you say you hope I enjoyed every sip. There was nothing to sip. It's about time you refunded the £78 I paid.
How can yoiu improve? That's easy just deliver the wine you advertise

I ordered three bottles of pink sparkling British wine. Despite the courier tracking saying they had been delivered they didn't arrive and I reported this to Winebuyers. They investigated and agreed that the parcel had been lost in transit. I elected to take the offer of a refund and was promised that this would be dealt with straight away. Since then (over two weeks ago) I have heard nothing despite numerous emails and they have no contact phone number. Unimpressed and won't be buying again.

I placed one order, got delivery through a major Spanish distributor . Very fast delivery, great quality wine as expected.

Winebuyers English Sparling Rose 2018 offer was exceptional - bought six bottles for £100 last December and enjoying them now in this fine summer weather.

I ordered last week there has been no contact from them although they have taken my money and none of the contact number are working to get in touch with them!

Winebuyers owe me refunds for two orders, one made in March 2026 & the other in July 2026. I contacted their 'support' line on both occasions and on both occasions, despite not responding to my early attempts to find out an ETA from them, they did eventually respond and promised both refunds though at this date, neither has arrived. Very poor organisation. There are many wine merchants out their much better than this one.

Ordered 9 bottles of wine, only 3 arrived. Sent emails to support, no reply. Tried ringing number on website, that doesn't work either. Is it a scam?

Very easy process for ordering, wine was delivered really quickly and well packaged and the quality of the wine itself was fantastic (we ordered a mystery set of sparkling UK rose so had no idea what we would be getting - now want to order more of the same!)

First class service, delivery etc, enjoyed a bottle or two,still got some left.

My order number - 000000165. Placed my order on 30 June. Had to follow up on 2 July because order was not received. It transpired that the vintage I ordered is not longer available but no one bothered to contact me. I was subsequently asked if I wanted another vintage and I agreed provided I could receive the order by 4 July. Guess what. I have not received the wine. I asked for a full refund but they have not even bothered to give me a reply!

Had been trying to find this wine. Stumbled across this website. Great choice and great price. Received really quickly. All nicely packaged. Thank you. Will defo buy from again
