Shocking customer service.
The customer service of this company is shocking, I have sent numerous communication via various forms, Whatsapp, email and phone and no response, including no answer to the phone despite waiting on hold for over 30 mins. I placed an order on the 9th of June, the promise of an EU delivery in 2-3 business days has not happened and I cannot get a single feedback from them. This is now the second time this has happened.

The shipping was amazingly quick from The Netherlands to the U.S. Shipping was expensive, but the quick delivery made up for it! I have been trying to get this part in the U.S. for two years and so glad I was finally able to get it. :D Customer service was very responsive when I had questions also.

It took almost 2 weeks to get all my parts that were on stock before i received them here in Sweden, so where the 2-3 day delivery on the website comes from is a mystery to me.
I received the wrong oil but customer-service is very quick and the problem was solved very soon.
Parts and prices are great.
