I could start the process of return. The policy states that Blue Wolf Store once of receipt of my email would send me the Authorized Return Address and Instructions within 48 hours as per policy. It has been 3 weeks and no response. I have sent 5 emails to date. I have submitted a Complaint to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.
