It took almost 2 weeks to get all my parts that were on stock before i received them here in Sweden, so where the 2-3 day delivery on the website comes from is a mystery to me.
I received the wrong oil but customer-service is very quick and the problem was solved very soon.
Parts and prices are great.

I ordered exhaust parts and they came within a week. Good quality no complaints, anyone who has problems with shipping info, I would advise you to check your spam messages because that's where mine ended up. I thought they hadn't shipped my parcel yet but they did, I only realized it after checking my spam. Just a heads up. Will definitely order again from them in the future.

Just avoid.
Lost SO much time due to probably 9 in 10 interactions with them being a total fail that I can't even bother using more time to explain.. neither to take others time to read. Warmly just avoid if you have alternatives. And Winparts please stop writing "sorry, write us on the chat, we're here to help". Been there, done that, endless times. Same result.

The smart 451 Headlight broken.
The smart 451 Headlight was good packed, BUT totaly broken inside. I have worked 8 Hours to repair the light with parts from the old Light. Never again. I have no time for such bad products!

Very bad experience. The exact delivery date was indicated when paying for the item. In fact, the date changed and the goods were sent only the next day, after WE HAD TO GET IT ALREADY ...
For the new year holidays, our client was left without a car.
Delivery was indicated on January 4th .. Today is the 5th of Janyary and there is still no order!
Because of such sellers, customers spoil their opinion about the workshops!
