Very poor quality, described as cotton 96% polyester, I have requested a refund still waiting on a reply ..no return label or return address

Zero score. AVOID WILLIAM OXFORD.
Product was not as described. Appalling quality, cheap garbage.
£40 for striped jumper that's back street market standard.
Took significantly longer to arrive, poorly stuffed into a small plastic bag.
I demanded refund and was given option to keep item and be given 15% refund. I'm still demanding a full refund.
Avoid this company like the plague. It's the worst online buy I've ever experienced. Really very poor, disappointing cheap rubbish.

The top looks nothing like the photo, awful quality, size XXXXL when the label says L.
SCAM

I saw the top on Facebook. Spent £40 on it. Looked like a beautiful fine knitted top. I received a man’s size shiny outdoor top with the only label inside with M on it. This is a total SCAM . Very cheap merchandise from China. Do NOT BUY. Disgraceful!!

NO stars. This company is outrageous. The quality and sizing of the product are appalling and the returns arrangements to China are a joke. I had no choice but to accept a 30% refund. It's a massive scam and the reviews on their own website are very suspicious. Avoid at all costs.

Well, I and all the other previous reviewers here have fallen for the naming: 'William Oxford'. Sounds formal and trustworthy. Clothes 'advertised' on site look excellent. On receipt, the joke is all on us - oversized, cheap material, scant info with packaging. A con, yes, and put it down to (bad) experience...

Just received my order, should have looked at reviews. Terrible quality very poor quality material., sizing is all wrong no washing instructions don’t buy from this company. Took ages to come from China which says it all. .

Only looked at 1 review which had probably been written by the company. The product is poor quality and miles too big but they won't allow a return and offer 15% of a refund and to keep the substandard item. Don't touch them, Chinese con. Upped the refund to 30% after another contact but the top is nothing like the ad on Facebook.

Shocking product this is a scam. Material shiny cheap totally different from the pictures the sizing is TOTALLY wrong. No labels in the clothes at all. £37 top worth less than £ DO NOT USE

Not even 1 star, AVOID at all costs a ladies size medium is a pile equivalent of a men’s XXXL and you lose your money having to return item to China. It’s all a scam…

Couldn't return a product i wasnt happy with, offered a low percentage return instead. Products in no way match the price and no return policy is not consumer friendly

This is a scam website. They are not based in UK. Clothes come from China and are far inferior quality than what is advertised. To return goods you have to pay to send to China or not return and except 30% of what was paid, losing the rest of your money. There website looks very professional but you do not get what you pay for.

Don't touch this company at all. They are a rip off as the quilty of the goods they provide are absolutely rubbish.

Poor quality garment. Disappointing material. Website does not provide information regarding the type of material used. Can only make an assumption from the modelled appearance.
Goods are sent from China and need to be returned there if unhappy with them.
Terms and conditions etc are not easily found, they are hidden at the bottom of the category page within the Footer Menu!
Also I noticed Trust Pilot Reviews appear on the Website, but on Trust Pilots website William Oxford does not appear to have any reviews.
