I ordered the fan to use on my Harman Accentra pellet stove. Although it didn't work for me as the surface didn't get hot enough (140°), I liked the design and looks of the fan. It seemed to be of high quality. I was really impressed with customer service (Specifically Bruno) who helped with the return and refund. I would recommend giving this product and company a try if you are looking for stove fans.

I saw a marketing ad on Facebook and we don’t have an electrician near us, that we trust, so having a fan that was self-propelled was a good choice. The price is higher with shipping added but I was curious about your product. The breeze is very subtle, and, scientifically, it has to be moving air outward as it’s spinning. I do enjoy seeing the blades moving so I can gauge the heat level on the wood stove we installed this year for our new living situation. I saw the temperature gauge above 140 degrees and I nudged the blades on the Cocoon, and they started moving again. I don’t mind giving the fan a helping hand. I’m leaving a review because you need feedback in order to lower prices so I want you to know that I am not dissatisfied with your product. I agreed to the price. It is amusing to watch the Cocoon speed up and slow down with the heat and I really thoroughly enjoy the silent nature of the Winter Cocoon.

my order arrived in less than a week and is a great addition to our wood burning stove

I loved my woodstove and then after a year my fan stopped turning. I contacted customer service and they said the stove shouldn't get over 600°. Our stove is homemade with no firebrick and so it gets hotter than most. Bruno in customer service was so helpful and sent us a repair kit. Thanks Bruno! We now have a plan to not place the fan directly over the hottest part of the fire! I am recommending winter cocoon to all my friends!
