Tijdje geleden hoop geknoei gehad na verkeerde bestelling. Geen communicatie. Wat vreemd is als je diverse keren vraagt om commentaar. Maar goed, was de verhuizing, zei men. Dus nu maar weer een forse bestelling gedaan. Waarvan 1 artikel niet pastte. Kan gebeuren, denk je dan. Retour sturen dan maar.
Maar die pagina werkt helemaal niet en ook de robot niet, men kan mijn bestelling niet vinden. ( zijn 10 items ofzo) dus maar bericht naar klantenservice mailen.
Duurt drie dagen, zegt men. Na een week nog geen bericht. Dan maar weer een bericht en wederom geen antwoord. Wat een zooi alweer. Verhuizing kan het niet meer zijn. Vroeger haalde ik de bestelling zelf op, maar nu …..wat een waardeloze zooi en het is ook niet zo dat ik alleen kleine bestellingen doe. Maar dit was wel de laatste. Heb genoeg ervaringen met niet reagerende lui, die het allemaal niks interesseert. Stop het maar waar de zon niet schijnt.

Ordered a part with clear instructions to contact me if shipping will be longer than 4 days. Ignored my request and sent the item anyway. Shipping took 10 days.

They sold me a product listed as ABS Sensor. They sipped the wire that connects to the sensor. Again, product listing was not named "Wire for ABS sensore" but "ABS Sensor"

They have not even responded to my email, so since their listing is incorrect, and no answer to email, That is my feedback for this company.

Witam wszystkich. Ja tylko i wyłącznie zamawiam części i akcesoria z tej strony. Wszystko jest na czas na zgodne z zamówieniem. Pozdrawiam i życzę udanych zakupów

Winparts sold me a product that they did not have in stock.
6 days passed and I sent 5 emails and none of them called...
did not return, did not manifest
don't trust... it's regrettable,

I do not recommend this site. The delivery date was specified at one, but in fact it arrived a week later. The support in the chat does not respond to messages - it is ignored. The parts are defective, I ordered two identical parts, but both came in a different shade, one part is gloss, the second is matte.

ik heb de 22e april bestelling gedaan en artikel was op voorraad. Dus het zou binnen paar dagen bezorgd worden. Ze blijven het levermoment steeds aanpassen en dan komt en nog geen bestelling. Ze zeggen dat het allemaal te maken heeft met de verhuizing van het magazijn. Maar dit was ook niet aangegeven voor het bestellen van mijn artikel. Als dit bekend was geweest dat ik langer had moeten wachten had ik een keus gehad om wel of niets bestellen. De klantenservice is ook niet echt goed bereikbaar en als je iemand te spreken krijgt zegt deze het artikel staat vast bij ons en wordt de volgende dag bezorgd. Dus niet.. Wacht nu nog steeds op mijn bestelling WP 224-317859

Laatste tijd veel gekloot slecht bereikbaar via telefoon duurt een eeuwigheid da je er een aan lijn. Met de levering van Winparts ben er een beetje klaar mee wel op voorraad ,niet op voorraad. Snappen het zelf niet het personeel, Bestel niets meer bij hun.

Pese a que hubo problemas ellos se preocuparon de solucionarlos. Desde el primer momento la comunicación fue muy buena y el trato excelente.

Delivery took 6 days in EU - not 1, not 2. The main reason I choosed winparts was the price, after I sent the wrong part back I ended paying the highest possible price in the market. The part that first arrived looked poorly packed, random box, no instructions, it looked like taken from scrapyard. The part even had some damages, but not capital. Then I got another which finally arrived at me 2 months later after the first order. And as I said, at a very high price that I have paid when made the new order, first beeing wrong because of Winparts. Customer support also very slow. All in all, horrific experience.

I ordered Meguiars kit pack large and it arrived in Finland in five business days.The bag is excellent quality. Ordering was smooth and everything went well.

I ordered my part on Wednesday morning, delivery on the part to Ireland, was stated as the "day after tomorrow" which would have been Friday of the week in question. I received an email to state my payment had been accepted almost immediately after the order had been placed. I received no further contact from the company until 9pm on the following day (Thursday) to say they had handed the parcel to the courier. Unsurprisingly I did not receive my parcel on Friday. This meant cancelling an appointment with my mechanic as I had no part for him to fit. Considering the delivery charge was €20 for a small part I find it ridiculous that despite charging that extortionate rate, they waited 33 hours before handing the parcel to the courier, while offering a 48 hour delivery service. I won't use this company again. And would advise others to avoid also if the part is needed promptly.

I never saw that the page was not from the Netherlands. (There is also a dutch site winparts.nl, which I saw much later) I paid €20,- shipping costs while the company is located in the same country. Normal shipping is €7,-.
No reaction received on my mail addressing this issue.

It was exactly as was depicted on the website well constructed of high quality materials as if it was manufactured by the car manufacturer well done for selling quality products

Fast service and shipping. Parts arrived as promised and it was the correct parts as well.
A very important point for mer was the ability to have all the info in English and not being forced to a language I don't speak simply due to my location.

I ordered the wrong product. I asked for a refund, but I didn't get an answer for days. I had several questions during the order, which I didn't really get an answer to. Customer service is slow or non-existent.
