I purchased the 4 Blade Cocoon Fan 2 years ago and the fan stopped working so I emailed Winter Cocoon. They responded within 2 hours and sent me a free replacement motor and thermoelectric cooler. It was very easy to replace and my fan is now working again. I am so appreciative of this wonderful product and even more so, the fantastic customer service I received 2 years after purchasing.

Received quickly, and working, however not moving as much warm air as I expected.

The fan wasn't what I wanted and have returned it. Great communication with the company and it wasn't an issue to return it

Delivered in a timely fashion, received what was ordered. My only complaint is that I thought I was ordering from Australia but ended up paying extra for the US dollar component for an overseas payment. If it is advertised in Australian dollars and I paid in Australian dollars then that is all I should need to pay.

Although the fan works as it should, I was given another brand of fan at around the same value. I found that the cocoon fan does not perform well as the other fan. The cocoon fan takes a bit longer to warm up to start working and does not seem to put out the same heat energy.

I bought my Winter Cocoon about a year ago.
Excited I was!
Out it came from the box and onto the top of my Wood Fire heater. The fire was lit, the fan turned and clack clack, clack. What a noisy Fan! My husband said, "Its out of alignment". A visitor arrived and said, "Its out of alignment" And I put up with it, until i decided to do something about it. So I sent an email to Bruno, explaining the situation. the Warranty had run out but the parts warrenty had not. Bruno wanted a video of the clack, clack, clack fan, so that was done and it was attached to an email. By return mail came a couple of motors etc with a video on how to fix the problem. So out comes the Phillips screwdriver and on goes the repair video. Stop, start until I complete the job of Lady fix-it person.
So, if you have a problem with your Winter Cocoon, do something about it. Don't complain, let your fingers do the walking!
P.S. With the new motor, my Winter Cocoon is FABULOUS.
So quiet, No Noise. At ALL.
My Lounge is lovely and warm because the Winter Cocoon moves the heat around.

I ordered 2 - of these fans in December and started using them right away. They were working great and make a big difference in helping to circulate the heat coming off of our woodstove! Unfortunately, one of the fans quit working after about 1-month of use. I reached out to Winter Cocoon and they were very helpful. Bruno sent me a replacement motor and heat plate along with instructions on how to install them. The process was very simple and the fan has been working again ever since. Not sure what caused it to quit working originally but may have been user error on our part. Apparently if your stove gets too hot it can damage the motor and sensor. I was able to get away with just replacing the sensor and now have a spare motor for backup.

After letting the company know about my issue, they immediately sent me the right parts. Fan works perfectly.

Fan stopped working on day 3. Received new inner works promptly and fan working great now...

At first use the fan didn’t seem to actually push much air. A tissue held 3 inches in front of the fast spinning fan barely rustled. A day later the tissue was horizontal when placed in front of the fan.
From disappointment to elation.
Maybe I was too quick on the draw on day one?
I’m satisfied.

The little fan that could. Very impressed with how well this fan moves air throughout the room from our wood-stove. The motor went on my unit and I reached out and Bruno was able to get me the part I needed. The fan is working as it should again. Great customer service.

Very low db, the only sound I can hear is due to some vibration. Moves the air very well without cooling. So pleased I ordered a second fan.
